I needed a looper station so I tried these guys. They didn’t have the exact model I wanted, but they offered to order it and showed me the next model up. I am much happier with that one. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, with no pressure. I’m looking for a camping guitar, so Monday I will be heading to Beacock to see what they have. I have pretty specific ideas about what I want, and I am sure that If they don’t have it they will get it. They have a store here and one in Vancouver, so they are local. Great folks to do business with.

The customer service is excellent, a divergence from so many other stores in Eugene because they arent condescending. They listen, they dont tell you what to think, they present options, encouragement and even inspiration. Mostly, they are relatable and down to Earth. Its the music store in Eugene I go to when I dont want people looking down their nose at me and treating my business like they could take it or leave it.They have a great selection of instruments and cover price ranges for people on a budget as well as anyone looking for high end or specialty items. Twice in three years they didnt have something I was looking for, they ordered it and didnt overcharge.The staff is knowledgeable and really helpful.Dont waste your time, if you need a music store in Eugene, just go straight to Beacock.

The visit to beacock was amazing. Gail the manager was so helpful andaccommodating. She helped me to sneak in great gifts with the person they were for right in the store. James was also really great. He worked with Gail to help me and keep the gifts a secret. If something was not in store he found it for me online and ordered it. I got some amazing deals,quality instruments and accessories and above and beyond service. Go to Beacock open an account and out some music in your life. I worked with a worker named Francis. The man was absolutely amazing through out the whole experience and I couldnt be happier with the tuba i got. Absolutely fantastic staff and the environment was amazing. 10/10 would recommend

Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable in musical instruments. I recently brought in 3 trombones that I had purchased over the course of a year, and I wanted to know their value as well as which of the horns were best for a player. Received some good information as to what I had. The feedback provided helped me sell two of the three instruments. I will be a repeat customer.

Recently, My son repaired his Clarinet here. Repair man,Christo was very very nice and kind and very professional. Also every receptionist was kind. I was very satisfied their services here.

Very personable and helpful. They have a repair and maintenance shop too, where the very capable Richard breaths new life info old instruments.

Came to rent a trumpet for my daughter, and James made the entire process quick and simple. He made sure we had everything we needed, wasnt pushy about sales, and was overall on point with the customer service.
