Ive gotten more help from kids at a Hottopic in Valley River than here. They take apathy to a new level, its almost impressive.

I just love this place. The staff is amazing and are just so kind, thoughtful and so and knowledgeable! Inventory is great, prices makes it affordable and the sales and Rewards program just is such a great help in providing supplementation for a healthier you! Facility is always clean and has a wonderful atmosphere just love going there. I look forward to seeing the staff members that you can build a great relationship with them and they just treat you so wonderful!

Helpful staff.

Staff does not seem happy in their job and this is a direct reflection on their poor customer service. They do not know their products well, and are there to take your money, and get back to their other tasks. In all fairness they are most likely overworked and under paid.

Taken over by the large corporation, Vitamin Shop, based out of New Jersey a few years ago. This used to be a northwest based company, but no longer. Since the corporate takeover, the quality of the employee knowledge has dropped dramatically at every location. I was told that the company has taken away educational opportunities and classes they used to offer the employees with quick fact sheets full of buzz words meant to sell more product, more GNC style. Shop here with a critical eye!This is like the Walmart of supplements. Yeah, some of the prices are cheap (not all) but you’re supporting a disreputable corporation that is hurting the industry, not helping it. If you don’t care, great, do your thing. But if you are a thoughtful and responsible consumer, please think twice before getting lured in by (sometimes) cheaper prices.Or maybe, just maybe, support the endless local options in town, versus a huge corporation based thousands of miles away.

Great staff very knowledgeable it is the only vitamin store I go to

I wasnt able to find the supplement I wanted in oral drops, but the staff was very friendly and look through the shelf with me. After which a staff member looked at available options and helped me find an alternative that would work. I didnt feel like I was a hindrance to any of the staff, they genuinely seemed happy to help me.

Used to be a great place to shop. My daughter and I were in there couple times a week, but the place was bought out by Vitamin Shoppe and its been going down hill ever since. Prices going up and up and staff is under strict instructions to promote the VS brand at all costs. Gives me the creeps when they do that. I shop online for supplements now.

I will be going again

My husband and I usually spend anywhere from $300 to $500 a month there. My last purchase I asked the young lady who helped me if it doesnt work can I return it for a refund. She said yes. We tried the product once and it was horrible. My husband returned it and the sales manager refused, even though we had a receipt and it was a week out. He is arrogant and rude. Obviously we not longer shop there and to be honest. Natural Grocers on Coburg has much better prices and selection. I hope they go out of business, they dont do well anyway.
