Starbucks never fails me, despite the pandemonium outside

Definitely a favorite stop when Im on campus. They make a decent drink, and I can tell the staff is treated well and tries really hard.This Starbucks is kind of a personal safe haven, too, in an area that can have a bit of a sketchier element to it. Especially when Im on campus at night, it feels safe to stop in here and warm up with my favorite drink.A bit of a worn feeling to the interior, but I chalk that up to how busy it is - this is probably one of busier Starbucks in town for foot traffic. Overall a great place to study, hang out, warm up, meet friends, etc.

Clean, fast and friendly service at average industry prices for good coffee. Should offer organic options.

One thing I like about Starbucks is their consistency in preparing coffee drinks or food. No matter which Starbucks I visit, I get the same quality drink and same quality food. The staff at Starbucks are usually very helpful with questions and friendly to make you feel important. I still remember having a cup of java at the first location is Seattle so many years ago. Just look how they have grown to an International company.

Decent starbucks, staff are usually on top of things. They have a huge lobby so good place if you want to study/read/meet with folks. Sometimes lines can get pretty crazy with students so you have to time it right.

Prompt, friendly service with a smile. My barista was fantastic- a long time employee of the company. I think my Chai latte was among the best I have ever had. I especially appreciated the drink being hot and not lukewarm. It was still warm and enjoyable when I reached my destination and few minutes later.

The drinks here have consistently contained chucks, droplets, and entire layers of fat. I can feel solid chunks of fat in my mouth when I drink them.

Waited 20 minutes + for a hot chocolate that never arrived. Many people were served before me. They kept checking in with me but never made my drink. They tried to give me a mocha but I knew better. Thanks for nothing. I will never be back.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Super busy here, but I was able to get a table outside no problem. There is tons of seating inside and the temp was comfortable, not freezing cold.

Very large location. Prompt and polite service. Great place to go for college kids or students. Google offered Wi-Fi with great connection. Full menu. Full app service. I was pleased.

I know this is a giant corporate chain, the Walmart of coffee shops and its employees are in dire need of serious white privilege training. . . I still love their mocha and the shop on campus has such kind staff. When my daughter was in the hospital downtown they were so sweet to me. Ive never forgotten it.

This Starbucks is always hopping. Being on campus makes it convenient and easy to access. Staff is friendly even when busy.

If you’re looking for a unique Starbucks, this is the place to go. The seating is made from bleachers. The wood for these bleachers was harvested in Oregon, put in a gym in Virginia, and now repurposed back home in Oregon.

Like any other Starbucks I had been to, this location was top quality. Delicious coffee, friendly baristas and cozy atmosphere are what I remember from my interactions with this Starbucks location. The only downside for me was that it was always busy and the lines were long. This prevented me from going there more often.

This was one of the rudest Starbucks Ive ever been to. I go to Starbucks every single day to get a coffee before I leave for work. I usually go over to the off of valley river way. But today I decided to go to this location because I was meeting someone. Before I was even here for five minutes. I was asked to buy something. Very rudely I might add as well. I will never ever go back to this Starbucks ever again.

Folks here are always very nice to me. Plus, I get to study and hang out with my drink. Thank you!

I just had one of the best customer service experiences ever, period. The employees here on March 10 at approximately 4:10pm were some of the only few Starbucks employees who kindly, patiently, and happily took the time to respect and adhere to my dairy-free dietary restrictions. The gentleman with pink and black hair went through EVERY SINGLE FOOD CARD to determine all dairy-free products, which, by the way, include banana and pumpkin bread. Often times, whenever I ask can you tell me which items are dairy-free, my question is dismissed or the response ranges from an I dont know to a scoff to obvious frustration. So thank you to that gentleman - for doing customer service right. I really, really appreciate your work ethic and kindness. The caramel macchiato you made was delicious.P.S. - Your hair is hella rad.

I visited this starbucks multiple times this weekend while visiting, and even though it was swamped with members from our conference, the staff was so kind and understanding it made my day

Standard starbucks experience. Had a gift card to use, so we stopped in for a drink. The staff was friendly and the service prompt. Many coffee options to choose from.

My visit today reminded me why I dislike this chain. I came in to use a $10 gift card, hoping to grab something light to eat and a coffee. Havent been in a Starbucks in years, so I had a couple questions about the menu. Service was curt and impatient, acting as if I was an inconvenience instead of a patron. Had to go through the line twice because the cashier was too quick to get on to the next order. Drink ended up wrong, though it did come up promptly. Im unimpressed-- I thought maybe after years of avoiding this place, something might have changed but everything about this experience reinforced my belief that this is a mediocre, impersonal chain with poor standards for service quality. Go elsewhere-- Eugene has no shortage of coffee shops looking for business.

I dont really care for this company in general.. the associates are not individuals & they are FAR too corporate... Starbucks, maybe try working with the community for a change?
