Always like goin in here.. Sometimes hit & miss with products and sometimes the asking If Im still finding everything okay? each time I turn around is a bit overdone.. The shelves was quite bare of alotta different items. Overall, Im happy to go shop, look at sales ofc & their quality is good too.

I took advantage of a two for one offer and used a 5 dollar off coupon from singing up to their rewards program. I saved a bundle.I suspect many others were also taking advantage as the store was quite busy. As far as I could tell there was only one person managing the store. So it was a bit slow. Still, I had a good time and made wonderful buys.

Customer service was excellent. Didnt have the product I was looking for but had other Alternatives that I purchased. Cannot find colored Spiker in any shop

I went to the Eastside store and got someone to help me which items I needed for my hair to be all the same color and she pick up the two different bottles and took them to register and got instructions before leaving and double checked even went home done exactly what she said and my hair was not only tented that awful green color but it wasnt light at all let alone all over blonde it was way darker, and called the store and talked and explained what happened 3different times was told if I was to come back with receipt she would give me what I needed plus my money but after thinking Im getting my money and my hair will be ok nothing like that came out of it but I was able to get a 3$ hair color at Walmart that at least got my hair away from it looking so green
