Didnt end up buying anything. Went in and both workers just sitting literally on the floor on there cell phones. If there to busy then Ill shop somewhere else. Went across the way instead famous footwear.

One of the few good stores this mall has to offer, my go to store for shoes. Great management and store employees. Kudos to Marley, the store manager, for providing an excellent and fun shopping experience, will be coming back!

Love the environment of the store. Makes me feel very welcome. Employees were nice and not too pushy.

Be careful buying Uggs from Journeys at the Bayshore Mall in Eureka, CA.My husband bought me a pair of the Short Chestnut for Christmas and the back is coming unsewn and there is already a tiny hole on the right boot. They only have a 30-day return policy where if I had purchased from UGG directly, it would have been a year. I have other boots that I have had for years and they have had no problems. The suede seems to be much thinner than prior purchases.

I went to Journeys to find a pair of Doc. Martines. When I go to shoe store and look at the shoes I like to pick them up and feel them. In this situation I was in there later at night with my mom (Im 16). When we first walked in the two girls behind the counter just looked at my mom and I and continued talking. Not once saying hello or can I help you. At first I thought it might just be that they will ask after Ive looked around for a bit but another couple walked in a few minutes later and they went over to her and explained the difference of the shoes asked her what sizes she need and were very helpful. I dont know if it was my age because I am young and the though was that I was not going to be able to buy $100 shoe but I very frustrated by the time I left. After being in there for a good 10 mins one of the workers finally asked me If I need anything but only after I walked up to her, she was helpful after that but the other worker kept giving me dirty looks. That same worker anytime I would pick up a shoe and put it back down would come over and move it. I always thought you were allowed to pick up the shoes in stores but I guess not here and for this reason I didnt end up buying anything even though I went in there with full intenet of dropping $150 on a pair of shoes.

Great prices and in store staff but upper managment treats them horribly

I recently ordered two pairs of Birkenstocks online from Journeys, and both pairs didnt fit. After these online orders, I went to the Journeyss location in Eureka, CA: store #1131. The manager, Nathen Sipan, was a huge help and created a wonderful shopping experience. He was friendly and courteous, but most importantly, knew his products and how to find the right shoe for his customer! After measuring my feet and having me try on shoes, he helped me decide what shoes I wanted and ordered them online from in-store. Ive been struggling to find shoes which fit my feet exactly as well as support them. Nathen provided excellent service with humor and a smile. I will definitely shop again at his location, and Journeys in general, due to the fantastic and reliable service.
