Stopped here to look for an item that was out of stock at the store. The staff that helped me was very resourceful, and helped to order the item online for home delivery. Store was not crowded and it was easy to get someone to help with my concerns. Very friendly vibe.
What we were looking for, you did not have...a printer. Maybe your shelves were empty because of national distribution delays.We found it at Office Depot. BUT the Geek Squad comes through for us again and again. They are fantastic. I would give them 5 stars .

Walked in to buy a new iPhone. Had to walk in through the exit because the entrance door wasn’t on. The woman at the front asked if I worked there because “Usually customers enter through the door that says ‘Enter’ on it.”Yeah that makes sense except the door was locked despite the “Open” sign being on.When I asked a sales associate if they have iPhone 13s I was just pointed towards the Apple section. Zero effort to sell me. I came in fully ready to drop $1400-1500 and nobody bothered to actually help take my money.

When we got there, there wasn’t someone in the geek squad or apple section to help us.After 5-10 minutes we were serviced by Jeremy, and let me just say, he’s a delight! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable.Then we were serviced by Maya and she was also a delight. Gave us a free gift with purchase.Would give 5 stars but the wait made me give 4.

Extraordinary customer. Was served by a girl from Toronto who speaks French and goes to Alliance française. She was not in a hurry took all her time and gave me bery useful advices. instead of spending $300 planned O spent $560 for a very good laptop.
Took their sweet time in attending customers(1customer). One of them was free but was busy stretching his body and talking with someone. There was a whole long line of customers waiting before us. It took me 45min just to get to counter and make my purchase.If you cant manage customers properly please close your store so we can go to another one.Never returning to this location again.
Just bought a TV from this location. Thomas was very helpful and seemed very honest. He told us that he works more closely with Sony, but did not seem pushy either way. I would work with him again if I was in the market for another TV.

Best buy is a shell of what it was 15 years ago, but if you like to see what you buy or like the experience of shopping, then it is a good place to go.
Last thursday sep 09 2021 i been to best buy Evanston location, i select one laptop ask to customer executive can you give me that laptop he simply to me we are short staff please wait, i said you have locker key can you give me laptop i will go to counter pay money that is, it so simple, he said i am busy, i saw him, he didnt busy .When i say i need to talk your supervisor he told me, we are busy, simply i left that store, and go to micro center i purchased laptop micro center .and one more thing Best buy please remove like that kind of staff please appoint good staff make your business expand.
BEST BUY services did not do a great job at doing there job leaving their costumers waiting for a long time to get their purchases done and I didnt feel the respect I deserved.

The phone line for best buy is atrocious. The automated line doesnt work and wont connect with anyone nationally or at the store level. This customer service is the worst.

Best buy in general needs to go under. Every employee they have has zero knowledge of what the company does or its protocols. As for this specific location. Zero help to be had here when you walk into the door. You cant even figure out who works there nobody is even in uniform. Lastly, this has to be the dirtiest store Ive ever been in period. From the nasty rug to the smudged and greasy register stations.

I just got my laptop in October, is a good one so I take a lot of care, one month later the screen starts turn it off for a second, it happens around 4 times until now... Right now the screen gets crazy showing lines going up and down, I went to Best Buy to change the laptop and they just offer me to send the computer to Lenovo and wait 1 to 2 months for the laptop back... I explain him that I’m a student and I can’t stay without my laptop for 2 months; also during the conversation he said ‘Yes, this is not your fault, this is a factory problem’ finally he said that’s all I can do, if you want I can send the computer, if not you can find a technician... I never gonna come back!

After a really bad experience with getting a TV we purchased in Wickwr Park delivered and mounted, we went to the Evanston location. The agent who helped us wa so kind and patient, even though he had other people in his queue and we took a while. Will absolutely return to this location.

This location might b the most wonderful location. I go to about three of these. They are all magnificent but this particular best buy has Never failed me as regards to advice on what to buy. I am not the most patient person as you may have guessed but I know that if I have to eait it will save me countless hours and hundreds of dollars if I listen carefully to the rxperts here. Stopped by to check out the Nespresso machines. There was plenty of parking and as soon as we came in, someone greeted us. We walked around and looked in the computer area and a guy offered to help and directed us to the right area. Once there Michael helped us get the expresso machine and even offered to get us percent off if we applied for their credit card. It didnt take long to get an approval, got an email receipt and on our way. Good experience, will come back.

Its always great experience to be here. I have bought many things from this location. DJ is very helpful guy and assist the customers with exceptional service when ever I visited there. I have never found any hardship in buying things as DJ explained about the product details and he would always take customers with patience. DJ is never pushy and takes his time according to customer to explain and make them understand well. This location is neatly organized with a fairly good amount of choices. There is good amount stock at this store. This is recommended store.

Im only commenting on the curbside pickup the day after Thanksgiving 2020. It was a madhouse but start did great managing traffic, directing shoppers, etc. I had to wait 20ish minutes but it was packed. And the staff made it almost pleasant. They were communicative, friendly, and kept things moving. It was nice to see.

Waited only a few minutes for curbside pick up after I checked in. The employee brought my air fryer to the car and put the huge box in the car for me. He was friendly, respectful and polite. I will order online again and do curbside pick up at this location.

I wanted to drop off some electronic recycling items. The usual recycling bins were missing from the usual entryway spot. I asked the employee greeter if Best Buy was no longer accepting recycling. He answered with such a cheerful attitudeof course we are! What do you have to recycle today? So I showed him my tote bag full of power cords and cables, he immediately took it from me, emptied it behind the service counter, and returned the tote to me.

Went there to pick up a computer that was out of stock at another Best Buy. They were woefully understaffed. I stood in the computer department for a long time no one was even working there. I had to go up front to ask for someone. Then the purchase was rushed through because there were other people waiting and only one person to attend to them. The most helpful staff member of all was the security person at the front of the store.
Geek Squad is great. They went above and beyond to catch a double payment being charged to my account
This Best Buy is good but the customer service by David, who works in the computer department is phenomenal. He was helping multiple customers, was very knowledgeable and didnt try to sell me something that wouldnt suit me. I would come back here just for the customer service alone.

This location is really awesome. The guy DJ helps a lot and explains the products well and very confident and gives excellent customer service. I have bought so many gadgets from this location. I am a frequent customer and DJ is always there to assist. I think he should be promoted to be manager as he helps and manages the customers very well. This location has most of stuff in store and only some that need to be ordered. I would definitely recommend this and is great place for some gadgets shopping.
I was unable to get a refund on antennas I purchased because they only give 2 weeks for returns. I got store credit but Best Buy lost a valued customer.
I went there to purchase a phone, the guy brought a black color phone and then I asked if there is any other colors of that model and he responded I dont know! There is a hands free missing in the box too!
I was looking at TV they have a bigger selection over 50 anything lower than tht wasnt in stock. Went for the Samsung ended up with a Vizio.
Spread out nicely. Not a lot of product on shelf due but still found a few goodies like the rare Ivysaur amiibo. Wanted pokemon tcg boxes but not a chance.

Curbside was fast. Waited less than 5 minutes for them to bring to my car. Curbside parking spots are first spots in front of the store and they were open for easy pull in. Website made it easy to check in.

I went to this Best Buy with my friend whos fridge is on its last leg, so to speak. Due to the COVID 19, he made an appointment online. This store is very nice. The help over there was also very nice and extremely helpful. Thats why he decided to buy his new fridge from there with 3 year warranty. I think that he spent there over 2K. His new fridge is going to be delivered to his home on July 16, 2020. They will also take the old fridge back with them.
