Not snobby like some of the other furniture stores in Eureka. My college instructor taught us that every dollar you spend is a vote for that business so choose wisely. I appreciate the friendly service without pressure from our salesperson Chris. Pricing is reasonable and its locally owned. I took my elderly mother here and they were super patient. Thank you. I will be back soon and will refer my daughter to you also, she just got a new home. Old fashioned respect goes a long ways.

Huge place. Lots of stuff to pick from. I got a new love seat and mattress. They delivered it the next day and their movers carried it in for me. They sent a thankyou note in the mail after our transaction. I recommend walking in here if you need something affordable.

Ive been in a few times looking for a couch set and bed. I ended up purchasing a king size bed in February of 19 they had on the floor as a display for $1000 (which I feel was a steal of a deal) that is seriously the most comfortable bed ever, then finally bought a couch set in October 2019. The gentleman helping us informed us it could take 2-3 weeks but called only about a week later and scheduled a delivery date for the next day. I couldent be happier. They look amazing in my front room and their customer service was amazing when we had an issue with our coffee table 5 days after it being deliverd. They orderd us a new one and had it swapped out and in our front room within about 10 days. Thank you guys for the wonderful service! Will deffinitly be back if we need anything else.

Excellent service! The people at Delta were easy going and we felt like they really listened to us when we told them what we were looking for. The mattress we liked was in stock and they were able to do same day delivery for us. The delivery team was awesome! They were on time, professional, and put everything together for us very fast. I would give them more stars if I were able to! The prices were some of the best we had seen (we shopped around a bit). The warehouse has more than mattresses too, they have a great variety of all sorts of furniture.TL;DR great experience, highly recommend

I was very very impressed with the service I experienced at Delta Mattress. The salesperson David was both knowledgeable about the products as well as a good listener. He helped me make the right decision. When I went to pick up my mattress John was just amazing at helping me load the mattress and box on my truck to insure safety on the drive home. After visiting multiple local stores to furnish our new home I had experienced nothing but frustration. My wifes coworker mentioned we should check out Delta next and I had some apprehensions due to our previous experiences elsewhere. I was to the point of just saying screw it and buying online. I am very glad I didnt. The store itself has a great selection (compared to other local stores), and a really unique layout. The salesman who helped us was very laid back, patient, and knowledgeable about the products. If it he had acted anything else like the other salespeople we had encountered we wouldve left after some window shopping. I unfortunately lost his card, but he is about a foot taller than any other person there and hard to miss. All said and done Id really recommend checking this place out before clicking that order button.

I came here for new GE appliances. I heard they just started carrying a line of appliances. The salesperson was perfect to verify my online selections based on reviews and wanted features. John did a great job and I will use him again. No strong arming just a good listener and accomplished my goals. They delivered on time and the date they promised. Delivery guys were professional and made what could have been a hard job easy and with a great attitude.

Walked in no greeting from the front desk person for a while he just literally stared at me in disgust finally someone else walked in named Eric really great guy super helpful but I will not spend my hard earned money here going to verns instead they treated me with respect ✊🏾

We were greeted by a friendly salesman who asked us questions to understand our needs. He was patient with us, and provided answers to all of our questions. I bought my bed there, but I decided to get back because it was too small. Less than 7 days passed by and they didnt want to refund or get it back for less what I paid for it. The bed still In the bag. Dont buy anything there because if their stuff is not in a good condition or anything. They wont take it back. They show good one and they bring bad materials to their customers.
