I cant say enough about the great experience I had at this store earlier this year. I was shopping for a solid wood king bed set and this was the first of several planned stops around town. The furniture is gorgeous, high quality and reasonably priced for what you get. Great selection too. The manager was incredibly helpful and there was no sales pressure. When I realized I could buy from an Oregon manufacturer, I was sold ... No need to shop any further. Delivery was right on time and the furniture is heirloom quality. Ill go here first every time Im in the market for furniture.

It was really easy to get in and out of the store with exactly what we were looking for. We were also offered options such as having a piece custom built. But in the end, we chose a piece that was already made, time being important.

Other furniture stores in Eugene have mostly traditional furniture. Rileys has modern furniture, and thats what my wife and I want. So far weve found a great sofa, recliner chairs, and a dining table at Rileys. The staff are knowledgeable, and they listen well to our needs. Their decorator Katie is exceptional; she visited our house on several occasions to get a sense of what furniture would fit in our great room and complement its existing decor.

We have purchased a couple of bed frames from Rileys because they offer simple designs that are solid wood. Each time the service has been very good and they have met or delivered earlier than expected. The delivery service is worth the additional cost and the team that shows up has always been very pleasant and efficient. The quality of the frames is great and they have a good price range to select from.

Absolutely beautiful furniture and excellent customer service. From the sales team to the team members working at the warehouse - weve had nothing but positive interactions and couldnt love our new bedframe/headboard more. Absolutely worth the investment.

I love this store!!!! We first went in to get stools for our kitchen counter. We fell in love with these Amish made customizable stools. They are so comfortable and could be made with multiple types of backs, seats, shapes, colors and wood type. We went with the Michael stain color on Maple wood, square bottom, swivel, and black leather seat. I have added a bunch of pictures because I love these stools so much that I cant stop taking pictures of them. The sales man that helped us was so informative and friendly, he really helped us a lot without feeling like he was pushing us to buy. We came in three times because my husband and I couldnt decide on color or wood type and he was patient and knowledgeable every time. The stools took a long time to arrive but that is the Amish way, do things right the first time with quality and craftsmanship rather than with speed.Oh AND we were able to do multiple payments! So we didnt have drop a ton of money all at once! So great!!We were so happy with our stools that we just went in last weekend again to buy a TV stand that would go with our stools. The same salesman helped us again (he is almost always in there). He looked up our stool order and then suggested a TV stand. The stand was a great price. About $300 cheaper than anything similar online. And I know I can trust that this is REAL WOOD and not cheap particle board.I am over the top happy with our experiences at this store. We will be in next for some bedroom furniture upgrades. Keep up the great work Rileys Real Wood!!

Hands down the best furniture store in Eugene! This is where we go when shopping for quality pieces with staying power. Locally owned with locally sourced options, I feel good about supporting Reilly’s furniture store and their suppliers.

As always, I received very helpful consultation, and the product I ordered arrived in a timely manner. The furniture is lovely. Rileys is our familys go-to store for furniture.

My original two-star review was somehow removed without notification. The company probably patitioned on some obscure technicality. Google hasent gotten back to me as to why the original review was taken down. Makes me wonder how many other negative reviews were similarly removed.I purchased over $6,000.00 in furniture. Staff was friendly at first but was rude and uncommunicative after the contract was signed. Im omitting details so I dont give opportunity to get this taken down on technicality. Lets just say I feel strongly enough to fight to have my experience reflected in public reviews.Buyer be ware.

Beautiful craftmanship on the desk I special ordered, and its perfect!--Just what I was looking for.

We got two beautiful, locally made, high quality dressers. After being severely disappointed in the quality of dressers we were looking at in all the big box/chain furniture stores, we stopped in here on a whim. The cost was comparable to the best dressers at the other stores, but the quality of the product was above and beyond. The service was great! One was delivered within a week and the other we ordered and had ahead of schedule. Delivery was reasonably priced, and very professional. These are pieces made to last.

We have shopped at Rileys before, and always found their products to be great. What was notable this time was the customer service. Very friendly, non-pushy sales people. Particularly notable was the guy who was working the warehouse -- super helpful. We were buying some Adirondack chairs, and he correctly insisted in carrying a bunch of them into the sunlight so I could what they looked like in natural light. When I returned to the store to pick up a 2nd piece I couldnt fit on the first load, he saw me pull into the parking lot and had retrieved the chair and was on the way to the front carrying it before I even had time to ask. Now the chairs are home and we really are really enjoying them.

After shopping for furniture in Portland, Salem, Corvallis, & Albany we discovered Riley’s in Eugene. What a find! Beautiful real wood furniture at reasonable prices. Hawk our sales associate was the best. He was so knowledgeable & helpful. Paul in the warehouse was great as well, & he grills up a mean hot dog. We have already been back three times!
