So long story short, Myra is amazing! My daughters online order/pick up at store for her dorm room kept getting cancelled for some unknown reason. I called the store directly to see if they could help and Myra absolutely went above and beyond to take care of my daughters order and have it waiting for us to pick up. Amazing customer service and Myra is an absolute gem!!

Great variety, but their prices are a bit above average. In store help is hard to find, but when you do find someone, theyre very polite and helpful.

They had lots of clearance and sale items and I bought a lot of stuff for a low, low price! I loved it! Also I love the variety of items they have, I was pleasantly surprised at some of the products that they carry. Definitely plan on spending some time shopping if you want to see everything.

Towel warmers in stock! Hadnt shopped there in a while and kind of forgot just how big a variety of items they carry. Store was very clean and even though the employees must be burnt out with grumpy Christmas shoppers, they were very courteous.

They have really helpful staff here. They assisted us with our friends wedding registry. They even went around and found some items we were looking for to place in our cart. They have great variety and the quality is amazing too. Really love the store!

This is the place to be! Lots of interesting finds here. Good for buying for yourself or a gift for others. I highly recommend this place. Sometimes, you can find good sales as well. I have been here multiple times and the service from the cashiers and staff is always excellent. I mean, where else can you go when all kinds of interesting finds are located all in one place. I am in love with their selections for various items. I have bought kitchen ware, bed room attire, and all kinds of gadgets here. I love finding items to make as a gift for a special someone. I have bought several things for my spouse from this location and she has loved all of it! Their coupons are also awesome and provide some relief at the cashier station when you are paying out. This place is recommended to meet your needs for all special occasions. It was remarkable how clean it was. It is important that the place be clean, good staff, and at the hand of endless selections. If you cant find something to buy here, then I dont know what to tell you. I wish I could go there more but I am disabled and cannot spend extra money.

Last of a dying breed (retail outlets), bb&b continues to have something of everything you might need or want, as long as it pertains to housewares.

Store has much less inventory than it used to.

Needed extra tablecloths for a wedding/reception set-up party and they were the only ones that had what we needed for 8ft. long and 60in. round. Nice quality.

I went in to make some exchanges from my wedding gifts of things that we received multiples of. While I was making the returns for store credit, I had no issues with Myra or Chris, the manager assisting her. I went looking for the towels and bedding we were wanting. I was happy to find the towels in the clearance section. There was no tag on them. I took one to the register and asked Myra for the price. She said “$10.04, I’ve done a lot of these!” without scanning the item I had. I was excited and went back to grab one more. I checked out with the girl on the next register. My towels was double what I was expecting so I questioned it, and Chris came out again. He asked Myra, and she said she did tell me $10.04 was the cost. Apparently this was the total for a different, but similar towel. Chris said he would NOT honor the price I was told by his employee. I would have been happy to pay $20 or $30 for the towel I wanted as they are originally $50, but the price I was told by a store employee should have been honored. I will be making my towel and bedding purchases elsewhere after this experience.

Ive been learning that you get what you pay for just about everywhere you go, so when I needed some new sheets for my bed I decided revisiting his place after 5 years to find myself some nice high thread count cotton sheets might be what to do. I cant say anything about the quality of the sheets, of course it varies by brand. But I like the shopping experience being all about bedding in that one corner of the store. The staff were quick, friendly and well informed. If bb&b isnt taken down by the next financial crisis Ill probably be sleeping on sheets from them for a while.

EVERY TIME I go to Evansville, INs east side Bed, Bath, and Beyond, I find what I need. Today, I had a couple of questions about an item, and an employee, KRIS, was EXTREMELY HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, and PATIENT with my concerns. Folks like KRIS are seldom found - especially in retail! This is just a note to say THANK YOU, KRIS, for not just doing what you do but for doing it so very well! KRIS is a KEEPER!

Very organized store with good flow. Easy to find what you’re looking for. Staff is fairly friendly and checkout is timely. General merchandise is a bit expensive, but typically of good quality.

Had to return the online order but could not get a refund or the cost of shipping refunded even though the merchandise was defective and had all the paperwork in hand. Could only get a store credit for the trouble of buying it from online sales and then having to return it . Will be good to be able to avoid this store after being forced to buy something else.

All the as seen on TV little goodies that you want to find our always here whenever we visit in the Fairview heights location which is where we visit often! This after so friendly and helpful and helping you find everything that you need I will definitely be going back here and looking for all those neat little trinkets and different strange gifts that I can buy for my friends and family and even for myself!

It was difficult to find a salesperson to assist us with what we were looking for. The store was not very cool and comfortable, but that could be overlooked if there were salespeople available to assist.

More expensive than Amazon and zero help finding what youre looking for. The management should seriously consider appropriately staffing the store. You sell more items when customers can find things

A lot of their product didnt have price tags on or near the item. Im not going to buy a product if I dont know the cost. The lady at the register was really nice though.

Staff members were wonderful! One helped me navigate what departments I was wanting to go to, and also found each item I was requesting, which was super helpful since I was from out of town and had limited time to shop.

This store just seems cluttered and unorganized; my cashier was doing as little as she possibly could, and could not have been more disinterested in wrapping up the breakable items I was buying so they would survive the trip home. Her attitude matched that of the store - meh.

This is a great store with lots of interesting things. The staff is very helpful.

The store is too congested to get around with the large shopping carts that are available. Stood in line for 15min while a customer issue was being resolved. If it takes that long, pull the customer aside and work the issue while others can checkout. Checkout line was backed up 10-15 people deep. Maybe even empower your employees to resolve the issues vs waiting on a manager to make the decision.

Employees very friendly and helpful. Self-giftwrapping section was fun.
