They are so incredibly slow and understaffed its absurd. Ive waited here for over an hour and a half and havent been helped yet, because with 5 people waiting, and Saturdays being busy, they only have maximum of 2 people working at a time.Be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait some more. Just take the afternoon off.

Wow! Im honestly surprised at US Cellular Eurekas exceptional level of customer service. Mara even held onto the last device for us as we drove from Trinidad. She explained everything so thoroughly over the phone that I had no hesitation in choosing them for our service. Keep up the great work and many thanks again to Mara.

These people are RUDE and always dirty inside. I go threw Verizon. I like there service and very helpful and friendly ready to help you us cellular needs to step there game up in customer service and attitude problems. People are just money to them
These positive reviews must be left by the employees because every time I go in here to pay my bill which is a 2 minute transaction, I am waiting for nearly an hour EVERY time. They have no way of separating customers based on what they are trying to take care of in the store.They will let you wait for an hour and not bat an eye.On top of that, they will literally go and take breaks while they are in the middle of helping customers!A woman today left for 15 minutes in the middle of helping someone and came back licking the food out of her teeth.

I went into this store and didn’t like it, the prices are very very high. Insanely expensive!! The people were cool but it was super pricey. We go with T-Mo and 3 of us pay $105 for total unlimited no throttles.It worked for us, plus my brother is a marine and his family gets five lines for $110!! Cause the military on us thing over there.This store is not in a good location, it’s very busy parking lot and next to grocery store I got my car door scratched when i was there by another person.Also bad area, they have security guards to protect the customers from thief and drug takers.I do not tell friends they should come here no not them, not good place.
I will never do business with this company again. Every time I have been in this store it has been a bad experience. Apparently, they dont just want your money. They dont want to be held accountable for your services working properly. I just paid,a 200 dollar bill yesterday. I have a device that is throttling. Meanwhile, I have research to conduct and I have to wait until after the 15th to use this device? Brady, is a bad manager. Call me if you want to know the details.

I wanted to buy a phone that was on display on the floor, but they said this phone has been discontinued and we havent had it in stock for months. WHY is it on the floor then? I have overheard the employees talking down to other customers, telling them how much they hate such-and-such model of phone and who convinced you to buy this thing??? Hello, its in your store. Customer service is never helpful to any of my issues, of which Ive had many. The cell coverage is incredibly spotty. I would not recommend US Cellular to anybody.
Its a corporate store, so theyre extremely pushy make you wait in line and its always super busy but its the only u.s. Cellular store close. Its not bad, but they definitely tell you what they do and dont like about your new phone which is not really what I care for

I was lied to and misled by the staff at this office. I went in to discuss pricing, because I didnt want to switch carriers unless I could be assured I would be saving money. I was given a print out with the phones and plans I wanted and the estimated price. When I returned the following week to sign up, I gave the person helping me the paper. She brought out three wrong phones and started opening them before I caught it. I was told I wouldnt be charged a restocking fee, but I was. The phones I wanted had to be shipped. I was still sent one incorrect phone and was charged for another restocking fee. We were told we were able to have unlimited data, a discount based on my employer, as well as specials, such as $100/per line in store credit, all for under the price threshold I had given. Two months later, I was in their office, wanting to find out why I had an $800 bill and they could not figure it out! They credited me one of the restocking fees, though. I called the national number and, after speaking to three different people, found a competent person who removed the other restocking fee and the taxes Id paid on devices I never even received, who told me that you cannot get the employer discount on unlimited plans and that just the base amount for those unlimited plans with the phones we chose was, in fact, nearly double the threshold I had given in the Eureka sales office! So, that explained why my bill was so high. He helped me downgrade our plans from unlimited to 6gb, so that I could continue to afford it. I was also told that the insurance I had selected did not qualify for our phones and I had been automatically moved into a higher category by the sales rep, without being told. I received a letter a month after signing up for service, that even the price of that was going up. This place is staffed by either completely incompetent people, who have no understanding of the pricing structures, or incredibly greedy people, who are only interested in their commission. Or both. Unfortunately, I am now trapped in service with them, as we pay off our phones. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
Buyer beware!!!!!!Im new to the area and I wanted to shop around the local cellphone carriers in Eureka to compare coverage and pricing. I googled cellphone stores near me and thats when I saw US Cellular!!I went into the location at 1440 Broadway Street, and I walked into a line of confused, impatient, loud, and stinky customers.First strike was not being greeted.Second strike was the cleanliness of the store, there were cheetos or something crunch up on the floor, the little red things they had me wait onwas sticky! I was really grossed out to be honest but my wife told me to calm down and we waited another five minutes before we were greeted by this really arrogant blonde man, he bobbed up to us with this goofy smirk on his face and asked us, what are we going to do for you folks? I was honestly dumbfounded. I havent been greeted that poorly in a long time.He did explain that he was the general manager of eureka and arcata or Oregon or something but he said he didnt have access to codes or anything so he just excused himself and walked back into the back part.We finally got greeted by this young lady and she was very sweet and showed us the options.She said wed get 50 giga on high speed and unlimited after that on a hot spot and she said it would be perfect for my family of seven people. Needless to say, 2G isnt useable matter of fact we used 50 giga in two days.Came to return and one of their associates a big bearded man and he pulled me outside and told me 50 giga for 7 people for the hulu wont work and told me about another service locally that works for family.This girl lied to me.I set an appointment to meet with manager, Brady, and he didnt show. Had rep. Call him and he says oh well.I feel like I was discriminated against and lied to because I am not very knowledgeable about tech. I felt so sad now, wasted time and money. They honestly do a bad justice to the grocery store they are next to because they have great food and staff and this place is liars and crooks and thievesBuyer beware!!!!!!!!!
Prices keep going up! Most of the employees are misleading! They do not always tell you the truth. You are told what they think you want to hear!! Went into the store yesterday and the employee called me a liar to my husband! This reall pissed me off!! If I wasnt in a contract with us cellular I would leave!! Also it has become more and more difficult to buy a new phone without increasing your bill dramatically! They arent all about helping the customer, its all about the money!

It seems like everytime I go in there these misfits just try and jam as much stuff into the sale, they don’t care about us or ask questions they just miss-represent and lie so they can make a couple dollars... the service also sucks outside of Humboldt. I’m so dissatisfied with my experience here.
