They keep the food court alive. I always order the peppermint mocha whenever Im at the mall. Baristas are all super friendly and fast. Give them a shot!

The ice-cream, shakes, coffee, sodas and blends are great! The costumer service however, is not. I live in eureka and visit the mall almost regularly and kaleidoscope coffee has been one of my favorite places to go. Unfortunately the past few times I have been there the staff have been more attentive to their phones then their customers. When ordering milkshakes for my daughter and myself today, two of the female workers were huddled at the front counter hovering over one of their phones and talking about pictures, personal life etc. Mind you there was two other people waiting to be helped, one of whom worked in the mall (judging by her uniform). When asked if they got paid to be on their phones, the response I got from one of the girls (long black hair didn’t tell me her name) was “yeah actually we are” had an attitude about her. The other response from the other girl (short blond hair didn’t catch name) was “we are only allowed to help one customer at a time”. When asked if the manager was in they both told me no, then asked if I was already helped, I said yes (the only man working with good attitude and professional demeanor was helping me. Gave him a 5$ personal tip for himself) but those two ladies have not, looking behind me and pointing to a woman with her child and another lady in work uniform. They then proceeded to help the customers and be progressive with their time.I really like kaleidoscope, I just feel that some of the staff need more training on customer service and not being in your phone when your on the clock. That’s what breaks and lunches are for. Fast food places are supposed to be fast.

Bomb coffee, polite service, great conversation, honestly the best coffee place Ive been to in town.

This place is so good with so many flavors. just so you know the butterfinger frappe is the best. also the staff there is amazing always serve you with a smile!

Would not honor their promotion. Cashier offered to sell a $30 card to get $3.50 off the first drink. Definitely not dropping $30 on coffee Ive never tried and on a place that doesnt honor their advertisements.

I typically drink an iced breve latte with caramel and vanilla. For those that don’t know what a breve is, it’s a latte made with half and half rather than milk. Most places charge approximately $5.25 for a large one. This place charged me $7.00 AND it tasted like garbage! When you make Starbucks look cheap, you’re charging too much.

Amazing! I use to go to the Redding locations all the time. Hands down the best coffee!!! I’m so excited that Humboldt got one!!! Their wraps are amazing too!!!!

Honest Review:Kaleidoscope Coffee is the best place to get coffee personally. For one there proves are extremely affordable especially if you enjoy drinking coffee everyday like myself. I go here almost every day and not because I work at the mall but because the staff is always so friendly and inviting. I may not have tried everything on there menu but I do try to get something new everyday. So far everything I have gotten is amazing and for the price I am not complaining I mean where else can you get a 32 oz fir under $7So if you want some great coffee where it wont break your wallet you should come and try them out.

It is one of the nicest and cleanest coffee shops that I have been too! 10/10 would recommend! The staff is great and super fast service.
