I think it’s rediculous that you are still made to wear a mask when you are fully vaccinated in your stores, this needs to change, may need to check out CDC guidelines.

June 15th we went to buy a swimming pool the store manager told us if there are none on the shelf the store is out and would NOT be ordering any more!!!! Ordering NO MORE POOLS YET IT IS STILL JUNE! Do you know how many blow up pools will get popped the first week they are up and full? A lot! Yet those customers will not be able to go buy another

Quick unload had a 5 am apmnt empty by 5:45 out the door at 6:10. the security guard is a sweetheart, hopefully the company gets him a stripper for Christmas. Please reach out to me if you want me to pitch in Bi-mart!!!

My last visit at Bimart was very annoying. While in line the checker tells me the store has no bags, no boxes or anything to put my items in. 19 cans ofcat food and a bag of dry. I asked if somebody messed up ordering and she said no your warehouse was out! Really? And then why is there no big sign saying so or word when I came in would have been nice. I carried the stuff to my car but while trying to unlock I dropped cans and they rolled everywhere and were all dented. Definitely not my favorite time here!

I read reviews, no to bad warehouse,only by appointment no excuses. Friendly, guard men very nicely, polite,give right instruction, what to do next,just for truckers be careful backing dock very tight spots .God bless them & like to their business go up more

This is NOT A RETAIL STORE LOCATION, this is actually the WAREHOUSE LOCATION, and is NOT open to the general public! However, there are many nearby RETAIL locations, including the Royal Avenue, River Road, or 18th & Chambers stores. When in the Eugene area, theres a bimart around every corner, practically!

Guard was a picky prick. Parking at docks is mirrors touching mirrors. No space between docks, a day cab driver almost backed into me. Layed on the horn, and pricky gate guard came waddlig out giving me the stink eye.

Friendly staff, quick unload, clean restroom. Tight space for dock doors, be careful backing in!

Live unloaded me fast, got in and out at the gate within a couple hours. Docks look a little bit tricky to park at when it gets crowded but theres enough room to manuever in here.

Slow unloading 2+ hours, you can be on time and someone can come in behind you and get unloaded BEFORE you. So it’s that kind of place. They have a Port-A-Potty for drivers.

This is not a bi-mart store, but rather what appears to be a storage facility. If you walk into the lobby and attempt to buy the items it contains, they will call the police.
