Terrible experience. This is lengthy but accurate and worth reading.We first attempted to purchase a vehicle while trading in a Tesla Model 3.The sales manager was very loud and obnoxious and she held our deal talks out in the middle of the showroom and spoke so loudly that everyone in the dealership could hear our business. The most insulting part of this visit is that she offered $3,000 less for our Tesla than we ended up selling it to a Chevrolet dealership for. Let me repeat; A CHEVY DEALER GAVE US $3000 MORE FOR OUR TESLA THAN TAYLOR BMW OFFERED.After selling the Tesla, we returned to the dealership a second time and attempted to purchase a DEMO vehicle X3 that was optioned at the mid trim level. First of all, our salesperson did not know the inventory at all. He seemed fully confused every time we asked to look at a particular unit. Once the vehicle we were interested in was located, we drove it and made a very reasonable offer. Again, this was a demo vehicle that had over 6,000 miles on it. The sales manager once again inserted herself into the deal making conversation and refused to come down on the price of the vehicle. She gave a lengthy and rather loud dissertation about how the demo sale works. I did not speak on the fact that I have spent a large part of my work life in the automotive and dealership management field and I knew the truth. We were asked again by the salesperson what our offer was on the vehicle. We stated the offer we felt was fair and he laughed at us. At that point, my wife and i agreed that we would go elsewhere.THANK GOD WE DID! We turned our attention to BMW of Columbia and had a terrific experience. The sales team was not only professional but went out of their way to make sure we got the most for our money.We were able to purchase a BRAND NEW X3 optioned identically to the demo we had looked at while at Taylor BMW. The best part is that we purchased the new unit in Columbia for $3000 less than what Taylor BMW was insisting we pay for a demo with over 6,000 miles on it.GO TO BMW OF COLUMBIA!!

I will update this review when things have been completed, but it seems this dealer is willing to actually reverse a deal to make things right as far as discounts and sales price goes. I’ve never heard of that. So, if everything goes well, I will update this review soon to a 5 star.

Jimmy and his colleagues were the best sales team I have ever dealt with, they are very accommodating and fair.I traded in my new Volkswagen Atlas which was a pretty luxurious SUV in terms of amenities and Jimmy helped me find the perfect SUV crossover that fit me and gave me even more luxury than my previous vehicle had.Overall the the Manager was friendly and really worked with her team to get us everything we asked for and more and jimmy knew what we wanted and didnt stop till we had the BMW that was right for us. I recommend anyone who is thinking about trading up or buying new or even used GO HERE and ASK FOR JIMMY!! 10/10 quality and service and price.

Never unhappy when I leave...unless of course when I cannot take 4 vehicles with me. Great service, very friendly! Obviously, what you expect from BMW. The waiting areas are fantastic, services were pretty quick for routine maintenance. Very pretty showroom (that I would set up differently, but that’s my opinion). Used selection was top notch as well.

I had my a/c fixed 2 months in a row and the starter the next. All customer service was great but the prices were outrageously high. Also, a vehicle inspection was recommended for $450 that in my opinion should have been done at no cost to me since they had it 3 times in 2 months and charges me 1/3 more when compared to other local BMW service business quotes. Taylor BMW also made other recommendations in the thousands of dollars that the competition said were unnecessary. If this dealership cannot be competitively reasonable I will not be back or recommend doing business with this company

DONT BUY A BMW!!! Had to replace the engine twice in 4 years because of the timing chain. Im not satisfied with them.

What a wonderful experience. Staff was prompt and friendly. We felt like guests rather than an inconvenience. Mr. Larry Stevens was our sales point of contact. We felt that he truly cared about our best interest rather than pushing a sale that didnt quite fit the bill.When the build I wanted wasnt immediately available, he helped me build my perfect X1, while still locking in the excellent financing options expiring at the end of this month. He was truthful about which options were worth the splurge and ensured that I got every discount available (USAA in my case). It was so nice to get a great value without hours/days/weeks of haggling.An X1 with tons of outstanding options is only a couple grand more than top of the line non-luxury crossovers, and the ride quality and dealership experience blow them out of the water. I am very excited to receive my new dream vehicle in a couple months.

While dreaming for a car at Taylor BMW Larry Stevens came out to see if anyone was helping us. He took care of us I wasn’t really sure if I wanted a X1 or X2 but he was patient enough to answer all of my questions. After leaving the dealership he never hassled us for a sale. I shared with him what I was looking for and he made all those things possible in my 2020 X2. For those of you who have not purchased a BMW from Taylor BMW you should and get it from Larry Stevens your car will be revealed to you in a special way to ensure you drive away knowing that you were treated right.

Best car buying experience Ive had. Sales and Finance guys we worked with were awesome and so easy to work with. In and out within a couple of hours, no pressure, no upselling ... to top it off, we got a CPO with extended warranty, took it to our local BMW shop today for a post purchase inspection and its perfect. Could not be happier, love my X5 and no shame in changing loyalties from Mercedes to BMW thanks to these guys.

I think I will hire him to market my business. I am well pleased with my purchase and the service received from this great dealership.

This place was so good that Im actually leaving a review. I never leave reviews. I bought a 2011 135i and got a decent price for it. I paid slightly more than I wanted, but it was from an official BMW dealer as opposed to something smaller, so I felt a bit safer. The salesman, Mike Combs, was very helpful and assured me that the car was in great condition and that it had gone through rigorous checks to even be on their lot. As soon as I got home, the check engine light came on. Naturally, my eye started twitching from the stress. I called the dealership and they had everything fixed at no charge three days later. They even put me in a rental car for those days as well. This was an opportunity where they could have easily screwed me over, and they didnt. I called Mike when the light came on, and he immediately said, Oh, weve got you taken care of, and I felt the weight leave my shoulders not an hour after it had been thrust upon me. Thanks again, for like the tenth time.

This is the second car we have bought from Taylor BMW. Peter Christensen was our sales consultant both times and we couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable or professional consultant. The service department is excellent and Wendy Is the person that usually handles our service needs and she is just another reason we wouldn’t use any other dealership.

Peter was awesome! We had been looking all over the Southeast for the perfect CPO X3 for my wife. I saw one that was the right price and combination of features so I reached out and got Peter. I told him it looked like what we were looking for but he offered to thoroughly look over the car to confirm its condition since we live 2.5 hours away. I wanted to haggle on the price, but didnt need to. I asked for the out the door price and Peter came back and said that he discounted it a bit more for me off the internet price. Sold! We arrived and it was perfect.But this experience was unlike any other car buying experience. They printed my wifes name on a placard and hid the car under a silk sheet to unveil when we arrived. They gave us water and my kids snacks. Peter even found two small BMW cars for them to play with. But the best part was when my son dropped his car under one of the cars on display. I couldnt reach it as it was so far under it, but Peter got a broom, got down on the ground and swept it out from under the car. This wasnt just buying a car it was buying an experience.Peter was also able to get us in last minute to the windows tinted and also personally installed the mats we bought. Ben was awesome and not pushy at all during the financing process and was a joy to interact with.I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience Ive EVER had. Thanks Peter and Ben!

My X5 coolant expansion tank choose to fail while I was in Augusta for my daughters graduation. Pete in the Taylor Service department was ready for me as soon as the tow truck pulled in. I have had the best car buying experience at Taylor BMW. Rob Ibarra is amazing he delivered everything I wanted and needed. I have worked with Rob two times, and both times he made the process easy. I am so happy with my BMW!

My experience with Taylor BMW has been very disappointing. I towed my son’s car in to have it repaired. The service was bad from the moment I stepped in. They treated me as if my business wasn’t wanted. The car had been sitting for awhile so it looked that way. But these people act like the car had a contagious disease and they didn’t want to touch it. However, I advised the team that I was concerned that the car had intake issues. They assured me that they would diagnose the car and repair. I paid $1855 for repairs. To make a long story short, the Issue still wasn’t fixed. The car is not even drive-able! After speaking with the service manager, he agreed to have the car towed back to the dealership. After looking at it again, they are telling me that there is an issue with the intake and it will be $2200 more to fix it. Well, that’s why it was there in the first place and I was told it was moisture in the tank. They failed to properly diagnose the car! Had they done a proper diagnosis, I could have made a informed decision about repairing the car. To make matters worse, I just purchased a car from them. I don’t even feel comfortable taking my new car to them because of my experience with my son’s car.

I usually only go to get parts and oil. The atmosphere is nice, clean and new. The attendant and salesman are always nice and polite. I think the repair shop can be expensive but I really dont know. I do most of my work on my own. They have a little snack bar where you can get coffee, water and snacks.

I drove to Taylor BMW to pick up a certified used BMW for my husband. I was greeted by name by Jerry Cousins, the assistant sales manager who my husband dealt with on the phone.The car was displayed, (very unexpected), in the prime spot in the showroom, looking like a brand new car.I was introduced to Sam Jones, the general sales manager and Jay VanBumble, the business manager who handled the financial part very efficiently.All the paperwork was ready when I arrived, so that my time in the dealership was kept at a minimum. Once the car was ours, Austin Bragg, the BMW genius, explained as many as the features of the car as I would let him. I was back on the road in no time.When my husband contacted Taylor BMW, he was treated with respect, and all the details of the deal were very quickly and very professionally dealt with. When I came to pick up the car, there were no surprises. I was treated with courtesy and respect, all the people I came in contact with at Taylor BMW were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The dealership itself was clean and inviting.I have been to many different car dealerships, but I can honestly say that this has been the best car buying experience with the most professional and friendly staff.I highly recommend Taylor BMW.

Peter is AMAZING! We purchased a 2019 X5 this past weekend from Peter with this being our 5th new BMW from Taylor since 2006. Peter has been our sales expert on 4 of them. The entire team at Taylor is amazing but Peter is the reason we continue to come back. He genuinely cares about the customer and makes the experience very low pressure and personal. Anytime we see Peter out in the community he always makes a point to stop and say hello and truly makes us feel like friends. Peter contacted us on Sunday and asked if we would like to attend the Polo event in Aiken as Taylor BMW guests. Unfortunately we had other plans but very much appreciated the offer. IF i could give 100 stars i would. This was the most AMAZING car buying experience I have EVER had. The kindness, going above and beyond the way they did, they way they treated my family, just the ultimate experience. Luis was such a great person to deal with. He made buying our new Mercedes extremely easy, he stayed late, answered every question, gave us honest answers, and was so kind. You can tell that they care more about their outstanding reputation rather than making money off you. The manager there was so awesome, he took time to meet us and spent time with us. He wasnt fake, he really cared and it was the most warm, genuine environment. I would give this place 100 stars for making this easy, painless and an exciting experience! Everyone at Taylor BMW was so friendly and courteous! I was between a BMW and another manufacturer and salesman Peter Christensen offered to let me take a car home overnight to test drive. Upon returning to purchase, he found a car with the color and packages that I wanted. Although it took much longer to arrive at the dealership than expected, I was given another car to drive since I traded in my previous car in. BMW Genius Luis did an excellent job orienting me to my new BMW and I love it! I would recommend Taylor BMW to anyone!
