Great service from the young lady. She located the product, for which she needed a ladder, and retrieved it for me. Check out was quick and effortless. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I wish I had gotten the young ladies name. Very personable.

Store is clean and organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. The selection and prices are the same as any Bed, Bath, and Beyond which is nice because you know what youre going to find there. I have to say when I went the other day I found some amazing sales, and then I had coupons in my email and was able to use 3 of them at once. Love this! Most places only allow one coupon or discount code per transaction. I ended up saving at least 50% of what I would have spent.

So incredibly disappointed in how the Manager, Brad treated my mom today. I am genuinely livid at this type of behavior.My mom went into Bed Bath Beyond for a part-time job (hiring was posted outside). The manager quickly shooed away my mother, saying We dont need you, repeating it multiple times in front of other guests and customers.The job was an $11/hr job, and I cannot believe how this manager BELITTLED and DEHUMANIZED my mother for asking for a job.A woman that was displaced by Covid, trying to earn a living.This is absolutely shameful and I hope other customers will take account of my moms experience.

The man who answered the phone was rude as if I was bothering him. He said nothing he could do. Then why request a customer call???

I went in to look for a shopping cart with wheels I saw online. I went all around the store, of course picked up a few items. Up front I waited to ask where those carts were. Two people offered to help (nice!), I talked to the Manager about seeing the Product online. He said they stopped carrying in his store as no one wanted. I was surprised, those carts are amazing. Mine holds up to 300 lbs, but folds flat and very lite. My swivel wheels were coming off and wanted another cart. The associate up front checked online for me between customers and located one at another store. Now that is what I call exceptional customer service. I am so used to people who just dont care. Not here! Awesome store, fantastic people.

Both the cashier and manager were curt and rude. The manager literally just said, we do not price match with them and walked away shaking his head. Their price match that they brag about is not specific about the term major retailers. It says online price match as well, but if there is not a physical store locally, they do not price match. What or even who defines major? I have been in this store before and gave them a second chance.They are still messy, and have too many people standing around. I will only be back to return some items I recently purchased. I am very disappointed with my experience and especially do not recommend this location.

I just recently purchased a home and went here to buy items to furnish my home. The shopping experience was fine, and I was greeted by two sales floor employees. However, the cashier was not friendly at all. I dont know if she was having a bad day, but if you are in customer service, the least you can do is greet me before I say hello. Also, I spent over $600 during this shopping trip and she didnt say thank you. Maybe its me, but I was not happy with her or the service.

We love this store because they have a little bit of everything & they carry some very unique, one of a kind items. Especially products that have just come on the market. They also have a bridal registry. We have used it several times to order wedding gifts for our friends & family. They will even deliver the gifts free of charge. I also get their coupons in the mail. So I use them all the time because they never expire. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone.

Wow! This store was super nice and the staff were super helpful!!!Right before checkout the cashier cashier asked is Id like to join a new program that allows me to save 20% on ALL of my purchases. This would cost $29 yearly, should I renew. I saved 43$ on all my purchases so, so far Im $14 in the good, with more purchases in mind.Thank you for your kindness and help in locating some of my purchases.

I was visiting for the first time at this store the associate kept asking me was I able to fine everything because I had took like a hour in the store. Then another associate asked me the same then a third his name badge said Chris. I was like this is too much. Hell I cant even shop in peace so I left the items I was going to purchase. Very weird 🤔 leave me alone let me shop if I need some help I know how to ask..I will never visit again 😟😕😔😠. Pissed off customer!!

Bed Bath and Beyond is a little pricey, but they maintain an inventory of quality goods. The personnel are approachable, always greet you with a smile, and very helpful. Every visit I have a good experience. They have just about everything you could need.

The whole store was run thru. Things that I was looking at was all in the wrong spot or wrong price.. will not be going back

Found my comforter set and they took my coupon

Wouldnt even leave one star. Fiance went up there to make an exchange first time without a recepit. Manager wouldnt exchange without receipt, understandable so she returns home to get the receipt from me (I previously wasnt home) and returns to the store with receipt (mind you she is an employee for another location so she knows what she can and cant do) and the manager still refuses the exchange stating she can go to her store to make exchange. She doesnt remember the name, but manager was a male, but we will remember the customer service and will no longer shop there!

Went in to purchase a bridal present. The bride was registered and I needed to view the registry. I was assisted by a lady that was a real joy to work with. I was even able to use a coupon.

Prices are literally worse than going to the doctor without insurance. Don’t get me wrong, the quality looks great, but for the subpar designs it’s kind of pointless to pay so much. King size quilt was about $130 which isn’t too bad but the rest of the accessories weren’t cheap either. I understand quality might be the selling point, I just don’t think it’s worth it. This store itself. Just isn’t worth it.

Customer service wasnt anything special. Also, the cashier didnt even wrap my glass piece and it almost shattered because it wasnt protected.

Great selection of household needs for kitchen, bathrooms, and the whole house. We found a kitchen item that wasnt at a different BB&B. The aisles here seem slightly wider than the BB&B I mentioned above which makes for moving around with a cart much easier.

I love Bed Bath & Beyond great place it always smells so good with it you go in there and all the fragrances and things I love their merchandise I love their merchandise however I believe its a little expensive and I love they have some candy there back in the day that I buy to remind my self of my childhood which is very cool anyhow I would recommend Bed Bath and Beyond but be prepared to pry that wallet open

As with the other store 3 stars do to their practice of marking itemed up in order to mark them down for closeout items or sale items. I wont buy them anymore on closeout or sale items. And tes i personally know this because of an item i bought at regular price and went back to get another one only to find it had been marked up to sale or be closed out...i didnt even buy the item and just walked out. Now that item was bedsheets and man were they nice, soft and very comfy. I wish they hadnt dont what they did because i would have gotten another set or maybe two.

GREAT SELECTION

It was shocking how many products are at this store. It really is stacks of things everywhere. Center aisles are crammed with stuff, instead of opening the walk way. If someone has kids and a cart, good luck getting around them. Quality is hit or miss judging by just the feel of some items. The one person (working near the curtains) asking if anyone needed help was having an annoying personal phone conversation almost the entire time with someone that was obviously not a customer. Then, he would pause and annoyingly ask if you need any help but his tone conveyed what are you doing rather than actually sounding like he wanted to help. The sales floor is not a place for employees to be having a personal conversation. There were some dollar store quality items on up to better quality, but the prices were all very high...Dillards prices. No pot holders under $7, kitchen seat cushions start at $15 and they really didnt feel much better than a $5 Ikea seat cushion (which are fine, imo). Not all that many sales. Many of the towels already had pulls on them and thats a good indicator of how theyre going to hold up. But, Im not going to spend $25 a towel which is their high end. The rug prices are outrageous. Just a plain vinyl tablecloth liner was $25. Shop elsewhere for most things.

I usually have good experience at this store. Today, however, I bought 2 products, 2 coupons that covers single items each. Cashier says shell honor both coupons for both products. 1 Coupon expired. Cashier says she cant take that one. I had online only coupon and asked if she can honor that. She says no she cant. I said that some stores accepted expired coupons and she said she cant. so I said well just buy one, and ill order the other one online. she says she has to speak to manager to remove the other item but she didnt call the manager. instead, she says Im going to let you keep discount for both this time, but keep in mind you cant do this again later. Its not like I was begging her to put both on discounts. I couldve bought online but shes made it sound like I was doing so, but I said ok, thanks. After paying for the product, I said Thank you, have a good day. She didnt say Thank you or Bye or anything. I wanted to speak to the manager about her attitude but didnt have enough time to do so.

Store associates and store Manager were very helpful, however, the young girl at checkout was inept, rude and made a very inappropriate hand gesture to my wife. Seems like she needs some serious training, if not an invitation to work elsewhere.

Went for an 8 skillet bought everything but that.

Went to buy an item that was just advertised on sale & it wasnt available in the store. Went to another store & it was there but not as advertised. Picture showed 2 drawer unit but was sold as one. I Left unhappy. They didnt have any over the door spice racks either.
