Always very helpful. Prices are reasonable. Can almost always find what I need, and they have unique seasonal items you wont find elsewhere.

We were looking for a screws and washers for a fuel pump for my Dads 48 Ford. Found them without a hitch and didnt have to buy a package of 10. Got out after paying only $2. It felt like a true hardware store. Great experience!

Getting some projects done at home and ordering online to pickup in store later is definitely the way to go!No wandering around the store looking for what you need, just take a break at the end of the day, find what you need to finish the job tomorrow and order it. Pick it up in the morning and get on with your day.

If you dont want to shop at Lowes or Home Depot for your house repair needs, Ace hardware is the next best place to go.Even though its a smaller version of Lowes and Home Depot, its still a great place to run in and get needed supplies for those big or small home repairs.

It would be nice if you could walk into the store for at least 15 ft and not be pounced upon asking if you need help. Its ridiculous that so many employees are all in your face as soon as you walk in the door!!!

At ACE I am always greeted and made to feel like my visit is important. There is always someone available and willing to help direct me or walk me over to the supplies I need. It is like walking into a family owned store as opposed to a huge hardware place where I have to either search for what I need by myself or search for someone to help me. Their service at ACE speaks volumes. Super friendly. Super helpful.

I do not recommend this place. They are really nice when you are SPENDING money but try to make a return ha! I have spent soooooooo much money here since moving to the neighborhood 4 years ago. Im the type of person who really doesnt mind spending more for great service. But I had my first return of $32 and they refused to accept it because it was beyond the 30 days. They were screws and nuts! They dont expire, they arent seasonal nor were they damaged. Learn from my mistake, they dont actually care about their customers. They clearly dont stand behind their sales. Im just glad I did my return before I made my other purchases. Take yourself 1 block away to Harbor Freight they are just as helpful and youll spend a whole lot less and Harbor Freight actually puts your name into their system in case you ever lose your receipt! #lessonlearned

They have everything, or can find it. I drive past a Lowes to get to Ace. They even set products aside when I call and I just go to counter.

They always take care of me in a timely manner.

Update: This Ace location used to have a 5 star rating from me... until I started getting off at 6 and stopping by after work. They used to close at 8pm, but now close at 7pm, and failed to update that on Google. If you come in after 6 they are rude and busy with closing tasks, irritated you would have the audacity to interrupt them to ask for help finding something. The service and mood is a total 180 from youd get earlier in the day, and from what one normally expects from Ace Hardware. The manager, William, is incredibly rude and condescending. He has a real IDAGAF attitude about him. From now on Ill find another hardware store.I prefer Ace to the bigger hardware stores bc I can get actual help from a person, eager to help me and familiar w/the stock and product lines.The customer service here is really top-notch. Bring them any bolt, nail or screw and theyll match it! I was able to put together a trampoline missing bolts w/their help. Id tried home depot first. Good luck matching a bolt there! After 3 seperate employees were stumped as to how to search stock to match my bolt, I gave up. Its not they didnt have it, but that no one could find it. Ace found it straight away in just a few mins.They have a great return policy, even for opened items. As long as its within 30 days and you have the receipt, theyll take anything back for a full refund, no questions asked.They cut keys here, fast, cheap & easy! And theres plenty of free parking. Theres also curbside parking in case you need to load something heavy. Highly recommend.

Wow you walk in and everyone is super helpful. The guy upfront asks what you are looking for and before you get to the aisle there is another person pulling the product for you. Prices may be a little more then lowes but man the speed and service makes jt worth jt.

I went, looking for a specific item, right before work. I was greeted by an employee who asked me if I could use help finding anything. I told him what I was looking for and he took me straight to it. There were more choices than I expected and I got what I needed. The cashier was friendly but quick, which I appreciated.

Each location is pretty much the same but the layout might be a little different. Also if youre looking for items you cannot find at other hardware stores, Ace Hardware most likely has it. #LOCALGUIDESTIP: At Ace Hardware in Everett you can properly dispose your flags there. Go to the back of the store in front of the key desk to find the flag disposal box.

For a very small space, seems like they have everything, but due to size, no great selection, just at least one of everything, great place for emergencies. Great friendly and helpful staff, plenty of parking, and they still cut keys by hand!

I go to Ace Hardware on Evergreen way all the time. I just went there to pick a few things up and some guys shadowing my whole visit blocking the aisle i was walking down. So hes watching me and i ask should i walk all the way around the other isle said nevermind walk around the other isle and hes there in my face again. That guy needs social distance training. When he first approached me i told him i wanted duct tape, irrigation stakes, hose repair, fertilizer, soil, mason jars,. After the rudeness ill prob never go there again. Actually in my car write this and go to Lowes.

Ace gives rewards so Ill get $5 off of my merchandise as a coupon in the mail and they also give military discounts. They greet you when you walk in and theyre quick to send an associate to help you. My wife & I are long time Ace Hardware shoppers & really enjoy shopping at Ace Hardware on Evergreen Way. It has everything were looking for and a staff that really cares about their customers.Even though we have Ace hardwares closer well continue shopping at Ace Hardware on Evergreen Way.

I hate going into all ace ace hardwares, but this one specifically, they act like theyre just trying to come and help me, but theyre not, because Im younger they think Im just up to no good and have no reason to be in there other than to steal, and when I tell them that I dont need help finding what I need, they insist on helping me, and when I insist i dont want help, they leave but send another worker to come help me. Its as if you dont know what you need when you come in then you shouldnt be in there, because why enter a store unless you need something? Maybe because Im a general contractor and I do need something but I already have it in my hand and now I just want to look at the other Inventory, that is, after all how one would end up buying more stuff.

Went in to get a couple bolts for some furniture replaced and even though I was only buying $3 worth of parts, the staff still gave me 5 star treatment from beginning to end. They took the broken pieces I came in with and came up with a solution that worked perfectly. Shout out to William!

ACE is always a handy, helpful shop. While it doesnt have to selection of the big-box stores it continues to have a value thats greater than its size.

Every time I go in with a question about fixing something. This time it was a toy of my sons, they get it fixed with great knowledge. I tried twice without taking it in and failed horribly (spending $25). I took it in this morning and they were able to fix it for $1.49.

Ive been in twice to get a key made They dont ever have the blank keys. My husband went there for paint and they were out of the color he needed. It is frustrating. I really miss the previous owner. The employees are always very happy and very helpful.

Store was so neat, clean and well stocked when it opened and for quite some time. Yesterday I was saddened to see it was a bit of a mess particularly down the middle isle leading to the back of the store. New owner? Ill continue to shop there but hope they clean it up cause it is a great store.

Wow, neighborhood hardware store is right. Great selection of needs on hand, staff is awesome. Fiance loved the popcorn, so overall a great stop. Just moved to Everett and Ive for sure found my hardware store.

Free, free, free popcorn when you walk in, not like home depot who only gives it to you if you are buying windows or some big ticket items. Arguably the mom and pop neighborhood hardware store to go to and support.

Ive loved Ace for anything I need to do. The staff dominates the knowledge of any Home Depot or Lowes employee that Ive met. For such a little store; they carry mostly everything you need hardware wise.

This is usually our first stop when we are look for home improvement things and always when we are looking for bolts and nuts. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If they dont have what we need they always try to point us in the right direction. They are not there to sell they are there to help. When asked about two similar items they are honest and dont try to sell you the most expensive, but try to get you the better tool for your needs. We are never alone in finding what we need when we visit either which is also very nice. Just all in all the staff make this a great store.
