Harbor Freight is always a wonderful experience. Always a friendly knowledgeable staff to help with any questions you may have. And the prices are the best anywhere.

Always reasonable but I recommend getting the insurance on all the power tools you get

I normally dont post a review, but because I was disappointed Ive elected to do so this time. I have had very good experiences with Harbor Freight tools. This time was an exception tho. I stopped in the store because I needed a air hose for my compressor after looking over what they had I made my choice based on a sale item I found in store. After getting the things I went for and got to cash register the clerk rang me up. He gave me the total. Almost $100 I handed him the money and said I thought this was on sale. We walk over to where it was located and found the sale price tag was in the wrong place and the one I selected wasnt on sale because the sale tag was in the wrong place. Kinda bummed me out and had to settle for something I didnt want to buy. Moral of the story is make sure the item you select is the right one if you think its on sale.

Im in here all the time getting things. The selection is wonderful. The quality is slowly getting better. Its an outlet for people who are not rich to get basic tools they need, but I hope the durability and safety of the merchandise keeps improving. A lot of us rely on them to come through. I havent been injured by their tools as frequently as I have in the past, so Im thankful for that. The employees are wonderful to talk to and are very helpful.

Cheapest tools and supplies around. Always surprised how well the products handle well and actually hold up to there worth. They have wrenches that are exact clones of Snapon, for a fraction the price.

This has always been a good place to buy the tools that I need. The prices are very fair and the people are more than willing to help anyone out with warm and courtesy. I have shopped at Harbor Freight for many years and I Ive never been sorry about buying my tools from there whats more you get very good prices most of which are discounted and can fit the pocketbook Easley. If youre in need of tools you should stop by and give them a try Im sure that you wont be sorry that you did. Im sure you will enjoy shopping there just as I do give them a try and see if Im right.

I dont really care for the layout or vibe of this place but I do try for supporting smaller places. I go there for some hardware needs and am often dismayed they dont have what I need. So here is the lowdown: they do not carry any items like paint, strippers, solvents etc and they are often out of things. Yesterday I heard a nice interaction with a staff and might go back and really have a look around at what they are all about. I just cant quite get it, and its very different from the other store in another state with same name, possibly unrelated. This is probably my most vague review ever. Articulated in a detailed manner.

Love the prices but employees seem to lack knowledge about the products. Glad to have this option for temporary tools

A little bit of everything. Low cost for off brand tools, gadgets, etc. Hit and miss for duration /quality but you can often pay for two to have the item last as long or longer than make brands and still be less expensive so you come out ahead in the long run. The Predator engines have a restoration for lasting and Ive had no problems at all with mine that I bought a few years ago.

Anything from cheap one time use specialty tools to nice high quality tools. Usually have what you need.

Friendly service. Does not carry full selection but decent prices on most popular items they sell. Dont care for their new Club feature in order to get a better price on some items you have to join a membership. At that point, its not as big if a savi gs here than other big box stores.

Generally speaking, Harbor Freight doesnt carry very high quality products. But the prices are not out of line, either. My spouse was shopping for work gloves. They had a reasonable selection and he found a few pairs that will work fine for his purposes. He was pleased with what he got.

Lets be real. This is The dollar store of tools and supplies. Even as a General Contractor (CCB#228085) I tend to start my tool shopping here because you wont find cheaper anywhere else for sure and it might be cheap but Ive never been disappointed.

Cool place, but dangerous to a budget, I went in for a $25 set of wrenches, came out with that set, and another $50 dollars worth of items, all of them were ooh cool, I could use that purchases, and I could have spent a few hundred more without breaking a sweat.

General hardware was a decent selection, but they really didnt have plumbing items, and the aisle was named for such things.

Great place for quick stop to grab a tool you need right now. Not high quality tools but decent enough to get the job done. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is covid complint, requiring masks,social distancing,sanitizing between customers. Overall a great place.

I love harbor freight! When you go there you have to go down every isle or you are doing it wrong. It takes at least an hour to go here. My tool board looks like a harbor freight.

Visited because of an item in their flyer. Was directed right to it. Found it as advertised, and was checked out quickly and efficiently. All employees wearing masks and gloves. Could have spent a lot more time (and money!) exploring the store, neat, well laid out and clean. A hardware lovers delight.

The quality of their tools can really be hit or miss. So if you know what youre looking for, its a good idea to check online to see if people recommend that tool or not. They have a lot of tools that are good enuf for occasional use, but a professional will want better. Many hand tools have Lifetime Warrantee, so if it ever busts, you can take it in for replacement. Bring your receipt. You may need it. Especially if its a high priced item.

I dont know if its just me, but i really am not all that impressed with the customer service there. It just seemed like they had no real intention on helping me because they were to busy stereo typing me.I can understand that they probably have a lot of loitering and are plagued with shop lifters but its in the best interest of the company to treat all customers as paying customers until proven otherwise

You get what you pay for. Yes, its cheap stuff made from China, but the employees are incredibly nice and always helpful. I went in there to buy 2 shovels(have to go visit Grandma soon) and I was in and out within 4 minutes 39 seconds.

One of my favorite places to browse. They sell nothing but tools, and their pricing starts amazingly low. Lately they have added other brands of tools of higher quality at different prices. I however, have enjoyed getting new tools I never expected to afford. I have had trouble getting advice or knowledge about products. Despite that, its my favorite toy store!

I love going to these stores since the quality of tools came up a long ways since back when. Great prices on tools as well as having great customer service and warranties they uphold.

I personally love Harbor Freight. Most of thier tools have served me well. I have a spring punch that is now pushing 20 years. It has seen a lot of use and still going.
