Ulta is one of my preferred makeup stores. Well this particular location must experience a lot of theft because they have security now. The last time I went here security was following me and made me feel very uncomfortable. I use to work in retail so I know a lot of people are stereotyped based off how they look when they enter these type of stores so I didn’t make a big deal about it I just laughed it off once I noticed what he was doing and the cashiers put him up to it because they were acting strange. I didn’t have a big bag or anything, I’m petite and I had on workout attire and a small crossover bag. I’ll just spend my hard earned money somewhere else.

While most of the time, my experiences with this Ulta aren’t the best with customer service, today was different. Toni gave me the best customer experience & deserves a raise! Backstory: I have always struggled with getting help with makeup recommendations and having to ask “the experts” (employees) to help with products that would be best for matching my skin tone and keeping in mind products that won’t flare up my acne. I have always tried to be upfront about what products i’ve used, preferences, and sometimes budget. Today’s Experience: BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE by the nicest lady working there tonight, Toni! She took the time to hear me out, educate me on products to use and why, and helped me find the perfect match for my skin tone for foundation! FINALLY! Toni deserves a RAISE for not only the product recommendations but just overall customer experience and having that product knowledge to help me find the right product for me! What she did to help me today, made me want to shop at this Ulta more often!

This is a wonderful place to go for all kinds of products that make females drool at the mouth. The staff was helpful and accommodating. I did not find the brand I was looking for and decided to not go with anything they had there. Their stock, however, consists of some of the best there is on the market. I will return.

I always feel they don’t want to waste time waiting on me or helping me. I walk around the store looking for my products because the store changes by the time I need to get more. They just ignore me. I finally ask for help and the staff is cordial. By then I feel so uncomfortable I’m ready to go elsewhere. I can understand if they are busy but this was a slow time. And it’s not the first time. Wish they had better customer service.

Beautiful place enjoyed shopping very professional staff from the time you walk into the store and out. The management and staff wad very helpful and very friendly which is a plus, Kid wait to get back and shop there again

I ordered something online and came to the store to pick it up with my spouse and thought I could show him the colognes since hes never even been to ulta before. As we walked around 1 aisle we were constantly followed by the security guard. It was the most unwelcoming experience I felt so embarassed for even bringing him with me. Truly never want to go back to ulta for any reason. Crazy to spend so much money and be treated like that I usually use them for all my cosmetics. Terrible :(

I love this location, the staff is always friendly I generally get everything I need and Ulta is just a nice comfortable place to shop for me.

I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS ULTA AGAIN!! I had been a long time customer of Rosiro in the salon. I stared with her in Irving and brought my business to Euless when she transferred there. I went into the store this evening to purchase some makeup, having in my hand what I was about to buy and went to say hello to her, and in an attempt to make sure my eye shadow pallet was the correct color (as it was the last one and the box was torn, like it had been open before), I looked to ensure this $50 pallet was correct colors. Instead of even saying hello back to me, she yelled at me and accused me of tampering with their product. I have spent too much money in this store and at the salon to be accused of such insulting things. I still purchased the pallet among other products. But I will never ever return again to this store!! I even had an appointment with her coming up on 3-26-2021 where on average I spend over $200 just on the salon service. Consider that appointment canceled indefinitely.

The employees here dont know anything about the products that they carry or even whether they carry a certain product or not. I am constantly avoided while Im in there even if I look like I need help. I do like the products and I like looking around in here because they have a lot of things I want but the customer service is definitely lacking.

They only carry lighter colors and don’t even keep a back stock of nothing but “brighter” skin colors in foundations. Not to mention the staff was very lazy when I requested for help with looking for an item... I’ll stick to the one in Arlington.

Horrible customer service. I’m DONE with ULTA. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else! If you’re item is defective, they don’t care. Save your receipt on hairspray folks! The 20-something at the counter should be fired! I spend a boatload of money at ULTA but now, I’ll never spend another dime! Stupid business decision! Dumb!

Without a doubt the worst haircut I have ever had. My hair is way too short and uneven. Autumn seems to be an amazing person probably an even better friend! She has super cute style just not the best at cutting hair...To say the least I am not pleased, and am aggravated in my decision to make an appointment at The Salon, Ulta in Euless.

Rocio Valdelamar was suppose to do a bowl out. I mentioned I wanted big lose curls in my bowl out and she began arguing with me saying she can’t do it because my hair was too long and it’s not possible for the curls to hold. I told her I got it done last week and it was fine. She said ok and started. She had be turned around the whole time so I could not see what she was doing. When finished it was straight and the gave me attitude when I said that is not what I wanted. She said that is what I did. I was so upset, she tried to put curls with a wand but they didn’t stay in because the hair was already styled straight.I spoke to the manager and she said I would get a refund for the service and speak to Rocio. Nothing was done and no refund was issued to me. So disappointed.

Love this particular Ulta.Personnel extremely helpful andfriendly! I was having difficulty walking and breathing and they brought me a chair and water and went and did my shopping for me!!!! Then when ready to pay they told me to just push the chair like a walker!! So glad for the help!! I will drive to this store as opposed to the store closer to me!!

Aftin the service manager absolutely knocked it out of the park. She listened to what I wanted and gave me plenty of options. Highly recommend her and this location.

They disnt have a very big selection of the Origins brand products I was searching for, but plenty of good high-end brand name products available for me to find a handful of items to purchase. I wish they had more employees here to assist, but they were all busy with other customers. I waited and a very helpful sales associate helped me out, and it was worth waiting around for....

I recently shopped at this location. I was asked every single minute I was there if I was doing ok or if I needed help when I clearly did not. As shoppers we don’t need to be harassed so frequently. I cut my shopping short and purchased what I had in my basket to avoid employees in the store. I would’ve purchased more but did not want to continue to be harassed.

I come here to get my hair done. Its always a great experience.

Super extensive selection of products for men and women. Friendly helpful staff that know what they are talking about. Sometimes prices are cheaper on amazon but I will admit they are competitive for the most part. I like coming here for the moisturizers.

I went in the other day (first time since the covid-19 shutdown). The policy was no entry without a mask and they had a station set up with masks for people who hadn’t brought one along. That was some really polite customer care. I found everything I needed, and the staff was friendly and happy to help.

I really only come to this ulta because its where my hair person operates. Occasionally I will buy something else, but if Im looking for cosmetics or hair grooming aids only, there are closer Ultas. Having said this, Rocio at the Euless store is a fantastic hair expert and I highly recommend her!!

I visited the Euless store for the first time yesterday. I did a search online for the particular product I was looking for. Lucky me, the item was in stock near me. Going into the store it was neat, clean, and very organized. I went towards a section I was interested in before looking for the product I wanted. I was stop by and employee asking if she can assist, I told her I was looking for a facial shaver. She goes near the section I was heading to. She gives me an eyebrow shaper, and said thats all they had. She asked another employee twice about what I was looking for. She finally came back and said we dont sell what you are looking for. I told her I have already searched online for the product. Thats why I came. So she gave up with helping. She then goes and get another employee of the same race as I, (Black) to assist. She comes over again and said, Can you explain to her that We may not carry the item she is looking for an I dont think she understands that. I replied I understand perfectly fine. Its not my first time shopping at Ulta but it is at this location. So now Im being assist by someone else. I tell her Im looking for a facial shaver. We again goes back to the same location I was taking to at first. I even gave several descriptions of the item I was looking for. So the young lady asked me do you know the brand name of the product. So I went back online and showed her a picture, as well showed her that its say this product is here. After I receive the product I was looking for, I felt very uncomfortable. I tried to let it go and continue shopping but, I felt like I was being judged since I walked through the door. Not only to be distracted as my mind was set on getting several things I needed. The customer service was horrific. I expected better. Sad.Unfortunately the employees doesnt know their merchandise or the location of the items in the store. I was looking for an exfoliating facial shaver. The first lady who helped me even asked; as she said The primary stocker of the store about the item I was looking for. The stocker even said We dont carry the item you are looking for. It took 4 people to assist with one item. 3 people had no clue what I was looking for. It even say on the package of the item. Exfoliate facial shaver...I just left out the exfoliate part. I like the store and will continue to shop but maybe not in person. My 1st time at the Euless location was not sastifying. Even though I left with the product I came for but I had a bad experience with customer service. Employees should make themselves available to assist and help. As well have some type of knowledge of the merchandise in the store, even recognize similar items that can compare. Common courtesy doesnt work without common sense.

I went there to get some layers. I got autumn and I ended up being half a Karen.. there’s a huge holeIn the left side where the bottom layer in all cut off .... I have half layers. Then half a bob.... paid 45 dollars for a hair cut my 7 year old niece could do better. Been growing out a pixie for the last 1.5 years. Wanted to add some layers... I have to start all over . Please contact me if you are a manager or owners .. then when I called up to explain the situation. The salon manager acted like a complete bit**

The employees are doing a great job, they are being really kind.A handful of items here and there are still out of stock, I think Covid might be messing with the supply chain. (Ive noticed the same thing at Target.) Some of their stock has replenished, but you might opt to order online and pick up in store, if you are looking for a specific product.

This is THE friendliest Ulta. I love this place. Super helpful people and they helped me find the perfect brow enhancing pencil...I didnt even know what it was...now I LOVE it! Love their return policy too. I go in every time thinking I only need 1 thing and I end up buying more than that for a great price of course. Thank you for being so inviting.

I was really excited when this location opened up because it’s close and they were really good about keeping products in stock when they first opened. I quit shopping at the Hurst location because they never had any products in stock. I’ve waited to write a review about this particular Ulta because the last few times I’ve been in the store they haven’t had hardly anything in stock, but I’ve also gone early morning Saturday’s and thought possibly going on a Saturday was the issue with things being out of stock. This time I went on a Tuesday at 10:30am looking for silver metallic eye shadow, a new blush, and powder foundation. I originally wanted urban decay silver metallic eye shadow—out of stock. I wanted to try the Milan blush—out of stock of the color I wanted. Powder foundation, I use is Revlon—my color was out of stock. I began searching around each aisle and noticed almost every single aisle had slots that were completely empty. I just find this absurd they don’t stock their shelves like they did when they first opened. I feel like this location is going downhill quickly.As far as the staff goes, they do tend to be on the more snobby side so beware.

Unless youre 21 and blonde and skinny you cant get assistance in this store. Its a shame as I buy a lot of products elsewhere because of the inability to get help here.

I love coming here and trying out some new things...one of the make up artists used this pallets on me and I bought it instantly. Colors make my eyes POP!

Great deals today! Im not an Ulta fan, my past experiences have not been good. Today I was greated with a friendly face and she was very helpful, I think Ill visit this store again.

Was working outside at an event and this place is very beautiful, clean, and management was amazing. She was so nice and helpful to anything we needed and her staff kept a smile on their face. I no longer work with the foster group anymore, but I still love giving great reviews that are needed.

I walked around one particular hair product section for quite a while as multiple employees walked by and didnt even say hi or offer to help. Most were not helping customers, so Im not sure why. A small group of them were even chatting together in the main aisle. I was finally able to get the attention of a very nice lady with curly blonde hair & she was very helpful. Ill go back, as I hope this is not the norm.

Sue the manager lied to me about holding a cologne that they had in stock. Drove over an hour only for it to be gone & missing.

Its unfortunate that this location lacks customer service, stocked inventory, or knowledge of what this store carries. You have employees to busy socializing, employees that dont know the products, no acknowledgement to customers; serving their needs as they shop. Ive tried multiple times to give this place a try since its close by, but no more. Ill make the drive to other stores where they understand what work ethics means with a smile. Ulta, please hire individuals that have pride in what they do, not just another made up face! All you hire are teenagers and/or lazies. Get with it.

They have reasonable prices, great products with name brands and their own line as well. They are very helpful, informative and always available. They also furnish makeup, hair care products as well as skin care products. You Can get your hair cut, colored and your eyebrows done among other things. They usually have a sale and / or coupons or even a goodie bag and free stuff. I Highly recommend Ulta for all your cosmetic and Skin Care needs.

On a whim I decided to make my daughter an appointment. I was able to get in same day.She has extremely long stringy straight hair. She is 13 so I let her decide what style she wanted. She wanted it trimmed with layers but still able to put in a ponytail.All Terrance ended up doing was trimming the ends. He kept telling her if he cuts any shorter she cannot put it in a ponytail. She knows how to do a high ponytail.The end result is its still long and stringy with no dead ends for $31.I wish we would of went to great clips instead. Hopefully with time he will become a much better hairdresser, but for now save your money!Bottom line is, Terrance does not have enough experience to cut human hair. Stay away!!!!!

The front desk associates were really welcoming and attentive; however, everyone else doesn’t bother to step away from their conversations to ask you need anything. I tried asking one employee if an item was in stock and they proceeded to text and gossip with their coworker. As I was leaving this person hadn’t looked up from their phone or even made eye contact with anyone else who came in.

I got my eyebrows waxed. I specifically told the young lady do not take anything above the hairline of the brown. So she takes a little brush brushes mouth eyebrows up and then she can wax it off at the brown line. Big fat mistake that is not what you do. I am a licensed cosmetologist as well as cosmetology instructor you never cut the eyebrow hair off at the hairline and rarely did you cut it at all. They did issue a refund but they acted as if I was crazy.

I love this place. I can literally shop in here for hours. You can find some really great deals on great quality makeup. I also love the coupons or special offers you can get for signing up for savings. The staff isnt so friendly and snotty that is the only downside and the reason I am not giving 5 stars.

I normally dont leave or views and I normally also dont leave negative reviews at that. However I normally always have great experiences at the store but theres one individual short hair almost like a pixie cut blonde how the horrible experience checking out with her I ended up just leaving and not purchasing any of my items and I would not go back there or serve my business there after that experience

Everyone was very nice! I went to return 2 items and had no issues! They are very knowledgeable about products. If they didnt have a product or a brand they knew what other locations did have it as to make sure I found everything I need or want at ulta. Loved the team here and it was my first time at this store! Such a great first impression!

Arrived unannounced looking for airbrush makeup. Ended up with fabulous makeover and learned what I truly needed. I look great! My hubby loves it. Whats more: I LOVE IT!!!

I came in for a cut and color and Sarah took great care of me she was knowledgeable and gave me great advice on some corrections my hair needed she even showed me a simple style I could do for work as well as giving me tips on products and makeup. I loved the whole process and will definitely be back.

I love the choices and the availability of samples especially for Women of Color. I still miss Iman Cosmetics but theyre plenty of brands with a spectrum of shades.

OK as Ultas go. Was looking for some specific items from Clinique and they were out of stock of the colors/formulas I needed. Ended up going a few doors down to Belk and got them, along with a nice little gift with purchase.

I went in looking for a new lipstick, the ladies were awesome with assisting me.

They have gotten better keeping items stocked and keeping the store clean.

Pricey but great quality. Staff was pretty stuck up. I guess they dont think girls like me enjoy cosmetics.

The employees aren’t well trained. I purchased a Benefit eyebrow kit they had on sale for $49, which is an awesome price. I went to the counter and Adriana stated ‘this deal expired yesterday.’ Instead of completing my purchase, she then yelled across the counter to one of the other girls and barked ‘take the sign down right now, the offer has expired.’ My husband and I stood there and waited until the other employee took the sign down. I asked her if I would get the deal because there was a sign she put her hand out as if saying stop and said ‘yea we’ll do the 49 this time’ lol. Smh. Im super happy about the great deal but I dont think Adriana knows how to handle customers.

This is a new review to publicly recognize Cathy in the Prestige make-up area. I visit this store regularly and typically havent received a great experience in the make-up area. Last week I went in looking to match an eye shadow color that was no longer available. Cathy seemed so friendly so I let her know what I was needing. She wasnt geared towards a specific brand, her only goal was to help me find what I needed. She knew all of the brands and exactly where to find them. She didnt make me feel like I was annoying her or keeping her from visiting with her co-workers which is the feeling I usually got. I walked out with not just one eye shadow but an entire pallet from Tarte that I love! Thank you Cathy for your professionalism, kindness and knowledge!

They’re always out of stock of everything every time I visit this store. Today the store manager was doing inventory for a Lancôme (it was slim pickings), and when I asked how long it usually takes to get the orders in she was snappy and rude. The front counter clerk was stuck up as well. Only one employee helped me out and color matched me for the iT CC+ and she was freaking amazing. Super sweet girl. I’ll stick to the Ulta by the Northeast Mall, they always go above and beyond, and are always friendly.

Just came in to do a multidimensional, cut and style. Nuvia is amazing! She was super thorough and has exceptional customer service skills. Felt like talking to a long time friend. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

They sell a great variety of beauty items, beauty tools, perfumes & cologne. They also offer beauty services. This store is near our home. So its in a convenient location.

They recently finished reorganizing the store and carrying more products, including k-beauty and a lot of great sheet masks. The staff here are polite and easy to find if you need help and I never feel hounded or pressured by them. My only complaint about Ulta is more at the corporate level with how they handle pricing, for example: I went in yesterday and a product I buy that is regularly priced $14.99 had a clearance sticker over the shelf price... For $14.99 (I checked under to make sure I wasnt remembering wrong). That seemed a little misleading, but has nothing to do with this specific location. In fact, this particular location is the best in the area, in my opinion.

This Ulta location is fabulous! And Erica at the Benefit Brow Bar is amazing. She is the only person I will let do my brows.

The staff is very helpful. I recommend Julissa for any color, cut needs that you may have for your hair. Also Emma blew my thick hair out perfectly!

The eyebrow person was not very helpful at all. I went in to buy stuff to do my brows and left empty handed because they werent very helpful. It makes a difference when someone enjoys what they do compared to someone whos just collecting a check. Hopefully, they will replace her with someone who enjoys doing makeup.

They have lost my business. Pricey and awful Customer Service. 4 employees standing at the door to greet guests. They were too involved in their own conversation to welcome me as i walked in. Prices are the same or higher than Amazon, im willing to wait for prime delivery. Thanks Ulta!

I got my hair cut here. When I went in I was excited as Id never been there before. I then had to deal with an stylist, Sarah, who apparently just broke up with her boyfriend and was complaining to another guy stylist about it. She then kept mentioning how she was already supposed to be gone. Here Im thinking dont mess up my hair. Upon talking to the other stylist she would cut and not look at my hair while cutting. This made me cringe. I kept trying to get her attention back on me. After the guy left other associates in Ulta were asking about nails and again she would look away and cut. Another stylist came in around 6:00pm, whom Sarah said she did not like, and was working on someone elses hair. Sarah would then look away again and cut. She then left me to go do something while in the middle of a cut. My hair looks kind of choppy and Im not satisfied. The experience was horrible. Not worth the $37 + the tip I felt obligated to pay. I am now going to have to go somewhere else to get my hair cut and that just isnt fair. I wasted my money at Ulta cause the stylist couldnt bother to pay attention and do her job, which was cut my hair.*Update:* The salon manager, Oscar, called me trying to rectify the situation. Instead he was condescending and rude. He started yelling at me over the phone and getting snarky. This place is a joke!

There are many products to be sure. But the employees made me feel like an outsider. Can you say high school?@

Ashley, the MOD today, was amazing! She went above and beyond to correct a misunderstanding that happened on the previous day. My love for ULTA has grown! Wonderful customer service by another young lady as well. She called all the surrounding stores to see if they had the product I was looking for. This will be my primary ULTA from now on! Today was my first experience with the salon. I booked with Nuvia after reading some reviews about this location. I have never had a stylist who worked with such confidence, and finesse! I couldn’t be happier with my cut and style! I will definitely be returning to Nuvia in the future!

Very friendly staff and the site was super clean.

Unhelpful. The entire staff gathered in a part of the store talking about the bad renovation job instead of actually helping me.It wasnt busy and I was in there for a long time trying to find what I wanted. Then when I found something I wanted to try they didnt have any testers so I could swatch it. When I asked why they didnt have any testers, or many products in general, they said it was because they were renovating and didnt want to put out new stuff.Then I asked if they had any samples and was told no. They literally have nothing.So theyre selling old product intentionally and ignoring customers. Dont go to this location.

If I could give this store zero stars I would, I had an awful experience. I usually never post any reviews, yet for this I felt I had to. I made an appointment early morning for 6 pm this evening for hair. I was quoted 130 dollars to be the max with a 20 percent discount. I went to the store and the lady name Sidney who was supposed to do my hair was uninterested to even do my hair and on top of that she quotes me over 200 dollars for my hair! Then I decided to leave and before I left I wanted buy a benefit pencil for my eyebrows and I went to ask a lady and she was too busy on her phone and completely ignored me and when then tells me they dont have it. I just walked out and promised to never go to Ulta again. Sephora all the way! 💄

Very clean store, well stocked and pleasant to be in. Sometimes the staff outright ignores us, other times theyre extremely friendly. I come here to get some hard to find hair products and their prices arent bad, just a couple dollars more than elsewhere.

CHRISTINA WAS AMAZING. I walked in and was clueless on what color i needed for my foundation, so I found the first person I saw in uniform. She was probably new bc she was trying to ask lifestyle questions but wasnt getting me anywhere. We then intercepted with another worker. The 1st worker then asked for assistance for a color match. The 2nd associate, Christina helped me find the coverage I wanted, the color i needed and made me comfortable with buying it. BUT they ran out of my color to buy SO she was willing to put it on hold when she sees it the next day but i told her i needed it tonight and so she called another location and told them to put it on hold and we got there just in time. THANKS CHRISTINA!!! She definitely went above and beyond for me!

Twice I’ve tried to purchase a no.4 product with their promotion for a free sample...The first time they kept saying they ran out when an employee already showed me where it was stored ... and I had to tell the other workersSecond time they said they ran out again and won’t replenish ...after I had to remind them that there was a promotionIf that is the case, take down the promotion and quit wasting peoples time to stand in line to buy an item because the promotion allows you to try other samplesDidn’t appreciate their attitude.

I came into the store in need of some serious help. My concealer oxidized so bad on my face, I looked like a Dalmatian! I went in expecting something like a touch up but this AMAZING woman, Sonia, did my entire look. She helped me so much and pointed me in the right direction in regards to foundation and primer- Estée Lauder is going to be my new go-to. Goodbye tarte!Thanks again Sonia! My experience has not been good at all at this store. The sales staff are not at all friendly, and they act like its a huge burden to wait on you and will rush away ASAP to go talk to their buddies. Wont be going back.
