The body shop did a fantastic job repairing damage to my car. The paint looks great. Greg, Chuck, Ethan and Alex did way more than was expected. My car looks as good as the day I bought it. Rebecca was very friendly and curtious when I picked up my car and paid for the repairs. I am very pleased with my experience at Magna.
This experience was alright. There were some good parts and some bad parts. The sales associate, Scott, worked hard to help me purchase a car. I talked to him at least 10-15 times in the 2 days of trying to purchase a car. He was able to check on things and work with me in order to purchase the car. That part was fine. Now lets get into the bad. There was more bad than good. First off they tried to sell a car that had a decent size hole in the windshield cowl cover (luckily they were willing to fix that in part of buying the car). The finance department was very pushy on attempting to get my girlfriend to purchase a warranty that she already said no to and it took her calling me and me telling them no for him to stop pushing it. They also sold the car with no floor mats, which we now have to purchase some, as well as no key fob for keyless entry as advertised, which again we now have to purchase. When I called back after getting the car home and asked what could be done about this, Scott looked into it and told me there was nothing they could do. He then proceded to mention that I was costing them about 400 for them to replace the cowl cover (which should have been replaced anyway when trying to sell a car) and acted like it was a major inconvenience when asking them to fix these problems. I understand it is a used car and there might be some dings or scratches on it, but I think it is completely unacceptable that they should even attempt to sell a car like that, new or used. They do not focus on the little things here and only care about making money, which in my mind makes a huge difference. The customer service was subpar. If you want a dealer that goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and pleased that you purchased a car from them. This is not the place. The old saying the customer is always right does not apply to this dealership. I do not recommend.Update: I just spent about 30 minutes cleaning the car, which they supposedly cleaned. The second picture are the ArmorAll wipes I used to clean all of the many spots they missed. Disappointed to say the least.
If I could give this business a 0.25 star, I would. And that’s only because the EXTREMELY NEW salesperson, who we were pawned off of, was nice. We were treated as if we couldn’t afford the car we wanted. (We didn’t even NEED financing from them) but apparently Bill and his ASSOCIATES felt the need to treat us WITHOUT the respect we deserve. And after fighting to take us serious…the car wasn’t even worth…being on a “buy here pay here” Lemon lot. That new salesman lost out on a very HIGH commission. We would have bought anything on that lot, had we have been treated fairly, but we went next door to Kenny Kent instead and drove off with a car that was MORE, than the car, they thought we couldn’t afford. Moral of the story…NEVER judge a book by its cover.

Mazda/Volvo dealership. The sales is pretty typical but not as pushy. The service is great though as they give your car a wash during every service for free.

I hate buying a new vehicle like many people because you want a good deal and like several others you leave with buyers remorse and feel as if youve been slighted. That is absolutely not the case at Magna motors. These guys were awesome. Chase, Ted and even staff I wasnt working with were extremely pleasant and in a good mood. I felt welcomed the entire time with no pressure and felt free to walk away. Time will tell how the truck holds up and should it fall apart I will update. Purchased a beautiful 2017 Mazda6 G.T., from Magna Motors in Evansville IN. Got a great price and wrnty. Explained to Salesman how I lost out on a car, that was sold from underneath me. Not so here, the Salesman explained, we won’t let that happen. After discussion and deposit, my car was secure. Not to be sold. Thank God, Absolutely the Best Car, I’ve ever driven. Yes it’s true, driving this car you want to pass your destination and keep driving. Zoom Zoom. At minimum, take the long way. P.S. Stopped to look at what they had. Of course they were running out of the door to catch a possible sale. As expected. But then emailed me over and over even after informing them I had bought a car elsewhere the emails and phone calls kept coming. Seriously dont like pressure sales, but to keep the pressure on after the customer says they have chosen a car elsewhere is ridiculous. Dont think Ill stop at their showroom when I get my new car in a couple of months.
I just traded in a truck and purchased a car from Magna today. My salesman, Nick, was extremely friendly and helpful. He always returned my calls/texts promptly and the prices were good! The finance department upon closing the transaction was just as friendly, not pushy, and didnt try to convince me to buy added items, unlike my experience with other local dealers. I would highly recommend giving Magna a shot with your next car purchase.

I purchased a 2011 Toyota 4runner limited out of state (Michigan) from this dealership. I was told that they do multi point inspection and everything was good, but after the vehicle was delivered I noticed so many issues with the vehicle. The brakes were bad, engine oil was leaking, tires was not as advertised. I contacted the salesman Terek and also spoke to his manager Jordan. These guys offered no resolution what so ever. I paid close to 20k for the vehicle and will need to spend more money to get this vehicle safe for the road. Im very disappointed and will stay away from buying used vehicles from these guys.

I purchased a 2010 Jeep Wrangler from Magna Motors about a month ago. When I was getting it looked at by my independent mechanic, he says that the vehicle was damaged beyond repair and it was cost thousands of dollars to fix, the entire bottom of the Jeep was rusted. My fiancé contacted the sales manager, Jordan, who stated to my fiancé “that I must have came and bought this car by myself” and that “we should of have had a mechanic look at it before buying it. The service here is a joke and these people don’t care about safety whatsoever. Now I’m stuck with a vehicle I cannot drive and have no resolutions this far. Stay away from this place.
We were so happy with Terek and Magna Motors! We had been to at least 6 other dealerships, we were losing hope in ever finding a good car for our daughter. But Terek came through for us!

I will leave my original review below because I have not been back, BUT since my review they have let go the manager that was the main source of my negative review, so I will change my rating from the previous 1 star to 3 as the company has made changes for the better.-----PREVIOUS 1 STAR REVIEW FOR NOW EX-MANAGER-------Watch out for their shady sales tactics.Would have been an ok experience, but turned awful. They gave me an automatic $100 off for inquiring about a used vehicle there. Then asked me to come in to test drive...the usual...they would work with me on the price. That night they let me checkout the vehicle but ultimately couldnt budge on pricing. Ok, no harm thanks for letting me test drive the vehicle.Over the next few days I end up getting calls from another manager whose price is all over the place; he goes down on price then blame inventory manager and raises. He agrees to an out the door price and then claims that was not out the door. Also, tires were bald on vehicle so I ask for money off, no can do. After all that, the best they can do is the original price listed on their website. Not that I would have done it but they couldnt even do the $100 off they guaranteed. I left that second time feeling like I needed a shower.

Deceptive lending and financing tactics. Tried to get my wife to sign paperwork at 8%APR at 72mo when she had our APR at around 5% at 72mo and 4.5% at 60 months. The sales manager lied to her and told her that the rate she had and the “actual” rate the lender she was requesting to use “came back with was higher” than APR of 8% at 72mo he was the Trying to push her to sign for.All of this was while I was at work getting alerts on my phone from my credit monitoring notifying me that Magna Motors pulled 8 hard inquires on my credit.When I went to the dealership, I approved the finance manager, sales manager, and at the time I did not know, but it was the director of operations. I asked for explanation and requested for them to give me copies of all lenders that they Submitted my information to along with their contact information. They refused to print the documents for me. I contacted director or operations who witnesses this whole event and didn’t step in at any point until I called to file formal Complaint.I then emailed the general manager, the corporate office, the owner, their legal counsel. They still have not printed the requests for the application that I never signed, nor offered and resolution to correct the hard inquiries on my credit. Not only would they not give me copies in writing, which I requested on multiple occasions, why they were lying to my wife, the refused to even show me on their computer secreen.The only things I heard from the sales manager when I continued to ask for this information was “if you don’t want to buy a car here, you can leave”, and when requesting it from the finance manager, his response was “if I didn’t trust someone, I wouldn’t buy a car from them” and “I’m not going to to this all night”.The general manager ignored the majority of my many complaints and summarized his response to “humans make mistakes”. He then insulted me further by saying he would take $500 off the car as if I was ever/still considering purchasing a car there.They the. claimed that it was “just an inconvenience” for me and that “they didn’t cause any damages” to me or impact me financially. I followed up with information and screenshots directly from transunion website on just how that many hard inquires (especially ones I did not give written or verbal permission for them to do so) impact credit worthiness and credit scores.This situation is still unresolved.Stay away from this place.
They really worked with me to get me down the payment I wanted within the terms I wanted. Everybody was very friendly as well. The buying experience was relaxed and even the managers came out to talk to me and introduce themselves. The free car washes for life are a nice bonus as well.

His sheet of paper had one number on it: the monthly payment. We had to pry the meaningful numbers out of him, like pulling teeth--interest rate, taxes, dealership fees, actual amount being financed, etc. The nail in the coffin was the sleeziest thing Ive ever seen, they added a $2500 warranty not only without asking but also without even mentioning it.Id recommend not going here but if you do, watch out for that hot zinger of a sleazy, sneaky warranty.

The place was under construction when I was there, they had told me that I would be able to get a car for sure if I came over, I did & still couldnt get a vehicle! I think they have gotten rid of some the loan officers they had! The one I talked to couldnt have been anymore hateful than he was!

We purchased a 2018 Volvo XC90 and and 2017 GMC Sierra from Travis Hurt. Both vehicles were fairly priced to competition. The entire process was seamless and stress free from the search, to negotiations and the purchasing process. I have purchased several new and used vehicles in the past and none of them were as smooth as dealing with Travis and the management at Magna Motors. We traded-in two used vehicles and the valuations were both as expected. The follow-up calls to check in with us were very much appreciated. Zero complaints and we will definitely return to Travis for our future car purchases.

Recently my car had to be taken to Magna Motors to diagnose and fix a no-start situation. This was late on a Friday evening. Since my car wasnt going to get fixed until the appropriate technician was available, Scott, the service writer, put me in a loaner vehicle. It was a rather new Volvo SUV, very clean and with many comfort and safety features. By early the following Monday morning the technician had diagnosed and fixed my problem. Scott called me to let me know. When I got there I saw that my car had been washed, and when I started it up I saw that the gas gauge showed a full tank. The no-start problem was diagnosed and fixed and both the wash job and the fuel top up were complimentary, and I call that excellent service.
After negotiating with the salesperson, I got a 2018 Mazda6 for a decent price, and I got a good offer for trading in my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta. The staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to do business with.

Took my Mazda 6 to get serviced for several recalls. Upon pick up there were several damages made to my vehicle while in the shop. Only the most noticeable one was repaired. I expect a service center to be liable for every scratch and dent. Now one of the recalls is acting up. Filed a complaint directly to Mazda. They provided me a complimentary diagnosis/reinstallation for the recall. I refuse to go back to Magna Motors, so I drove all the way to Champion Mazda in Owensboro, KY. They confirmed it was a faulty installation. The wires in my door for my key-less entry were smashed. It was poorly installed. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to Magna Motors.

Worst service ever. Would rate zero stars if possible. Took my Mazda 6 in for recall air bag replacement. Replaced bag then tried to tell me I would have to pay $490.00 to get my airbag light to stay off. Light had never been on before they worked on it. Refused to remedy problem basically calling me a liar. Service department cant be trusted.
