I’m so happy with my experience. I would recommend to my family and friends. I drove off with my 2017 Jeep renegade yesterday. Not only did I get the vehicle at a great price, they worked with my not so great credit, And they took my old vehicle (death trap) I still owed on from another dealer. Nick Nally and James Willis were absolutely fantastic! The staff were friendly and nice. Listened to what I wanted and didn’t pressure me. As a gay man it can be intimidating to go to car lots at times especially with your partner. I never once got a dirty look, or made to feel like they were superior to me. Compared to other car lots I’ve been to in the past. Over all, I had a great experience.

We got a jeep here yesterday with no credit. Very happy! We went a couple places and didnt find anything. But here they got us a reasonable loan on a vehicle only 3 years old. Very helpful. Definitely recommend them!

The one place I know where if you cannot complete your contract they will threaten youIve been in the military and served this country just to be threatened by people that doesnt understand when your work goes south and youre not going to be able to be sure if you can complete the contract thankfully Im no longer in the military so I dont have to protect people like this

Location is fine. Pricing structure for vehicles is misleading. They quote one price on the net and give you a much higher price at the time of sale.

I highly recommend expressway credit connection, especially Amanda Wade. She was great to work with, she met all my needs and exceeded all my wants. I have been denied by multiple dealers do to bad credit, she made it happen. I wish I went there a year ago, could have saved myself lots of money and trouble, but Ill definitely go there for my future vehicle purchases.

Talked to Chris on Friday 9/20. He insisted I needed to come in on Monday, that they would have something for me. I arrive Monday 9/24 to see what options I have for a vehicle. These so called professional have no game plan, no examples, nothing for me to review or look at. They have all my info and should be able to point me at vehicles they know will be financed but instead they can only tell the approximate payment amount, which they could have told me on the phone the previous Friday, that will not work in our budget. They just want you in front them to spend hours trying to figure out what will work and not all of have that kind of time....This place may work for some people but I wont ever, and I mean ever go back....

Worst idea I’ve ever had to buy from this dealership. It was my first vehicle loan and my payments are way to high and I will never be able to trade the vehicle in. My negative equity is now so bad that there will be no way to get out of the vehicle and my only option will be to refinance. I was told by the account and the salesman Brad that I could trade this vehicle in once a year had passed and get whatever I want. It’s now been a year and my vehicle is worth 16500 and I still owe 23000. Thanks for the great help Brad.

Of course they were more than happy to sell me a vehicle, but given the first sign of an issue they tuck tail and hide. Never returning phone calls and just sending you to voicemail. I had a choice of where to go to buy my vehicle and I chose them like the rest of my family. Not anymore. We are all going elsewhere from now on. My issue could be taken care of in 5 minutes, but I guess thats to much to ask.UPDATE. After 3 months and one week my issue has been resolved. I wont give more than 3 stars though because of the length of time it took to remedy a mistake they made that should have taken 5 minutes.
