Horrible customer service. Acts like he doesnt want to help. Getting out of his chair is the end if the world. Comes back says dont have it sorry bye. Not even asking would you like to order it? Unbelievable. North sound hoses was complete opposite. Apologized for not having in stock then asked if I wanted to order it? Who would have thought. $27 bucks and two day delivery. go to north sound hoses and save time plus they have respect for customers

Great staff! Needed custom hoses made and they set me right up, had to go back for a mod due to my measurements and again made exactly what I needed.

Great guys got my custom hoses done same day! They have all sorts of fun toys that you can buy while you wait as well. My 3 foot long crescent wrench will look awesome hanging on my shop wall.

I walked in with a Ford power steering hose that needed the end fitting changed to fit a chevy style saginaw power steering pump thats in the car. They cut the end off and added the correct fitting then flared it to fit the pump. I waited about 12min and was charged an extremely reasonable price. Thank you guys, I couldnt recommend you enough!

I am having a change of review. I left this store a couple weeks ago not very happy with a service bill on my lawn mower.I then reached out to Jerry the owner and he was very helpful. He worked with me in every way possible to keep me as a customer and be sure that I ended up happy in the end. I want to applaud his service and loyalty he made to me as a customer. I have a wonderful working lawn mower and will always recommend Greenshields.A company that still cares about their customers is always going to win with me!
