Good gas prices but the pumps are old and dont work well. My pump ran at about a gallon every 3 minutes. I stopped and went to another place. It was still probably faster.They have no reason to update or improve. They have cross country traffic

Stopped here for a overnight truck stay and I’m an honest reviewer! The manager which was an older white lady need some customer service skills because of the attitude but the other employees from Friday June 18th 2021 on night shift we’re so sweet and patient and kind! To say the least Mr Mike made our experience so welcoming and he was helpful and nice and I believe that Mr Mike needs to be the manager because he carry those skill types and the manager needs to scrub showers and see if that kicks her attitude into a better gear! Shout out to Mr Mike! I have never been treated this great and especially not at Pilot!

Is a very convenient gas station you can see it from the freeway. They have clean bathroom good customer service. You have to pay for air for your tires 1.50$ thats not cool!

I pulled in at 10 am got fuel parked went in and didnt even have to wait for a shower. So I go back to my truck and hang out, around 2:30 pm I go in and get a couple slices of bbq pizza go back to the truck and eat it and hang out. And keep in mind I have not moved my truck since 10am. I go to sleep around 9pm and I get woke up at 12:30 am to someone beating on the side of my truck, and again I have not moved my truck since 10 am this rude guy tells me I have to move my truck because I am in their makeshift reserved parking I explained to him it is not marked and I have been parked there all day getting my 34 hour reset in. He says he doesnt care that I have to move because someone had already paid for a reserved parking spot. And if I didnt move I would be towed, but there was another spot I could move to. I tried to explain to him that I couldnt move my truck without messing up my reset he said thats not his problem. Well I tried to move to the spot he was talking about and someone had already backed in it. So I had to drive on down the road to find somewhere to park. I am very disappointed by this, I dont know if I will ever use this location again, this guy was not driver friendly and he would not give me his name. This employee is the only reason I give it a low rating.

Seem like everyone that work there having attitude when I try to find out a lost wallet except for the old man that actually help looking around for me I bet she didn’t actually check the cameras and it actually got stolen, seems like people only think about there self nowadays. I hope I’m wrong

This was a well managed place, the cooler stocked, the shelves full. And the crew was very friendly and helpful. They were rather busy for 3 am.and even with just 1 clerk visible, I watched him go and stock and clean in between customers. He deserves a raise. Very upbeat and a smile with each customer. These are the places I dont mind spending my hard earned money at.

This place is a Covid hot spot! It’s disgusting. Half the people and workers in there are not wearing mask and coughing there heads off, I had to stand in line next to someone with no mask who was clearly not feeling well coughing and sneezing if I end up with Covid it’s 100% from visiting This below average cleanliness abomination. This place should just close down and burned to the ground. Sickening.

Noon on a Saturday, parking lot only half full, they have 7 showers but we waited 25 minutes for one. If youre a team trying to shower on 30, consider another place. Otherwise it was clean and well staffed.

Construction on parking lot. To many RV taking the only fuel lanes we have.3 times in a row the card reader dont read my rewards card.only here had this problem.

It’s a true shame that you are allowing vendors to sell medical face masks for 500% markup. You should be ashamed of yourself, and corporate if your reading this it’s truly astounding. A box of masks is at best 10-12$ and your selling them for 50 or 1.20$ each. Stop this and help the people who struggle rather than price gouging Americans who are already struggling!

I am usually a maverick girl. But here recently I have switch to pilot. The reason behind this switch is because of the clerk morgen. She helped me and my kids find everything I need. She was very bubbly even though I knew she was at her wits end with it being so busy. I stop threw once a week on business. I wish she would come work for my company. If an owner could get ahold of me that would be great. Thank you for hiring someone who isnt just a face for a paycheck

Stop for gas at this location. Everything in the store is way overpriced. They charge you to get a cup of ice even when you have your own cup. I think they wanted close to a dollar to get ice water in your own cup. Next time we will be stopping somewhere else like Maverick or Chevron.

This is one of the cleanest and well kept up stores in the country the only problem I have had is the wifi may as well be using smoke signals great job to the staff otherwise!

Parking lot is a little bit rough, but of an ample size. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Facility is kept very clean, which considering the amount of traffic going through, is very welcome to drivers. Subway was busy, but the sub makers made such a nice impression that no one minded.

Very poor customer service by the Manager Heidi. Went in to return a heater that did not work and after about 5 minutes she comes outta the office and starts manhandling the heater. Then tells me u got the card, I said no, it was done with debit. She tells me well u can’t get the cash back. So I had to drive back to the house and get the card. Then some one skinny dirty looking guy that says he works there, proceeds to tell me I have a bad attitude after I told her that she had one.... Will not be back and recommend no one going to this Pilot

Love that they have the windshield washer squeegee with a broom sized stick so you can wash and squeegee the whole windshield at once instead of doing driver then passenger sides with left over squeegee Mark right in the middle! Works great on full size trucks to. Bathrooms are nice, large selection of goods.

Of all the places we love to relieve ourselves on an otherwise desolate drive, this Pilot Travel Center is our favorite. Sure, there are the myriad of sage brush scattered across the plain, but this is the better place to relieve oneself. Not only can you fill up your car with gas, since there isnt another town for 100 miles, but you can refill your bowels with snacks and great food at the attached food joint.Thank you for having clean seats and mopped bathroom floors! No need to feel icky leaving this great place of business.

They charged me $24 for a team shower only because I didn’t have rewards points because I was on vacation and didn’t fuel in 10 whole DAYS.!!! Usually they take one credit for teams, but money??? No they charge full price!!! Called pilot customer service... it’s more like disservice... loyalty program more like disloyal program. I’ll go to loves from now on, more professional people.

Very rude staff. The guy woke us up at night to move the truck. We asked why we need to move,? We are not in the way, there is no signs, no red or yellow line thats says not to park. He turned around and left yelling and lifting his hands. He said manager told him to move trucks. So I called truck stopand guess what he answered the phone claiming that he us a manager. He lied to us . The other truck parked there again as soon as we left. I took some pictures and will be calling corporate. He said its private property and that u need to move and that he will get tow truck. How silly the Pilot can be in this situation. Just because for no reason to say to move. I understand if someone is in a way or by no parking sign, definitely they need to move. Loves would never do that. Their parking lots are full to the fullest and people still get along.I wonder why do they hire employee that lies on a spot. First claiming he been told by manager, than claiming on the phone that he is the manager.

Had a quick stop for fuel the parking lot is small and drivers park every where. Can be hard to get in and out of. Inside staff is always friendly and efficient. The new coffee is really good.

Clean nice people good fuel prices. The subway is great happy people wanting to get you what you want. Ask for Jeff, my girls ordered their sandwiches and he listened to them never once interrupting them. Or asking me if they can order for them selves, which does happen frequently. The turkey bacon and guacamole wrap is good.

Had the best subway experience out of al the subways I’ve been to! On our way to Boise Idaho, David served us and even though it was a very busy lunch hour he served us with a smile on his face, pep in his step and small talk as well! He was great! Thanks David!!!

Stopped in twice. Both times being early morning, there was no cashier and had to wait to buy two items for over 5 minutes. The second visit was similar, waited in line where there was no cashier, after 5 minutes of waiting and still no cashier at the counter, I decided to leave. Service could be better

We often stop here when passing through Evanston. Gas is competitively priced, it has a nice selection of travel (junk) food & a Subway. Last trip it served as a shelter from the blizzard that engulfed us just outside of town.

They great deli come eat from they pizza is to die for, we sure like it eat the pizza here. They gas and diesel fuel long with food and other items. Great for truck driver give them place to stop and rest. They have personal shower u can use too.

This has always been my stop on my way to Salt Lake. Clean Clean Clean. Everything is organized and well stocked. Fuel prices are reasonable for a highway stop. Food is good. Staff is friendly.

Parked here to get off the road during a blizzard. Under the circumstance its awesome to find a place to park with a Subway and showers. I am content as a cucumber to stay here until the storm blows over.

Broke down on the road they came out told me the need to order parts from salt lake city and 3+ hour wait. But they didnt give up on finding the right part in their shop which they did. Saved me lots of money.

Pilot has a good kiosk so no waiting for some items like shower and fuel receipt, a good assortment of parts and tools, very handy. The showers are all new looking and wall to wall tile, always clean. Very much appreciated. Good for a quick bite to eat. Excellent coffee. Just one thing, if only truck stops had gyms, truckers would last longer. For the 5th star, add gym.

Been here many times as a professional driver and civilian driver. Its an easy on/off the freeway, and youre back on your way. Not much parking here for truckers, and you all know what there is to eat at a Pilot. The only difference in Pilots is what restaurant is attached, and I have never showered at particular location, so I got nothing there.

Very busy but they handle it well. it would be nice to see better maintenace of the fuel island. all the washer fluid buckets were empty and trash was full.

It was a typical truck stop. The outside looks pretty shoddy. Inside was clean and the staff was ok. Prices were normal for the area. Its right off the freeway making it a relatively quick stop.

This is your stop! The bug juice isnt diluted, and they have long squeegees for trucks. Clean restrooms. Fresh pizza at the counter 2 slices for $5.00. Excellent and friendly customer service. This is my 14th time driving across country and I am not a trucker, I highly recommend this stop.

Better gas prices than SLC when I visited in early August. Very busy. Seemed clean and well run.

This Pilot has lots of parking spots. They seemed fast and efficient. Large variety of things to buy here.

Nice travel center. Clean bathrooms and showers. You have your choice between Subway and/or Chesters Chicken for fast food restaurant with a roomy seating area to watch one of the two flat screen tvs while you wait or eat.

Cant say enough about the young lady at the Subway in this pilot. She was polite and cared about how I wanted my sandwich made. Very excellent experience.

Fast and friendly service. This pilot has a subway and cinnabon attached to it. Very convenient for its location and being in a small town.

If the showers are down, you should probably put a sign up at eye level not waist-level so people dont waste their time waiting cuz they didnt see it. and the clerk was rude when I asked him about it just saying theres signs everywhere. Maybe if I was three feet tall I would have seen it.

Clean with good merchandise. Its general store in the front and has a few good t-shirts in the back. Theyve also got jewelry, crystals, snowglobes. if your looking for a souvenir, this place is your friend. Tourist friendly atmosphere with attentive staff.

With reserve parking they sold my pre paid spot before I got there. Had to park as was out of hours. So the night mgr so graciously allowed me to park next to the CAT scale. It does has a subway inside. They were nice. Mostnof the staff was friendly. Just unsure how a guaranteed paid spot can be sold out from under you.

Its alright, super busy and crowded. Not sure what you can do there. I had to wait about 15 min to fuel and the guys on either side of me when I was fueling were done. But they were waiting for their lanes to empty. Other drivers were blocking them in and thus creating a bigger mess than it should have been.

Pilot is one of the better Truck Stops, they have Showers, and Laundry, any basic Item usually is available, they almost always have some better then most food option and they are friendly with customers.

This place was absolutely disgusting! The bathroom was filthy and out of toilet paper and paper towels and soap. I was gonna get coffee but everything was so dirty I was afraid to. The staff was nice and polite while they all stood behind the counter talking. Not normal for a pilot. I stop at 2 or 3 of them a day but will probably avoid this one in the future.

Would get higher score but managers refuse to enforce no 30 minutes breaks at fuel pump. Wait in line forever because all of the FedEx trucks parking on the fuel island, not getting fuel, taking 30-45 minute breaks
