Extremely disappointed with GNC. I had an order that was processing (not shipped yet) that I needed to cancel and could not figure out how to do so on my own. I attempted to cancel through online chat and they said they were unable to cancel an order once it had been placed. I called customer service and they said the same thing. It is extremely poor customer service to not be able to cancel an order, especially when it is still processing and hasnt even shipped yet. I have no ill will to the representatives I spoke with as they were just relaying company policy. I have used GNC for a few years now, but I will consider sourcing supplements elsewhere after this.
I buy my 50 and over multi vitamin and they help alot.
Sexist. Asked an assistant for recommendations for acne support and he said “we are not a beautician”, although they have memory support supplements, lung support supplements, excuse me for assuming they have something for the largest organ on the body. And to make matters worse, Rolled his eyes when he went back to his coworker.I’ll be ordering my things from anywhere but here, as I was a frequent customer before.
The guy who helped me was very nice and recommended a product based on what I was looking for and I liked it.
Pro account saves points for discount and pro days earn 3x-5x also love the BOGO. Just wish they would offer on more brands

Poor, dishonest customer service. Made a purchase from an employee recommendation, then tried to return it for my regular stuff when my body rejected it. They used every excuse to not let me exchange it. When I got their corporate office involved he suddenly became “more than happy” to exchange the items.STAY AWAY FROM GNC!!!!TomEugene, OR
