Went in there to drop off a package, I was the only customer in there, did not get a hello, got greeted with glares from the two ladies working who were carrying on their own convo on their phones. I finally told them I just wanted to drop off a package, they said ok, want a receipt? I replied no and they turned around and sat back back down and on their phones. Pretty weird atmosphere and not professional… won’t be going back there. I’d rather drive across town.

The staff seem incapable of printing simple documents. Submitted online about 10 black and white pages to be printed and the staff could not figure out how to print them. I waited about 15 minutes before just giving up and leaving.

My wife and our son entered the store today. To all 3 ladies at the front on their phones. They were not talkative at all. My wife asked for a bigger box to mail the package and the lady just pointed. Didn’t even say a word. Then she asked for 2 stamps, and the front lady made it seem like the biggest deal. Very disappointed on UPS. As we do a lot of business with them.

Fast and kind customer service. The notary was very helpful and even faxed my document for me.

When other places are telling you how they cant do something -- Liz and her crew they are always saying -- I can do that -- I seriously believe they can wrap anything and safely send it where you ask . The place is wonderful!!!!!!! Im a customer for life!!!!!

Fast, and efficient, but there were too many people inside, the door was closed, and two employees were wearing masks with their noses hanging out.

Itd be nice if I could get my packages delivered without YOUR employees trying to open my packages and peek inside.

I had been waiting for my order to arrive and when the driver came, he saw that we had dogs. He gave both dogs a doggie treat. It made me so happy to both get my book and to see someone treat my two senior dogs so special

If I could give it negative I would. My aunt sent me my great grandmothers dishes packed amazingly like a box inside the box bubble wrap around in between and all the dishes extremely well wrapped.

Liz and her crew are fantastic! No matter how off beat my requests were or how long an item had to sit in her receiving area after arriving, they are always courteous, respectful, helpful and go above and beyond.

Flight from San Francisco to Ft Lauderdale promised a rental at 2560 South Ocean Blvd Palm Beach, The lawyer owner from Boston did not show up for our meeting and disconnected his cell phone . stuck on the road in South Florida for 28 days HIGH season, Hotels were booked and room rates were from $250 to $400.Great to have UPS store to hold my mail and provide essential service while on the road.Thanks again SEAN.

First off, the people that work in this office are awesome. No complaints there. Theyre always helpful and very friendly. Unfortunately, I got trapped in a UPS nightmare and was not able to receive any UPS packages to my new address. The worst part was that nobody could figure out how to help me. In the end, I had to find the problem and fix the glitch. Im supposed to start receiving packages now, so well see.

Friendly, and helpful. I go here all the time. They make amazon returns easy. Shipping and packaging is a breeze, although FedEx is cheaper and I havent had a lost or misplaced package at FedEx yet.

Liz just might be THE BEST person in Eureka, no exaggeration. If you have mailing needs this is the place.
