Was not pleased by young teenager girl without a mask serving ice cream, requiring her to get her face level with to inside the ice cream freezers. Declined to have her serve us - apparently it is store policy to have masks optional for servers. Last visit for us til Covid is gone.

Extremely delicious, very nice place good customer service, a variety of ice cream cakes for any ocassion and the famous mangonada.😋 It has a handicap parking at the very entrance.

The worst bad costumer service I ask for pineapple and as u can see she dump a whole lot.. plus she dropped the banana split and I just picked it up and put some more whipped cream instead of re doing it... really bad experience there

The two girls working tonight were great, the boy, not so much. He was wearing NO mask whatsoever and all over the products, serving people, etc. Very scary. Left, and went to the Southlake location, which was very clean and all employees were masked.

Manager, your employees dont open the doors at 9.45pm. If you close at 10, it should stay open til 10pm. It takes about three minutes to scoop ice cream. Update: at 9:50, they turned down a man and his elementary school daughter too, while they were just mopping and staring at us from inside. Ridiculous.

Who doesnt love Baskin-Robbins! The PRALINES N CREAM 🍦 😋 IS HEAVEN. BTW, the service is EXCELLENT.

Employee there didnt seem like she want it to be there, my milkshakes were watery and not completely filled to the top.

I have been here many times in the past 3 years due to location close to my place but finally gave up. Every time I went to this store, the owners mostly working by themselves are straight up rude. I like my shakes and smoothies certain way and they told me they wont make it because its not the recipe. I asked for extra scoop charged me extra and the scoops are smallest possible. Clearly shows owner wants to save even pennies. Horrible customer service. Prices are higher than the other Baskin Robbins close by

Usually not too busy when I go there as of late. Get my fav scoops of chocolate fudge.

This particular shop could use a bit more seating, especially outside. That said, the ice cream is sublime. Try out chocolate-almond if you visit

The Ice-cream is always good, but the prices are a bit expensive and the smoothies taste DISCUSTING. I came in one day and asked for a Mango-Strawberry smoothie, but they only had mangoes so I was just like Eh, its okay, itll probably taste the same but it tasted like hotdog water and artificial mango.

Cookies were extremely stale and waaaay to hard to eat I ended up throwing my ice cream sandwich away couldnt eat it. I wasnt too impressed with the ice cream either. Best advice is that if you want fresh food dont go here I will not be back.

YOU GUYS ARE IDIOTS U BRING DISGRACE TO THE COMPANY!!!!! I have been going to Baskin Robbins for over 20 years and NEVER and I mean NEVER have they EVER been out of waffle cones, sprinkles and those 2 flavors for ONE DAY much less 3 WEEKS!!!!
