These guys are a great tire shop went above and beyond the Call of Duty came in here with a flat tire I had my own spare and they put it on quickly and did not charge me. I will be coming here to do business in the future when I do actual repairs. Good job boys thank you

Great Service!They’re knowledgeable, informative & efficient!Tech’s Dirk & Jamie know what they are doing.. they explained everything to us and were quick to get our truck repaired. I currently have 3 trucks, and repairs can get expensive.. Value for the dollar was more than fair.. no gouging here!There’s an old saying:...“ attitude reflects leadership “ ..well, the attitude and overall work ethic of this shop is a true reflection of the manager, John! He does a great job at leading his employees!My son and I highly recommend that you bring your truck here to be repaired, as opposed to anywhere else! My first review isn’t on here anymore and they have a bunch of five stars…hmmm hopefully it’s a new owner from 2 years ago. I was towed in and it took them 2 days to fix my truck because they broke it while fixing it and had to get another part. Worst of all is they wouldn’t admit they broke it and made me pay for it. Sleaze balls! Stay away if you can.

Our van broke down in Evanston as we were traveling through. I called around asking for help. Jason offered way more help than he really needed to. He did a lot for us out of the goodness of his soul. We were so grateful to get help from such a kind person.

These guys are great! Everyone elase was backed up, so they were my 4th and final call. They quoted me $109/hour. After fixing the electrical issue. They didnt even charge me. Honestly and generosity like this is almost non existent in the trucking world of 2020. I think the technicians name was Jamie. Thanks Again!

On 8/20 I broke down about 30 miles west of Evanston and I called for road service. I had sent a picture of the part I needed and was told the closest dealer that had the part was in Memphis TN. Keith showed up within an hour and looked everything over and said he could probably fix it. By the time 2 hours went by he had improvised and manufactured a replacement part and had me on my way. He went above and beyond and did what that other truckstop chain never would. Great job Keith

Great place to have service done. Not only was the customer service friendly and personable, the mechanic I believe went above and beyond what mechanics do these days. He explained everything he was doing and took the time to fix it and make sure it was fixed right before we left the shop. He also looked the truck really well and let us know if any other issues. Definitely recommend.

Local place to take my truck for service in and out 46min. Good price. I have had wheel seals and brakes done here. Good customer service and knowledge mechanics.

We were moving our Allegrobus from Arizona to Wyoming. The engine overheated, we called a mobile mechanic and he found a split hose. We went on our way and ten miles later the engine was overheating. We called Flying J and limped back four miles to get there. We could not have been treated better by family! John was the supervisor and the whole staff was excellent. It turns out they didnt have the diagnostic tools to determine exactly our problem, so they urged us to go to Cummins in Rock Springs. We spent the night in their yard and were towed the next morning. Thank You Flying J Truck Care Service Center!

Great and honest service. Very proactive in assisting me and did exactly what I asked them to do. Recommend other services but wasn’t pushy at all like some repair shops.*services: Full Service PM oil change on an old engine.

Nice facility, friendly. Must be hard up for money tho. Immediately told they don’t have the part and require a $189 parts run, although they see this issue “30X a week”. ?? Then, while pulling out of their shop, the part they just fixed fails and empties the coolant reservoir in seconds...improperly installed. Rather than offer me something for their mistake, it’s suggested that I be grateful they don’t charge me for a service call fee and the extra coolant. I’d skip these folks till they’re in better financial shape.

The service tech at the Care center was more than helpful had an antifreeze leak and with one hand hurt Ben fixed my truck and got me back on the road thanks a lot

Freightliner broke down passing through. Willing to help roadside then very honest and straightforward in the repair. Keith worked hard and fast to get us back on the road...even custom built a missing gasket on the water pump. Awesome job guys!

I pulled in to have my tire ALL POSITION tires rotated they refused to do it. Said it is illegal to put all position tires on the steers. Got mad when I refused to buy their steer tires and left. Seem to be considerably less than honest to me. Try to say THEIR COMPANY POLICY IS LAW. NOT!

They didnt have exactly what I needed but the manager was very helpful and got me back on the road.

We had a truck break down at the motel 6 which is right across the street from the truck stop. They looked at it and told us that the engine was too cold and the coolant was frozen. They wanted us to tow the truck 300 feet into their shop. Instead we called A1 diesel repair, he came out and fixed the truck at a reasonable price and in less than 30 minutes.

Person running the shop was good and on the ball, but their person doing a lot of the work in the shop just didn’t seem all that motivated to get things done. He seemed busy but kind of like he was spinning his wheels not getting much done. Good thing is that they’re the only shop open on Sunday in Evanston, so at least you can get it fixed and back on the road.

Took an hour to get a shower also very rude person who dose cleaning showers.
