Friendly staff & quick ordering even when they were busy. delicious hot caramel mocha, Creative infused energy drink, and yummy iced mocha. Even the basic iced coffee was good ! Try it if you’re here!

I just went and got a small white chocolate mocha it tasted like a watery hot chocolate so I went back around and had it replaced with a Mexican mocha on the baristas suggestion since its their specialty she told me it was like a white chocolate but with cinnamon... she was right it tasted just like the first coffee but with cinnamon

It was excellent! Very personable staff and quick service. Easy to use their app also. We will go back when we are in that part of town. We usually go to the W. 11th store and its fantastic too! They never disappoint! Oh, and the covered coffee beans are amazing!

Absolutely nothing like my coffee I get at other human beans, way over sweet I couldnt even drink it. Also my husbands chi tea was way under sweet. Would not recommend.

This location is always kind, fast and professional. My only question is on the nutrition info of my favorite Green Tea Smoothie. The website menu has it with lots of sugar and calories but the reader board and paper at the window says 13 grams of sugar and low calorie. Which is correct?

They messed our order up. But they gave us a free coffee to make up for it. Coffee is good, better than Starbucks and Dutch Bros. Very nice staff. Id come back.

Our daughter came to visit from the Bay area and fell in love with The Human Bean. She quit coffee while pregnant and now as a new Mamma started back. She went everyday while here in Eugene, sometimes more than once a day. The young ladies who work here are so kind and upbeat it is a lift to just go thru the drive thru!

Wow, what a great discovery to find this place. The service was excellent and organized. Even though the drive thru had quite a few cars, the wait wasnt very long. The coffee was full bodied and rich with flavor, just the way I like it. What I noticed immediately was the clean taste. I didnt get that muddy feeling that is left on your tongue a lot of the time. Hope that makes sense! I dont like having coffee breath and feeling like I have to scrub my tongue afterwards. LOLThis place is so good that I will drive out of my way to go there if I have to. I think their coffee is far superior over their competitors.

My husbands meximocha was good. The people were friendly. My vanilla breve had absolutely no vanilla though.

Asked for a Mexican mocha and got something thats tastes like a vanilla latte with a hint of mocha flavor. This has happened 3 times now. Last 2 times I asked for and got charged for extra flavor. Cant taste chocolate or the Mexican spices supposed to be in it. Paying $5.50 for a 16oz drink should be a good experience for that price.

I always enjoy coming here. The staff is friendly and it is a genuine friendly, not a forced happiness. Service is always fair and priced similar to competition.

Went to grab a coffee for myself while waiting for a family member at the hospital in surgery as hospital coffee is gross. Some guy in a Green Bay Packers mask working the window had the mask barely covering his mouth and not his nose at all and dude literally coughed iver my coffee as he handed it to me. Even before the pandemic you dont cough on customers stuff. Gross. I am sure I could have asked for a new one but between half of them not wearing masks, that dude coughing and one girl you could hear sneezing in the back while being packed in a germ box together I just took it as a $5 loss and tossed it. Covid or no...dont germ up my order please. Especially right in front of me haha. Instantly regretted I already out cash in the tip jar.

So far, my experiences here have been amazing. Their coffee is fabulous, the employees are friendly and they really hustle to fill orders in a timely fashion. The outdoor seating area is beautifully landscaped, feels very relaxing for a break when Im out walking.

Most cold brew has a strong full flavor, here it tastes like regular brewed coffee on ice. Not worth the money. Not going back.

I dont buy food here, only my 20oz hand blended granita* ( no choco chunks) half as sweet* (half the frap mix & half the ice cream base) decaf, extra ice & whip coffee that is top notch in flavor and quality that it doesnt need too much extra fru fru.

Better than Starbucks, they do know how to make iced matcha without lumps unlike others. Definitely my favorite place now, i hope they dont get tired of seeing the same people over and over. The only downside is that you have to drive inside the parking lot towards Shopko in order to get something.

Human Bean drive-up or walk-up - I do both for the best cup of fresh brewed coffee period. Are you tired of the same old cup of burnt harsh tasting mud you get at the strange green mermaid place? Give Human Bean a try- Plus- they provide cups with a nifty little spill preventive device on the lid.

I advise against the English muffin breakfast sandwich. The coffee was fine, except the chocolate covered espresso bean melted into my lid and then was just gooey and messy. The landscaping is notably stellar though.
