I went in to exchange a gift that I didnt want and they told me that I couldnt even exchange for another product in the store unless I had a receipt and it was within 7 days of that receipt. Terrible exchange policy. Also, not much in this store without the word: pounds. in it, *eyeroll*.

Terrible exchange policy. I tried to return a gift that I didnt like and not only would they not let me return it without a receipt but they wouldnt even let me exchange it unless I had a receipt and it was within 7 days of that receipt. This is a return policy for a store that isnt confident in their merchandise...makes sense since everything in there only says pounds. This is a Chad store for sure.
