The new fall collection is great. I highly recommend the strawberry pound cake. You can smell it for HOURS and its very light and soft. Good deals on the sanitizers and if u sign up for emails, the holiday specials are starting!

Way to many people for me...was a buy 3 get 3 free but the way the register rings them up its hard to really tell if you really got a good deal or not.

I loved the variety of things they had. They also made sure that they limited the number of people in the store for social distancing purposes. I was impressed.

I love their lotions and their BOGO sales!!!! I just got the new WAIKIKI Beach Coconut and it smells amazing. I put some on using the free sample and when we left we went out to eat a woman walked by our table and said she smelled coconut and it smelled really good. The staff at Bath & Body Works are very helpful and they dont hover over you or pester you. I highly recommend going there to buy your lotions.

Its ALWAYS nice to get coupons in the mail from BBW, but it was not so nice to see the very long line at their Eastland Mall, Evansville, IN, store today! I asked how long the wait would be, and a young lady said the line was actually moving pretty quickly. Well....SHE WAS RIGHT! What looked like a good 45-minute wat ended up being just 10-15 minutes! This store could TEACH A CLASS on how to keep people moving - from social-distancing to being well-stocked to having several checkouts open to well-trained employees! I also want to commend KATE, KENNEDY, and LYSSA! These young ladies are what all young employees should aspire to be - PROFESSIONAL, PROFICIENT, and PERSONABLE! Thank you, girls, for making my experience at BBW a VERY pleasant one today! =)

I can barely walk in without sneezing, but thats my own problem. Loads of scents that change with the season. They almost always have a sale going on. Staff is very attentive and polite. They checkout lines can get long at peak hours, but that isnt the staffs fault. They only have two registers, and they still manage to keep things moving pretty quickly. Kudos to them for that. Retail is hard and they handle it will. The displays and shelves never look messy.

Who doesnt love coupons? If they arent in my snail mailbox theyre in my email! In addition to that the associates are friendly and knowledgeable. I love the ease and cleanliness of the wallflowers as well as the long life of the wonderful scents!! Try the plugins that alternate between two fragrances! Its a fun surprise for your nose each time it switches, especially if you get two very different scents!

I love their yearly sales on products Ive been using for years. Their hand soaps are very nice. Ive been using their shower gels and moisturizers for 30 years. The scents come and go, but they have something for everyone. They added a mens department.

It was amazing! I needed to return an item for a different item and they did it with ease. I purchased other items and went on a special day that was 50 and 75% off. Oh my goodness I walked out and only spent $6. I am a happy camper. Love this place!

Clean store with friendly employees. Employees could be trained better to learn what is carried in store and what items are online only. Because when I asked about a specific scent and product, the girl told me she did not know. It was a busy time when I went. After the holidays and during the semi annual sale. I had several returns and exchanges to do and everything went smoothly.

They had my eucalyptus and tea lotions on sale for 6.50! And the 3wick candles were 10 off so what a good purchase day :)

Went in for gift and received quality service. Wish could remember name of sales person, cause she was GREAT! I wanted something light smelling and she immediately showed me few products. Cashier was polite and efficient.

Place smells so good when you walk by, I think it is just an attraction to get you in there to buy something lol bath and body is my favorite go to store to pick up gifts, body spray and lotion for myself and my daughters. I just bought a new scent called something vanilla. Im not sure but it is on their new line of body spray, it is so good they were out of all the mini ones..I always get mini to try it out because it always smells different on each person!

Sending warm hugs and blessings to the ladies at Bath & Body Works Eastland Mall in Evansville, IN! I went a couple of weeks ago and purchased several candles on sale. Today, I went and caught a super great sale! Charlotte was so very friendly! She helped me find everything I wanted. Natalie was super sweet, she told me that she could ring me up, helped me with about 12 candles and helped me search for a coupon I had in my email! Im horribly challenged on these new gadgets 🤣! Ill definitely be back! Thanks a bunch!!!

Went in over the holidays looking for a gift and the saleswoman I interacted with went above and beyond to make my experience great. They were quite busy, but moved customers through lines to check out quickly.

Wife loves the candle

This store can get a person in trouble with their sales, they make it hard not to go overboard. Their candles are super fragrant and smell very fresh, and their hand soaps are almost always on some kind of sale. Their lotion is really moisturizing as well. I love that they change with the seasonal scents.
