I changed a flat tire there one rainy night under their overhang. When I was actually there as a customer they were able to order what I needed and it didnt cost an arm or a leg. Thanks NAPA!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I had to replace a u joint in the parking lot, so the extra effort from the staff assisted in getting my repair done sooner.

Inventory system is really poor. Ordered two CV axles for store pickup and received notification they were ready for pickup, Turns out only 1 was ready. Waited a day for the other to come in from Junction City. Not a huge deal. Picked them up and theyre the wrong brand. The ones I received are about half the retail for the ones I purchased online. Customer service throughout was pretty meh.

We love NAPA in general, but we had a crippled vehicle and limped it in 5 minutes before closing to find the place locked up tight. We missed our sons marriage celebration party. Not blaming them for our vehicle problems, but its certain wed have made it if theyd have closed at 4PM instead of 3:55 on 9/28. Those things happen, but management doesnt know if we dont tell them. You can be sure to get quality parts from people who know their stuff, just dont go right under the wire.

Theyve been paitent and helpful every time Im there, and its also usually not very busy.

Bought a blower motor from them on Wednesday, didnt fit. Came back on Thursday, ordered replacement part. Came back Saturday, clerk says system shows that it came in but he cant find it. Blamed it on unnamed coworker but didnt really seem to care. Napa know how I took care of this? Got my $$ refunded, went down the street to AutoZone.

The prices were not fair when you can buy the same thing from another auto place for half the cost.

I was online on Napas website, reserving a some parts and called the W 11th location to ask a couple of questions about the items. I was quoted a price for something that was not listed on the website, and wrote the cost down. The other items I reserved to pick up the next day were from the website.The next day my husband went in to pick up the items and they tried to charge him $50 MORE for the items. When he told the guy how much the items were quoted to me (and the fact that the prices are clearly stated on the website), he told him oh yeah, it was a AAA discount for her (um, that was never mentioned, though I am a member). They DID honor the price in the end, but not after they told my husband that the parts I wanted were not in stock - yet they were (and confirmed on the phone), and they had to go searching for them. He said they were not very helpful and disorganized.
