Chris is amazing!He answered his phone on his day off which happened to be his birthday! He came to the rescue as always. Hes always professional and is great to work with.. I recommend him always no matter where he is working.

I was in traffic between Arcata and Eureka and your van past me doing 80 at least before corridor around 10:00 am this morning. Guy with a beard threw his lite cigarette out window. Wish had better description, but flew by.What the hell is he going that fast and we dont need another wild fire.

Most unprofessional and sketchy service in this county. I had technican Chris come out to view my commercial washer. He didnt want take the time to figure out the problem I was having. He was very rude, and not only that he smelled of alcohol! When I mentioned it to him he said he went out for drink with friends but hasnt had drink since last night. This was late afternoon and alcohol was coming out his pours. I called Mendes to complain and they told me they would look into the problem! I will absolutely not use this service ever again with type of questionable employees on staff
