Ive been working with Jeff and his depth of knowledge on the hot tubs and saunas they sell is by far the best. He answered every single question I had and wasnt trying to push a sale. I highly recommend Cedar Works Spa & Sauna.

I purchased a hot tub and a swim spa from Cedar Works and experienced excellent customer service. They delivered on everything! They are friendly and helpful and everything a small business should be :).

Replacement for our hot tub that had been leaking and lived long past its life (30 years) When we spoke with Cedar Works, they were up front right away about their lead times due to COVID and wanted to be sure we were aware that if we wanted to purchase a hot tub, we would be looking at October for delivery. We found one we liked and after looking around town settled on Cedar Works due to their service over the years with our old hot tub and their current service when we were shopping. We completed the transaction and began the waiting game. We were told we could call and check on the build date anytime we wanted too and in fact I did call once to see if it the process had been faster than quoted (it wasn’t) but the rep that I spoke with was so kind to check for us anyways.We received a call in mid-September that our tub was being built and they wanted to schedule a delivery date for early October, just as indicated in May. The team showed up to deliver the hot tub and my husband and I were shocked at their level of service! They treated our home like their own, they measured the walkways before unloading, talked out a plan of how they would get it to the hot tub pad, worked together and got it done! They filled it and showed us basic care and startup processes, they even shut the gate on their way our (which I opened to start with). We left the interaction so thrilled that we looped back to the office to drop off gift cards for the delivery team a few days later.Since delivery, their service has remained unchanged, answering any questions that come up, offering tips and tricks and selling products for the hot tub at prices that rival online stores. We will not be doing business with anyone else.

Just ordered our second Marquis Spa from Cedar Works Spa and Sauna. Susan and Jeff are personable, knowledgeable and work hard to hear what you want and need to fit your new spa to you. They service our area and dont make us feel like they are going out if our way, even though we are 60 miles from their location. They know us by name and treat us like family. we highly and frequently recommend Cedar Works Spa and Sauna.

I call for service, the employee finds a note connected to my account that I was disappointed about a past service experience and then proceeded to ask me to explain the concern some several years removed from the event. Seriously? Like I remember or like it should matter if given another opportunity to get it right. Thats funny right there. It seems like someone would have placed sufficient notes to appreciate what the issue was and learn from it. In addition, most customers that are disappointed with something dont provide feedback or give another chance. Businesses seeking to develop relationships with customers that represent value over time versus a transaction normally welcome the feedback and try to get better - are actually grateful for the opportunity to get better while keeping the customer. No so with this place. Hopefully, being a jerk and alienating customers, past or potential is not a model works out for people.I will never use this business gain.

Zach did a great job on replacing the heater element, seals and pressure switch. Its heating up great again! The leaks are fixed and looks like everything is ok. Thank you!!

I needed parts for my hot tub and found exactly what I needed at a better price than i could get online. friendly staff good prices, i would recommend them if you need anything for your hot tub!They had some great looking spas for sale also.

Bought a hot tub from Cedar Works a couple of years ago. The front panel developed a crack so I reported it to Jeff to ask if it was covered under warranty. Unfortunately it was not but Jeff had me bring the panel down to his store and he did a very nice job making repairs and did not charge me for the work he did. A very good company and I am happy to recommend it.

Really wonderful customer service. We never felt pressured into purchasing and Mike was wonderful at helping us pick the right hottub for us. When the tub was delivered we could not fill it right away, so when we did the next day, I called and mike came straight over to help me finish setting it up and showed me all the bells and whistles. Really great experience, we adore our tub and we definitely would recommend this wonderful family run company. Definitely worth the 5 stars.

I bought a Finn sauna from these folks. Each and every aspect of the purchase, delivery, set up and (of course) regular use of the sauna has been fantastic. Such nice people throughout. The owner, showroom staff, the set-up guys; all awesome. And the sauna itself? Words fail me. First nice thing Ive done for myself in a while. Not cheap, but worth every penny IMO. You might want to think about having a cold pool to go with it; even a small one. Big big difference.

We bought our first Marquis spa in the late 90’s and when we decided to replace it we of course bought another Marquis. We called around and Jeff was by far the best person to deal with and he had the best price. We were so comfortable that we ordered a spa over the phone and never met Jeff in person until we picked the spa up. I highly recommend Cedar Works Spa & Sauna.

Great Team, from the time we first visited the office to the final complete hot tub installation. We were met with courteous, and with extreme politeness. They were always able and willing to answer our questions. The team doing the install were very friendly with a smile as well as being efficient, well informed, and willing to explain not only what we asked, but even going beyond that to give advise for after care of maintaining.

Cedar Works Spa & Sauna is a wonderful family business that we enjoyed purchasing our hot tub from. They were knowledgeable and made sure we got the right tub for our family. Cedar Works has the best prices, best quality supplies and the best service anywhere. I wanted to do my own repairs on my hot tub, and they gave me great deals on parts, but also provided really good advice to help me do it successfully. Theyre also really friendly and fun to talk to.

Overall I was very pleased. I have been having trouble with my hot tub and they were very knowledgeable. I had been getting shocked by my tub and the numerous people that I talked to did not know why, but they did within minutes and I knew they were right when it was explained to me. I should have gone to them months ago. Now my hot tub doesnt feel like a burden anymore!!!

We were having trouble with a jetted tub, having not used it for 10 years I couldnt get it to blow water. I called to schedule a repair and the gentleman who does repairs was manning the phone. He suggested me trying a few things myself and after using one of his suggestions, the thing worked. I was amazed that a company would actually try to help people before making money. They could have scheduled an appointment and living in the sticks, it would have been costly. Most refreshing to see a business like this.Thanks.

Ive always had a good experience with this company. One time, I called to schedule service because one of the jet pumps wasnt acting right and he was able to talk me through some trouble shooting to fix the problem without even having to do a service call.
