Kit is the assistant manager, was so very friendly in greeting us as we walked in, and offered to help us with our business cards right away.Brooklynn is the Print & Marketing Associate and she was super awesome at helping us speed up the printing process so that we could get the cards on the same day. It all depends on how many orders they have backed up. We were thrilled to pay $14.99 for 250 personalized cards. Bring in a USB with an image if you want to add that to the card. Emailing images decreases the quality of pixels for some reason. You can do back and front, same price. You can choose fonts and colors for no additional cost. They have templates for all sorts of personal business types! The store is nicely stocked with all sorts of office supplies. They have a huge wall dedicated to ink cartridges. Printers and work tables sold here, along with all kinds of office furniture.Bathroom requires an associate to open the door. There is free WiFi!Large print station with mostly self-serve options.Big free parking lot out front.
Incredible ! The prices, variety, selection is amazing ! They had better relocate when and if the mall closes !
Went in to buy a printer, the store was empty so I thought it was going to be quick. The two employees visible were helping a man with the printers so I walked around the printer area for a bit, still no one acknowledged me. One employee was explaining things to the man, the other was just standing there being his shadow. I walked past again, the second employee turns to look at me and just stares. I left and ran another errand since they were so busy with whomever this VIP customer was, and came back to give them a second shot and was met with the same blank stare in the printer aisle from the employee who was standing maybe 3ft from me. Tip to staples, hire people under 60 so their geriatric personal preferences don’t interfere with your business. I’d give 0 stars if that were an option.
Never ever shop at the store if you buy something and walk out the door with it and not by their contract they wont help you now Im talking about walking out the door what kind of business does that people need to be aware of their business practices so unless youre willing to buy the contract dont shop there even one day even just walking out the door with it they wont help you at all I know of no other business like that every business has some sort of return policy they have none 0
Dont bother wasting your time. It takes about a minute a page to copy papers in black and white because of how their system is setup. Then if you ask them to copy whole file folder to make it go faster they charge you over a dollar a page compared to the $0.12 self service. The entire place is set up to waste your time. Do you know its pretty bad when even the employees are suggesting you go to the local Scrappers Edge to get your stuff printed.
Bought my first laptop. Crew very helpful and patient with old school dude. Found a great deal and quick delivery too. Cant wait to bust the box n load some softy stuff.
Lindsey was awesome she was so helpful with my cards and suggestions for my husbands business cards. I usually get ignored and no one in sight at that store will definately come again for further service...that girl should get a raise for her amazing customer service thank you Ashley
Last Saturday, I had a super rush order for some color copies of photos. Carla whipped it out in no time! Great job Carla! Thank you!
Great selection great parking and some of the best employees Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with!!
If you want to get some copies quickly DONT go to Staples. The last time I was there I was told that they are not allowed to make copies for you, you must use the self-serve. And thats not fast. You have to get your card authorized first then go through questions like entering your rewards card, etc. You are essentially the cashier. The directions are not clear. It is indeed very frustrating. The price is $.11per page for b&w copies AND apparently they also charge you to use the copier on top of the per page price. After going through the frustrating process, as I was leaving the store Brook McLean a very immature girl followed me out of the store and asked Did you pay for your copies? Clearly she was intending to insult me since you cant make the copies unless you pay at the machine. When I pointed this out to her, she smiled and said Okay. Brook is one or those people who smiles while she is insulting you thinking that will cover her when you complain. Shes a phony! Whatever you do dont go to Staples. Go to Scrappers Edge or Central Office. They are always pleasant and make your copies for you at a much cheaper price, and they dont have a hidden charge to use the copiers. I agree with the other posts the employees essentially walk around doing nothing. When I was there there was one other customer and the employees Brook McLean for example just standing around doing nothing. So of course Brook had the time to follow me out of the store and insult me. Brook is not an asset for Staples, clearly she has her own agenda; insulting the customers.
4/14/2014 5 pm ish Totally waste of my time. I searched for a battery for my camera did not find one. Found an employee wondering around who brought me to someone else who told me to go online to order a battery from Nikon. I just decided to buy a new camera, and get a battery later and give the camera to my kids. I showed him the camera I would like to buy and he asked me to wait a minute while he got a manager. He returned a few minutes later and said all managers are tied up one should be with me shortly. While I waited for 15 minutes I played games on a pad with my kids. Then decided to go and find a manager. There were two cashiers, two people on the floor walking around, one person in the print shop, and three in the computer area? no managers to be seen, so 27 minutes later I just decided to leave I waited way to long already. I am guessing the employees are thieves if the managers were so busy (not to be seen in the store) and the employees are not trusted with keys while no managers were in the store? You tell me. I get better customer service buying girl scout cookies on a corner of the rite-aide parking lot, in the rain!!!!
Fast quick service after, store employee knew exactly where everything was...But their Bluetooth adapter was $40... theyre normally $10
The customer service is horrible. Clerks will not open registers, hide when you are looking for help, they dont even acknowledge customers at the printing desk. I wish I had better options in this small town.
Jared was a most helpful young man when my wife and I went in on an early wed afternoon to get a new printer.
Took care of what I wanted even when faced with technology issuea. Always Friendly and helpful when you walk in.
The service was very dissatisfied. The people in there didnt know where anything was didnt want to go look for it very bad and the three things I specifically went in there for they tell me theyve never sold before. Wrong they sell it they just didnt want to do the job.
I went in to purchase a specific item. The check out guy couldn’t answer my question and sent me to a tech guy who was willing to open the package to make sure it would work with my computer. He did make sure he said “ I hope you’re going to buy this”. I told him that my computer needed to be plugged in because the battery was low. He told me to hook up the device “because you’re going to have to do it anyway and then he just left. He didn’t give me anyway to plug in my computer and I found nothing in the area that would help. I waited for him to come back and I never saw him again. I told the church out guy that I was going to another store where someone would help me. He didn’t even try to help. Awful service
Its the one stop shop for all your office and computer needs the staff are very helpful and wise just tell them what your needs are and they will do the rest
When Staples moved to its new location at the mall, it wasnt the same. The location seems smaller and everything feels crammed in there. You can still find what you need and the staff is nice, but the store always feels messy and unorganized to me.
Sales associates were very helpful got me too what I needed and check-out was a breeze and a very nice lady
The staff was abundantly helpful and friendly, although for product evaluations I think Amazon reviews are better to rely on than the staff...
The real reason theres an issue and a disconnect between Staples and their customers is because of the District Manager, Jason Berg, and the Regional Manager, Laurence Newell. Laurence clearly has no idea what hes doing, hes greedy and only cares about getting your dollars from your pockets into his. Jason is no better, he is constantly on vacation and could care less what you thought of him, so long as he has the ability to step on his underlings and take your money. Staples does not treat their associates well and thus they have no tolerance for whiney ass customers that are willing to step on them too. Just about everyone that is hired has left due to these two high ranking managers taking advantage of their yearly bonuses WHICH THEY GET BY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ASSOCIATES AND CUSTOMERS ALIKE! Dont blame the face you see for their performance, blame the real problem.
My wife was trying to look for back to school supplies in the store. Every time she was looking in different areas, this weasly short sales associate kept getting behind her and straightening products while staring at her. He was uncomfortably close. Relax buddy!! No one is stealing your 3x5 cards that bad that you have to hawk over everyones every move. This Staples sucks!!!
Needed staples. This place has a great selection of staples. Much approve.
They never have anything in stock when you want to buy it. So far Ive wanted to purchase a monitor, a desktop PC, hard drive, and security cameras - I always call before I go down and am always told that what I want is in stock. I then drive 30 minutes only to find out that they not only dont have it in stock but that they also dont know when it will be in. Terrible experience
Bought a chair and the leather ripped when I assembled it and I returned it with my mom and the next one was preassembled but the back was torn up and my mom made me return it again and we got a brand new preassembled one that was in perfect condition. 5/5 Great customer service.
Nice service and nice Employes.
I ordered a keyboard from a really nice young man who took my order gave me my receipts and an arrival date . Id been told that Staples was run by a bunch of incompetents but liked my ordering experience until the arrival date came . When my arrival date came I called and asked for my order and was asked by this guy what Id ordered and that UPS had not come in yet etc .. Ok I was fine with that . I was also told that 5 Pm was the last shipping time so I gave my phone number to the clerk who said he would contact me one way or the other as to the status of my order . This is where it gets interesting.. The guy doesnt call back l. So I miss out on any information as to the whereabouts of my keyboard after three trips into town at this time The reason I needed this keyboard is I have mild cataracts and I need the back light to see things properly . So a day passes and I get a hold of this guy who asks me for my name order number and what I ordered,. Heres where things went upside down .. Staples sells computers right . they have this irritating data base called Staples Rewards with your name address phone number blood type and your family tree back at least eight generations but they cant use any of that to find your order. Now it really gets interesting because the clerk says if I dont have the order number on my receipt he cant help me . So I give this guy my order number slowly three times over the phone and he still cant get it right . Next I ask for the manager and try to explain myself but she doesnt want to hear any thing about the first idiot I was talking about ; all shes interested in is this stupid order number .So I give her the order number three times and slowly and clearly and concisely and she still cant copy it down right . Then she wants me to hang on to the phone for about ten or fifteen minutes so she can look for it . After grumbling about further waiting The manager finally agrees to call me back and when she does she says she found the order and that it had arrived when it was supposed to but she mumbled some excuse about why it wasnt found .Finally I drive into town for a fourth time and then I find a line a line a the kiosk where I was supposed to get my keyboard and no one there to manage order pickups . I finally flag one guy down and who was it ? -the same moron I talked to and asked for the manager earlier that day . Now this guy wants to see my receipt and Id. So whats going on here Am I part of a plot to further foul up their arcane ordering process by showing up and telepathically knowing what I was going to pick up before I got there . Ive been trying to get this keyboard for ten days now . All I can say is that its amazing that people like this have to turn in a resume to get a job there and management still hires idiots . The sad thing is I found out I could get a better keyboard by the same manufacturer at Walmart for half the price with less turnaround time and less hassle . Ive never had a problem with Walmart either.
Im a local and I have to say that, besides the Service, this Staples store is just like any other Staples out there. This store is Clean and is easy to Navigate. What stands out for this store is its pitiful customer service. The employees dont even know or want to help with the customers. I hear the employees say It should be around this section a lot instead of helping the customer find the product. Then theres the just a moment and a whole lot of time passes by before a customer can get their service. Occasionally there is the I dont care phrase which is definitely not a good phrase to be hearing in most customer servicing. The largest problem I have with this store is that the easytech employees and the easytech manager of the store have been, and is still, consistently incompetent. The manager is very slow at doing anything, often just sitting there gazing around the store. The easytech employees are often college students whove just taken basic computer classes. Most of the employees lack any knowledge outside of basic information placed on the card next to the product. The employees tend to be replaced every couple of months meaning that the level of experience is always inconstantly low and with no experienced employee around, the rate at which their service improves is very slow.Overall this store is below average. If a customer knows what they are getting or what they want then this store is as good as they come. However, if the customer does not know what they want then they will have a very hard time with the slow, incompetent, and unprofessional serviced. In the end, this store does what it does well enough to not sink into a poor overall.
Employes are nice here.
The Staples staff walks around doing nothing. I stood in the store for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me find what I was looking for. No one would even make eye contact with me.
Cost almost 75 cents to print on an index card if I brought them the index card to print on. Thats per side by the way. Save your money. Find another print place.
Great customer service.
Best selection of office supplies in town
Employees know their stuff.
They dont know nothing going about anything in that store .Ask a question about anything, and see they dont have a answer.
Not very good, the employees seem to think its okay to ignore or make smart remarks on your purchases or pondering purchases...
Horrible selection. They push you to order everything online for delivery in a week. Prices are 3-10 times higher than Amazon, but they will price match with Amazon if you push them to.
Just a bad place to shop, unless you want a cheap computer
Usually Staples has everything I need 🇺🇸
Rip-off
Good!
You will find everything you are looking for.
