Typically not a great experience there. Cashiers are slower and not super helpful.

Decent selection in the baby section - I liked that they had tons of baby clothes - I had no idea. I was able to use my babies R us gift card here, which was convenient. Great selection of toys, and everyone was super friendly, even when I went during the holidays when its pretty busy - everyone was helpful and friendly :)

We only go to Toys R Us once or twice a year. We go to get presents obviously. The selection is vast and for the most part reasonably priced. We were asked a few times if we needed help, which is friendly, not at the point of annoying. We had a great experience!

MjJ our cashier was very helpful and informative when we asked about the credit card. She did a great job of explaining the rewards program too. She was very nice and made us glad we shopped at this location

Im a truck driver, so filling special requests for 7 yr old son is quite the challenge. Not only did this store have what he wanted but I was surprised by the selection of up to date merchandise too. I was greeted with a smile coming in and out.

Exactly what you would expect from a toys r us. Store is very big and has a great selection of toys for kids of all ages. The only negative thing about this store is that the aisle are like a maze and it was easy to get turned around, although this may have been intentional when the store was designed.

I have never had any issues at this Toys R Us. It rarely ever gets crowded and almost always has what I am looking for. Most of the displays are in good condition. The staff have been very helpful each time I visit. The parking area / shopping center it is in feels kind of forgotten though.

Not surprised theyre closing. Toys r us marks up their prices on anything cool. Its been a poorly ran store for years. Even now that theyre closing the sign says 10% off, nothing held back. Lego section is plastered in signs that theyre not discounted... nothing held back huh? Thanks for wasting my time

This location is always well maintained toys on their shelves and things out of the isles. Two years in a row I frequented this location for Black Friday sales and was very happy to see no lines and happy staff. What a pleasure to deal with people who seem to spend their day gifting joy!

The best I ever had at Toys R Us. The workers helped me and the boys find the Nerf Guns and the Teller had the greatest attitude and support you could ask for. Thank You Toys R Us for giving the boys and I a great day.

This store is enormous! Too bad it will be closing down. The huge sign outside of the store makes it seem like you’ll get more of the discount but it’s 10% at this point in time. Some of the items are still more expensive than other stores like Target and Walmart. Great place to spend time with children looking at toys. Good luck getting your kids out of here!

Staff here has always been good to me and my kids, clean facility, well spaced isles. Pricing leaves little to be desired, but thats nothing new with toys r us. And they do price match which is a huge plus.

Toys R Us are closing locations across the United States of America which is a big shame I really really like purchasing items from Amazon but its very sad that children will not have the opportunity to go to regular toy stores like weve had for 1 million years and get excited about things and seeing things in Boxes Etc I would encourage you to go out and purchase things from real stores I love Amazon they dont get them all your money keep some of the money for the local mom-and-pop stores or the even the local chain stores because

Some Seahawks and The United States Marines did a toys for tots event today. Players were especially gracious and the Marine who was probably young enough to be my son was as impressive as anyone I have ever met. Sorry sniper david. I think this young marine has you squared away. Just dont shoot me while Im out riding my new horse.

My husband and I were in here on thanksgiving night and Brandon was the only guy in the back working I cant thank him enough. I must have spoken with almost everyone in the store that night and everyone was sooooo helpful! truly impressed with great attitudes and great service especially on such a busy holiday. Thank you Brandon and the rest of the staff for all your help! my son is gonna love his Yellow Tonka Bed and Swing set!

The clothes for kids are very limited at this store. It seems dirty to me although I cant put my finger on it. The check out person Cece was awesome.

The store is huge! When I was looking for something specifically for birthday, I was wandering around aimlessly Seemed that only 2 people working the store. I had to ask somebody for help To point me in the right direction. After I got home I looked at both of my receipts and on the bottom there was an entry For a prize from Nickolodian, what really sucked about that is that you had to enter why you were still on the store! I was just in their store spending my hard earned money like the girl could have told me? Ow well, I found what I needed.

Toys R Us is a childhood favorite. I will have to say it seems sad to me the store seems to be on the decline. It hasnt really changed with the times. They need to make it a little nicer inside.

It is good just very overpriced they didnt have that good of deals there for going out of business 10%-20% off mostly for the entire store even though they mark up to 40% off only 2 barbies in the whole store were 40% off 20% + additional 20% off. The good things were only 10% off..

I actually really like their selection and sales and service. I left one star off because the organization could be more intuitive.

Everything ends in $xxx9.99. Very expensive but a large range. Cheaper at Walmart 100 yards away but not the broad array. Service is friendly but sparse and got a free pool worm with purchase over $50. Overall a little pricey but better choices. Parking is near the door.

Always messy and employees avoid customer contact. I only go here for my child and we try not to spend more than 15 minutes because it gets frustrating with the narrow aisles and toys on all over the floor.

Mad house right now. One lady we dealt with was rude and short tempered. We bought a brand new swing set that was missing a few very important pieces.

Im a little biased seeing as I worked there, but I love the place, it feel like a family and I always find cool, fun stuff there

The toys are very well stocked and so are most accessories (bikes, beds, etc), but there werent a lot of clothing options or they needed to restock.

Im mad they are closing Everett but, good buys right now.

I went in to buy my stepson a gift. I havent been into one of these stores since I was a kid so I remember a lot more toys being out on display out of there package for kids to play with but didnt see much of the toys out of there package able to see how they worked. It just doesnt have the energy the store used to have but that was the 90s lol.

Probably unfair to ask someone who doesnt really like toys but I lived through it. Not intolerable like I imagine Christmas time would be so thumbs up for an August experience.

Unfortunately we went in because this store was going out of business and we were checking out the deals. The staff was still very friendly and helpful!

I took my 9 y/o here for his bday and we had a blast carefully picking out toys and trying out bikes in the isle. Yes, theyll still let you do that if youre chill and respectful about it. They give you a free crown and balloon when you go in on your bday, and send you pretty decent bday coupons and discounts if you sign up for their loyalty reward cards. The staff was present, friendly and young. Fun times.♪I dont wanna grow up, cuz baby if I did, I wouldnt be a ToysRUs kid! ♫🎈

We always seem to find good stuff here but the store needs a major update and better service.

Big selection great sales! They do price matching! I camped out all night for a hatchimal the week before xmas and the manager was nice enough to let us in a little early after being out in the cold all night! During the christmas shopping season they extend the store hours till 2am which us really nice! Also right next to micheals and walmart.

Like any other Toys R Us store, except after checking out they failed to give me one of my bags. So Christmas presents were delayed a bit because i had to wait until the day after to retrieve them.
