Todays shopping adventure at Dollar Tree was a positive one. The employee that I interacted with was nice...good personality and great customer service. I was in a rush and didnt look at his name tag while he helped me but the receipt says Zach. To Zach, thank you! Its people like you who make the store a good place to go to.

This Dollar Tree has a lot of what I always run out of, and being only a dollar, its my go-to place for little items like cleaning supplies, ice cream, and small gifts for kids. Staff are generally friendly and smile a lot, store is nice and quiet, and the place is organized very well. They did not shut down or force people out if they didnt have masks, which is a plus. Overall a very nice store that Id recommend to anyone.

Great selections on loads of different products. Just recently found out that Dollar Tree/Dollar Stores have bags of ice! 5lb pound for $1. Usually at other stores its a 7lb bag for $3ish or two 7lb bags for $5ish. I love the Dollar Store! Also the staff was super friendly and very helpful. Thank you!

Double charged my card for $24.10, and forced me to dispute the transaction with the bank instead of cancelling an obvious duplicate before it posted -despite me informing the manager of the problem shortly after it occurred.This overdrafted my bank account, and would have resulted in another $35 in loss, as well as missed prescriptions and meals, if I hadnt crawled my way to begging family for help bailing me out. Im so ashamed to have to ask my family for help because of their mistake, that could have easily been solved after they were informed about it. Im so angry. I wont forget this.

This is the only place I can find 0 sodium corn tortillas, soft and taco style. The greeting card inventory is extensive all for 50 cents or a dollar. Very large selection of useful and/or fun merchandise with nothing over 1 dollar.

Fabulous store. Easy parking. Handicapped parking and entrance. Clean and enough checkers. Great deals for Christmas. Storage containers too with plenty of lids. This is one of my favorite stores.

Dollar Tree is my favorite place to shop for cheap food! This location is convenient to EMX bus which is why I go there! Staff is friendly and helpful!

I like that that the store seems always stocked. I havent met a rude employee yet.. They sometimes wait a little long to open up another cashier stand when at times theres a long line. Coming out the store, supposedly someone had their bike ripped off. So lock up before entering like anywhere else.

Finally put in new parking lot and its much safer. Found a lot of needed items. Really fun to browse.

Had several lanes open today that is good didnt have to wait am happy for that

This is one of the newer, bigger Dollar tree stores that I have visited. The shelves were well stocked and the store was neat as a pin. There was no waiting at checkout.

The Dollar Tree stores are a great place to get some of the smaller needs for gifts, household items, snacks and a ton more. The greeting cards are cheep and theres a huge selection.

Decent Dollar Tree...not the worst, but not the best that we have seen. Normally am on a mission when we shop here, so just looking for specific things. Pretty consistent with their stock. It is a dollar store, so not really that picky about a lot when we are there.

I have to write about what happened there today. First the manager was wonderful. A particularly nasty woman was not wearing a state mandated mask and was slowing browsing up amd down the aisles making people (some with their children) rightfully uncomfortable. The manager gently approached this woman and asked her if she had a mask or needed one because a) how it made the other customers uneasy b) its mandated by law and c) there is a huge sign on the door which on bold letters reads no entry without a mask. The manager did not have to offer her a mask but she did. She did not have to speak quietly to her to not shame her, but she did. The woman, who by the way was pregnant, did not care about the other customers but should have cared enough about her unborn child to wear one. Became loud, obnoxious and belligerent to this woman who maintained her composure while being verbally abused by that person. She insisted she had one in the car but after the manager walked away got on her phone loudly and colorfully complained about the manager. She finally left the store after making an unnecessary scene. I dont know how the manager kept her cool. She deserves a raise.

The employees discriminated against not once, but twice. Im a severely disabled veteran. They refused to allow me to use the restroom. I had made large purchases both times I went to this store. They told me they had just closed the restroom because it was out of order but then let several other people in to use it while I was in the store. After seeing this, I asked again to be let in to use it and they laughed at me and said no way. They were extremely rude to me when I asked them for the phone number to contact the regional manager. They told me to look it up myself on the website. Im planning on telling the ADA and also speaking to an attorney about possibly filing a lawsuit against them for discriminating against me for what clearly seems to be because im a disabled veteran. Im disgusted by them and I will never shop there again. I intend to tell everyone I can to not shop there. Especially not other disabled people or veterans.

Horrified, half the staff doesnt have masks on! I expressed my concerns to staff who pretended they didnt hear me, I called and talk who a manager who said she was told by corporate not to force clients or staff to wear a mask or refuse service. So I called OR health department and made a complaint. I usually go in this store weekly.... but I will never go again. They obviously care about profits over the safety of their shoppers. Shame on you!!!

I support an elderly woman who always enjoys the smiling & courteous staff at The West 11th Dollar Tree in Eugene, Oregon . It really brightens her Sunday when she comes in for chips & candy .

One of my favorite stores everything is a dollar

The manager Melissa went in on someone leaving their dog in their car when it wasnt even 70 degrees outside. Now, in not saying there lady shouldve left her dog on the car, but Melissa took it way to far. And when I was looking at her name tag (once there lady left and I went in the store) she got real snippy and said her name was melissa in case i wanted to report her. When checking out I tried to have a conversation with her, saying she wasnt wrong about the dog but her delivery was not good, and she started arguing with me! Plus she couldnt be bothered to come to me to have the convo, she stood two lanes away and when I (calmly) told her it was her delivery she told me she didnt care and walked away. This went one for probably a minute or two, but she thought I was attacking her when I wasnt.

Usually a fine place to get some household items or party favors but today there was quite a huge disturbance between a customer and an employee vacuuming that led to loud cursing and crying. If I were the manager I would have apologized (to both parties and bystanders), sent the employee home for the day and told the customer to leave. Instead it dragged on for a good five minutes without resolution.

Awesome is such a good general cleaner and degreaser.

Lines took a while. Card machine gave me issues.

Drf save $. The only thing i dislike is 6 tills and only one open.

They have some amazing things!!.

This location has a fridge and is always stocked and staffed to help.

It is my go to place for a variety of things. Health and beauty products are at the top of the list with craft supplies being second. It is one of my favorite stores to get the supplies I need for grandkids projects and when I taught school I found a great supply of stickers, office supplies and classroom decorations. You can also order stuff in bulk if you want to be sure getting enough for a classroom project.

Trips to the dollar tree are great for snacks, drinks and a lot of things you may want for a long trip or camping and fishing trip! The kids love it when I go to the dollar tree because they have goodies all weekend long!

I found this dollar tree to be very clean an organized but this location gets only two Stars because when I went to this location my husband parked in a spot that we thought was a parking spot but it wasnt so we got asked to move our car but that was not a big deal we made a mistake so we didnt mind moving what we didnt like was the fact that the employees did not come to myself or my husband to ask us to move our vehicle he went to our children our daughters to ask them to tell us to move our vehicleand again it wasnt the fact they asked us to move it was the fact that they should have asked us not our children.

I like getting fake flowers there to use in arts and crafts activities. A bunch of maybe half a dozen flowers are just a buck here, but they can be as much as $5 or $6 at nearby stores for virtually the same flowers. The only problem I have is that since everything is so cheap, its easy to buy way more things than I really need. So my tip is to go in there with a budget in mind, or if u have to, bring a limited amount of money inside with you.

I like that I can buy gift wrapping, painting supplies, party/holiday decorations etc here without having to spend an arm and a leg. The employees seem to hate their job (cant blame them), but they tend to make the most out of it and remain positive. I can appreciate that, unlike some of the employees Ive encountered at the Royal Ave location.

I love that they have a good variety of stuff, but its always changing. I go back to get something I have gotten before and they dont have it anymore. Also I have asthma and there is always a layer of dust on everything in the store.

Standard Dollar tree experience. This store is like the others, has a fairly large selection of $1 items. Great for picking up greeting cards for holidays and birthdays, or glow sticks for halloween events, or party supplies and balloons.

Dollar tree be dollar tree for a reason. Few masks, purses getting stolen and I was only there for about 10 minutes. Same ole same ole.

Ive always had a good experience with this location as soon as you enter the store they welcome you in. If you have any questions they are always glad and very happy to help you. thats why I give this Place five stars

Great selection of items. During the holiday rush, they run out of carts, so be prepared to carry a little basket, or bring your own grocery bags to carry things you want to buy.

They always have friendly staff, and a great selection of cheap goods. I have been shopping there for over five years and have never had any problems there and almost always find that what Im looking for is in stock.

I love the $ tree. I make my shopping list and go there first to get cleaning cooking and pet supplies. I can usually get most of the things I need there before I go to Wal mart or target. I buy all my reading glasses, phone and laptop chargers, and tons of other necessities. Make it your first stop when shopping! !

Dollar Tree is a really fun store. And even though nothing cost more than a dollar it is all pretty good quality items.

I usually have to have a list of what I want in hand when I go to a Dollar Tree. When I wing it without the list...I tend to wander around distracted by all the shiny colorful stuff...and I will buy things that were def NOT needed and Not what I went in there for! I def reccomend the cards. I stock up so I am prepared- 2 for $1!

That was one of the best trips to Dollar tree Ive had in my 700 experiences of going to start Dollar tree. I got some of the best service Ive ever had and that several hundred times not seven hundred times! This was at the Dollar tree in Eugene Oregon during the evening hours. Im disabled and unable to see a lot of items in the doors tree, and I got arroyo worthwhile pair of eyes help this time. A lot of the time Ill get somebody to help with one or two things and I still need help and they disappeared in the store and half the time Im in the store Im looking for somebody to help me write a price or find an item. This was except onry up until the last minute. I had a couple of knots are great experiences around Christmas when they decided to close early on a Saturday and on a Sunday and it really messed up man time in. This made up for it tonight though. I have to get accommodations for this cuz that was incredibly good tonight you might need a blind man smile or he can even see it in the mirror. Chase

Im a single fellow. Its easy to find single serving meals,food items,and bath essencials, that a single person needs, at Avery discounted price. Not to metion medicines that are handy to have on hand when I feel under the weather. Cough,fever,cold,and pain relievers. Things that cost as much as five times more,if you wait till you become ill. Why not just have this one hand ? Easy to do when shopping at dollar tree. I love dollar tree ! And who cares how long to check out. Its well worth the wait. Thank dollar tree !

You can get a lot of things for a dollar some good and some things like batteries and light bulbs are of such low quality that they literally last for only a couple of days. There is however good hygiene products and food along with pretty good decorations.

Great deals for household items. Need better organization. So much stuff in a smaller space.

Store employees not wearing masks so I said I was surprised they were not. Clerk named Jo followed me to my car yelling at me that its not air born and dont come back. I wont.
