Ive always had very good experiences at Home Depot. Their return policy during Covid has been great as I am a nurse and have had a little time to go in and return some plants that have bit the dust... I guess that is literal in this sense.I went in today and had missed the deadline for a return on a fairly expensive plant that I had not had the chance to return due to all the craziness with Covid. Im also a single mom and in perpetual nursing school. A very kind cashier named Luke took the initiative to make sure I was refunded for my plant and understood the situation I was facing. He also made sure that I was able to get the best plants for the budget I had. He was so kind and thoughtful. It is rare that I have ever seen this type of service in a retail environment... Especially in a big box store. Thank you Luke for your kindness after a very difficult weekend that I had (which he knew nothing about!)And thank you Home Depot for hiring such a kind young gentleman. I hope my kid grows up with the same kindness he has.

Even though the associate did not work in the paints department but he was willing to assist us and get the help needed.Bulbs selection was not as expected.Prices on hardwood floor were better than the Floor and Decor in the same area.During our visit it was easy to get help.
Home Depot gave us a great deal on a new set of kitchen appliances - dishwasher, range, and microwave oven. I am happy with this, and the small parts for installation were all in stock. Thanks for the 10% discount given to military and veterans.
Looking for a washer and dryer and was helped immediately when asking questions and finding what I needed. Customer service for me was a 5 star on this day. Store was clean and staff very helpful.
They dont have any of the tools that I need for my electrical jobs. and if they do have any tools everything is this super high-quality that you cannot afford if you are an apprentice electrician making 20 to 25 an hour. wheres the cheap brands? They work just as good

Workers are friendly and always ask if you need help. Ever since I bought a house, Im here at least once a week. I recently bought a toilet and asked if a worker could help me get it down. He did it with a smile and asked me questions about my bathroom to make sure I had all the tools and equipment I needed to finish the job. Obviously your mileage may vary depending on which worker you run into.

I ordered and paid for the installation of a storm door and had to wait over 5 months (still waiting). They don’t seem interested in expediting the process with the vendor. They just keep informing me it hasn’t been delivered and they have no control. They would rather upset the customers rather than their vendors. Of course the excuse is Covid and lack of materials. Very disappointed

Typical of this store, half of the shelves were empty in plumbing. The sink connector we needed was listed as having 19 of them, the employee looked it up and said they had 61! After 10 minutes of hum and haw he finally got a ladder to look for them because we wouldnt leave. Couldnt find them anywhere, so we go to get the wrong ones refunded, and had problems and attitude from the service desk. Didnt even apologize or even say thank you, Im done with this store. Never have what Im looking for, and always have some excuse.
Worst experience felt like I was racially profiled. Was shopping had someone following me. Got to self check out every Caucasian customer was able to ring up products without 3 employees standing over them while scanning. I felt nervous for shopping.

Went good had what i needed but there was a center display infront of what i needed in the plumber section made it a little difficult to make a selection and would make it inaccessable to people in wheel chairs right infront of the toilet flappers moving this display would help customers shop easier

Do not shop at the Home Depot in euless on industrial. My contractor placed an order for me Friday and it was in stock. I called ahead to ensure that my order would be ready Sunday for pick up. I went. Walked in as I relied on Home Depot’s website showing pro desk was open until 8 today. I was greeted by a skinny Hispanic gentlemen who did everything to avoid eye contact. I told him I was here to pick up an order placed through the pro desk. He pushed me off to customer service. I went to get two more doors and tons of molding that showed to be in stock which wasn’t. I found out my order was never picked days before like it should’ve been. I tell them it’s fine I’ll place this new order for the additional items I need. I asked for someone to help guide me in the right direction for four items. No one helped. Got excused from the paint manager that the mill works guy must’ve left a half hour early and no ones available to help. I finally get the sku tags and goto the pro desk they send me to the customer service again and than back. I figured out after two hours where everything was and took them the skus. They messed up so much constantly. Charged my HD card twice and accidentally voided the order. Put me at my limit. Had to pay cash and card at that point. I finally told them I’ll come by tomorrow to get them and hope to speak to someone in charge. There were a hand full of caring employees who were slightly knowledgeable and tried their best to help while being so apologetic to me for the lack of help that’s needed in a basic visit to Home Depot to spend my hard earned money. This has been the most horrible experience of my life and they’re so short handed that everyone is doing a little of everything to get by. The customers are suffering. You’re losing customers. So many other customers were so upset. I heard three times the same story I got that no one could help me in the two hours I spent there. I saw customers walk out. I saw some call Home Depot to ask for help. I saw customers cutting their own carpet and lumber because no one was around to help. I saw customers resorting to try and figure out how their saws and equipment worked on their own. Very sad day for Home Depot. This was only about half of the things I’ve witnessed today that just made me go wow what is going on here.

Y wife and I came here to purchase a storm door and have gotten the worst customer service experience ever since dealing Home Depot. Ive dealt with this for work and home and all of the ones that I have been to (and I have been to quite a few)this store by far hands down has the worst costumer service from people not wanting to help all the way to customer service catching an attitude about a product that Im purchasing out of their store. Truly unbelievable.....smmfh🤔🤨

I miss the old store where they actually check for the product up top and not lie to your face and say we are out of stock. So the online store qty of 36 is off? At least make an effort to get the ladder and check up top and then lie to me. Not the first time this has happened and eventually find the product up top and get it down myself.

Super creepy vibes from the management. My wife was followed around the store by a manager for the better half of an hour. Before she left he insisted she come talk to him about appliances. Before she left he asked for her number and if shed be willing to sell pictures of her feet. if this is how all home depots conduct business, its a miracle yall are still open.

Do not try to do pickup at this location! They only have one person covering the pickup desk inside the store and bringing out orders. Waited for a solid hour for a 5 item order.
Some of the employees were very helpful.Others didnt want to be bothered but I still want to give them 5 stars. Dont want to drop the rating because of a few lazy people. Manager will hopefully figure out soon enough who those lazy people are and have a talk to them about good customer service.
This location had some problems with their stock while I was there. Included in my purchase was Dawn dish soap. I got to the front, when I noticed the flip-cap was missing. Took it off my ticket. Then I was continuing my checkout and got a Kills Primer and there was no handle attached to it. A floor person placed it in my cart. So, I had to pause checking and go searching for what I needed. They didnt offer to go get a different one for me. For all that... 2 stars.

They are always willing to help with your home improvement projects, and you never have to search for an employee. They may now know my name, but they recognize me and always smile and ask what project is next. You can’t put a price on the level of service they provide. Thanks for all the help!!
We were looking at ceiling fans and Lupe stopped to ask if we needed any help. We didn’t think we did, but she took the time out to ask us our room sizes and was VERY helpful in explaining what would work best for our family! Teresa was great and pleasant when checking us out as well! Love this store and it’s employees!
Grace and Debbie were fantastic and patient. It turned out the pin pad was having issues and needed rebooting. They never made me feel like it was my fault or the card. It took quite some tine to resolve and could have been very embarrassing if they didnt care so much. Please recognize their professionalism. Thank you!!
Went to home depot today with the intention of buying enough LED bulbs to replace all of the older bulbs throughout the house I just bought. First off, there were many shelves in the bulb section and fans/lighting that were completely unstocked. The selection was poor for both LED candelabra and retrofit cans. Then there were giant displays of dusty LED bulbs that were supposedly on sale, but rang up at a price that was 10-25% higher. When I let the cashier know, they did eventually say they would honor the advertised price, but took about 10 minutes to do so. At the end of the process, they had the attitude as if they were doing me a huge favor, rather than being in any way apologetic for their mistake and the inconvenience of the time I wasted in the process. I left empty-handed and will be ordering my hundreds of dollars of bulbs from Amazon instead.
We purchased a stove yesterday. Bob works in appliances and was so helpful. He was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be returning for any future appliance purchases. Thank you, Bob!!!

This location needs to be more cautious about vivid during the checkout process. They have us touching screens, scanners, and doesnt have the apple pay option. Would also be nice to put out some hand sanitizer near the self checkout.

Sadly profilings people is still real, especially at this particular Home Depot. Out of several people leaving the self checkout station I was picked out of all of them. First the self checkout assistant watched me scan each item from less then a foot. (granted we should be 6 feet apart). Then as I was leaving I observed another cashier taking a call while cashing out another customer. Leaving that customer to come stop me and check my receipt. She told me they are “random”. First off, I shop at Home Depot almost every day because I’m a contractor. I’ve never seen anybody randomly stopped. Second, A cashier that is mid way through cashing someone out stops what they are doing to check my receipt? And final, don’t insult me by telling me it’s random. Be honest. I try to support Home Depot over Lowe’s, Amazon, and many other companies. I will more than likely start paying the extra dollar to shop at these places.
