Completely disappointed with my experience. The batteries are the best around, but when I went to get a battery from my dead car, I had them look up what battery was for my make and model of car I was given the wrong sized battery which didnt physically fit in the alloted battery space under the hood.When I tried to exchange it they said they couldnt take that battery back, and I was given an adapter to make it work.... which also didnt fit either to my car or around the battery I was sold.I still encourage you to get this amazing product, but definitely know which battery you need before you get it

This is a great store and great people. They know their products and give great service. I wouldnt shop anywhere else.

I only use Interstate Batteries in all of my 4 vehicles, a p/u truck, Jeep, Toyota, HotRod, 5th wheel camper, and, 2 boats. Why? Because over the years I have found that they are extremely more dependable and last longer. Recently I put a new battery in my truck, old one of 6 years had a dead cell. Approx. 6 months later, the new battery pooped out. I went to the Interstate store and Zach, the store manager checked the cells in the battery, said its no good, put in a new one. Up, Up and away I go. SERVICE is HIGH on my list as well. I highly recommend Interstate Batteries.

It was 91° out and we had to wait outside. We waited first for 5-10 min for someone to come out, then for him to go in to test the battery...another 10, then to go back in and check on a new battery...say 5 min...he came out to tell us the price and take the money...went back in and took forever, ok about another 10 min to get change...brought it out...then back in...about another 5 min to get the receipt and new battery. Supposedly the computer was slow...no, it was REAL slow.

My car was stolen and when I found it there was no battery ( and I had no tools). The gentlemen over at interstate came to me and installed a battery. It was fast, efficient and very affordable !! I am very grateful that nice people outweigh jerks.

Would have given 5 stars if they hadnt wanted to charge me $20 to swap my car battery out. I seriously thought he was joking. He wasnt. I did it myself.

Love these guys! My battery started acting up on a roadtrip. Stopped in at the Eugene store and they were awesome. Checked my battery, determined that it was under warranty and installed a new one in under 30 mins at no cost. They even helped me unload and load a bunch of gear that I had in the back of the car to get to the battery.

Buy your Batteries from NAPA they Are made by Interstate with better Customer service by Management and staff !!! They Care about there Customers.. Chad blows PEOPLE off Hes to busy for Calling anyone back !!!!.. Go else where to shop Bi-mart is better they Are Always Happy to help !!!.
