Over all a great company to work for. Young and growing with many opportunities for those willing to grab the bull by the horns. Shop atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly. As with any company that is growing they are also learning and changing. Everyone is receptive to new ideas and processes.You definitely get what you put into it.I only gave it 4 stars because of the growth and learning processes which can sometimes be stressful.Would recommend to anyone looking for a community where you can work, learn, and grow as a team member!

Please dont waste your time working for this company! They make promises they wont keep, they talk about a culture of transparency and constantly lie to employees. There is 0 room for advancing your career. Every single employee wonders if they have a job next week and are looking for other employment. 3 months after I was eligible for insurance benefits they still couldnt provide them, was told they offered a generous Christmas bonus only to be told of a company policy that didnt exist when hired that we wouldnt be receiving one. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, anywhere else!

Poor at interviewing people for work, they didnt explain in detail what they were looking for and assumed I had a skill they needed, but I didnt. Bad bad bad bad bad. They are a good place to work dont get me wrong, just make sure they do their due diligence when interviewing you
