Honestly, I wish I could give this place zero stars after I just called and priced a part with them. I went to their website, called their 1-800 number, and didnt realize I was speaking with their Louisville location. So I priced a part for $65.83. I thought to myself, Great, Ill just run down to Evansville and pick the part up. I went to look up the location on their website and noticed that I had dialed a 1-800 number that didnt match the Evansville 1-800 number so I called Evansvilles location to see if the part was in stock there. Bob from parts priced me the exact same part for $130.00 and told me the part was in stock at their location. I asked why the price change in 5 minutes from me calling Louisville!? This place needs to get their stuff together. I ordered the part online for $41.95 + $4.95 shipping. No tax! Good luck staying in business with customer service like that!

The staff here are very frienly well educated and Knowledgeable about all their products that they sell. I am a do it your Self Type of person. They have always went above and beyond to help me with my projects.
