I recently got a 1976 Chevy C10 Scottsdale that needs a little love. I am not a mechanic but youtube videos and help from Michael and Rick help me get the job done. Last week I went there three times in one day and today it was twice and they always are willing to help me figure out what I need. Thanks guys for putting up with my questions and I have more trips there and questions planned in my future.

I need a special rear windshield wiper. The professional behind the counter knew exactly what I needed and why. He installed it in less time than it took me to look it up online (and I didnt even find the complete & correct info!) and I was on my way - safely!

Best staff, friendly and knowledgeable and always have time to answer my questions. Their hours always fit my schedule and Ive never had the experience where I needed something that they didnt have. Today I had a battery problem and they swapped it out free of charge. Ive gone to them exclusively since they opened several years ago and the quality of service is fantastic. Highly recommend them.

My favorite auto parts store. The service is great. Most of the guys will do everything possible to assist you. The stores are neat and stocked well. Specialty items arent bother just about everything can be ordered and delivered within a few days. Ive been going to Advance Auto for at least 15 years. Had an issue with one of their competitors hadnt look back since. Truthful and honest answers to all your needs. These guys ( girls) wont sell you parts you dont need. Advice is free and usually on point. I trust them to service my car implicitly. Ive only had one occurence where it was cheaper to buy a part from a car dealership than from them. 9 out of 10 these guys are your best best. Honesty, sincerity, and they truly care about the service theyre providing. I am always amazed by the integrity thats displayed by the staff. They go above and beyond to help, giving g great service and kindness because we all know to guys your car is one of your babies.

The staff is great and always ready to go the extra mile to make sure you and your vehicle are happy and running at tip top shape.!!

12/10 9:28am went in to purchase headlight bulbs. One register was open and employee was taking of a customer. I waited for 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me or tried to check me out of the store. I promise I will not shop at this location again.

We were down visiting family and had the check engine light come on. Pulled in to see what the issue could be. Bobby was fantastic and very friendly. Id give that gentleman 20 star .

Great trip this time. Lots of help and I was able to get in and out without a problem. At times its almost impossible to make a left turn outta there but today everything was in my favor!

Great experience with John Michael. I needed a battery for my truck. He typed in my phone number and saw my last purchase was 29 months ago, less than the 36 month warranty. He tested my battery and determined it was defective. Warranted a new battery and even installed it, professionally! I will continue to shop here for all my PM for my 2000 F150.

Friendly people that know about cars. Price is competitive with Autozone and OReilly. This one has great loaner tools so you dont have to buy a 35mm socket to use only once a year.

Its an auto parts store. Theres not much special or different about the contents/products. But the staff is always super friendly and very helpful. If Im not buying my parts online, this is my go-to shop.

Dont trust these guys to be open at the time listed on their website during the holidays. Website stated that they would be open till 4 PM, I arrived at 3:45 PM to pick up my online order, they were closed. Sign on door Closed at 2 PM. I called the store in Martinez and they were OPEN. I should have gone somewhere else!

Carl was so polite, he helped out my mother when she needed a new battery in her car! This place is top notch!

Great staff. I came in on a Tuesday at 8pm, frustrated and not in the best of moods since my car wouldnt start and I needed a jump starter ASAP. Luckily the guy behind the counter was extremely corteous, knowledgable and patien...AT 8PM!!! Any other store, people would have been grumpy and rude, not this guys. Sold me everything I needed, treated me with “sir” the whole time, and Im quite a bit younger than him. Easily the best customer service in town. Thanks guys!!!

So im doing a simple oil change on both of my vehicles. Spent $257.00. They have me the wrong oil filter. Went back and exchanged it. No problems wrong. Had to order a air filter they said itll be in the next day. Two days later it arrives. Went to pick it up the clerk was trying to insinuate that I return the wrong filter that it wasnt a K&N Filter as if I was trying to rip them off then they took my receipt and never returned it so when I went back to get the air filter I didnt have the receipt and then again the clerk tried to act as if though I was trying to rip them off. Very poor people skills

Saved money from spending it on a battery, turns out the alternator was the issue.

Had to buy a battery in Augusta, they will check and install it for you but the guy above and beyond. He checked my lights to make sure they were all working. Had a brake light out and he even put it in for me. I didnt have a single tool with me.
