Had 2 guys promptly move my 1 bed apartment on the fourth floor in record time. Over all I would highly recommend and Id choose again.

Guillermo and sammuel were very professional and efficient and we’re extremely helpful in packing and moving things around. I would definitely recommend them.

Movers didn’t show up at time scheduled then I received a call an hour later saying they won’t be able to make it.They didn’t offer any alternatives or anything. They didn’t even return the deposit I paid and no one called since then.This is literally the worst company ever. We had to move out same day, so you can imagine how hard that can be.You shouldn’t even get 1 star. I would give you 0 stars if possible.

The 3-person crew showed up within the arrival window, and were efficient and courteous. Special credit goes to their ingenuity: some low hanging light fixtures in the entry hallway of the old place prevented removing a large couch through the front door. They quickly came up with a back-up plan, which involved lifting the couch over the balcony into their truck parked below. While parked there, they removed several other large pieces via this route, which saved significant time over the much longer carry out the front door to the street. They were able to complete the entire 3BD move in 3.5 hours. I would definitely use them again!

We had two movers out to Camano Island! They were SO FAST, respectful of our things and got done unloading a 26 ft truck in less than 2 hours !!

They canceled last minute, saying the job was to big for them. They asked me earlier in the week if we could do it a day earlier and it wasnt possible for us. They really are disappointing. I will never say good things about them.

The over the phone quote was right on the money. The communication was clear from the beginning and the guys showed up on time. The crew was courteous and took care to wrap all sensitive pieces of furniture or boxes. Efficient and great value service. Thanks for making our move easier!

Raul, Brian and Roberto were simply AMAZING! My move ended up having some challenges we couldnt have predicted, the guys went above and beyond, worked extremely efficiently, and timely. They were on time, and my belongings arrived without any damage!! I would highly recommend this company!! Truly the best moving experience I have had!!

Please Read before using the serviceWhat a truly horrible Company I was booked to move between 9am and 12 then got pushed to 3pm to 6pm then was contacted told they were canceling and stating that they didn’t have people or trucks and other jobs took longer what upsets me is that is a operational problem and not one to be discussing with customers your schedules and trucks available really don’t have anything to do with me as I was stating that and that this will cause me lost wages, loss in a prepaid cleaning services as well as an additional truck I rented to use to donate other things the two gentle man on the phone was extremely rude and one actually referred to me as the N word and other derogatory terms before hanging up I’m so shocked do yourself a huge favor and please pick another business even crack heads will do a better job then this company it will only waste your time, energy and peace of mind and lose money just go anywhere else

Leonardo and Franky were very good in there job, very hard working lads and they know what they are doing.Although I had a challenge with the move with established movers- my planned move between 1-3 was postponed to 5:15. But Mitchell was honest and kept me informed.I would have rated them down for delayed plans- but still gave them 5 star because they were honest and were committed. Unplanned, unfortunate things happens, but what you need is clear committed communication. In my case it was bad weather and heavy rains that caused delays.

My daughter and I recently moved back to Washington from Wyoming, and we not only had boxes that we moved with but a storage unit from when we lived here previously. After getting quotes from several companies, Established Moving & Storage responded quickly and professionally. We explained beforehand that we could only afford the movers for two hours (for both loading & unloading), and they worked with us so we knew exactly what we were paying for and how to make the most of our time with them. They were even able to squeeze us in earlier due to a cancelation so we were dealing with less traffic. The two movers who showed up were very friendly and worked their butts off for us. They were very understanding and helpful in making sure they loaded they heaviest and most awkward boxes first, boxes that my daughter and I would have had a harder time moving by ourselves if we ran out of time. When we got to our apartment, they worked even harder to get everything unloaded and up to our second-floor apartment in the time we had remaining. There were moments I didnt think they would be able to get everything unloaded but they did by without going over a minute. I really cant express my gratitude enough to the movers and Established Moving & Storage for helping us get through the last leg of a rather tortuous move as painlessly as possible.

I had a great experience with Established Movers! They arrived on time and finished faster than we expected. They were very professional and careful with our furniture, including some antiques that are on the more fragile side. Also the representatives I spoke with on the phone were very personable and were easy to work with.

We hadMitchell, Julio, the Emilio move several rooms of bins and boxes and some furniture to our storage locker and they did a fantastic job. They were very courteous and worked extremely fast. Did a great job.Only problem was we were not told about increased weekend charges so instead of the bill being $ 500.00 it ended up being over $ 700.00.

Protected all items with clear wrap and blankets. Handled all items with great care. They were very cautious when moving the items into my house and took great care not to mark up the walls or furniture. Set all pieces in place. Very expeditious. Movers were curtios and polite . Highly recommended.

There was some scheduling issues at the beginning: I was originally confirmed for the holiday day, but a week prior to the move, was rescheduled for the day after. The move went smooth and easy after that though. The crew, Mitchell and Fausto, were very professional and took great care with disassembling, wrapping, and reassembling my furniture, as necessary, in order to fit through doorways. They arrived exactly on time, were friendly and efficient, and took appropriate Covid precautions. They did awesome and I would hire again!

These guys were Amazing!! After another moving company did not show up, Established Moving came to our rescue.Three movers showed up promptly on time. They were courteous, kind and hard working. I truly have never seen three more accommodating young men.They loaded everything perfectly, no damage to any of our property. Unloaded everything where we needed it, and did all this with smiles on their faces.I would truly recommend this moving company, to anyone searching.

The guys were great! Our move was done way faster than I could have hoped for. No complaints about the work whatsoever. If I ever have to move anything else I would not hesitate to use this company again!

These guys are fantastic. Highly recommended! We had a pretty hard move which translated into a very long day, and Carter, Ryan, and Mike killed it for us. They worked really hard, everything got to our new house safely. The best part was that they all had a great attitude, which was really needed on such a long day. When another moving company did not fulfill their commitment, established moving and storage arranged a move in a very short notice for me. They were on time, diligent and careful. They wrapped and moved everything safe and sound to the destination with a reasonable rate. Definitely will use them again! Thank you 🙂

DONT DO IT DONT DO IT DONT DO IT! It cost $766 to have them just pack up a pickup truck with items from a studio apartment. This wasnt even the moving or unpacking, just loading up the truck on one end. Just hire a full service moving company. Budget Van Lines said they would have done the entire move out of state for $2000.

GREAT service!!!!!I was ready to get THE HELL out of my roommate 9021-NO situation, and I was already moving boxes while they called me 15 mins before 8 to give me a heads up they were coming down.These guys held it down from the beginning to the very end! We hired them for a move from Monroe to Camino Island Washington we had two movers in a 27 foot straight truck. The movers showed up on time professional very friendly. After paperwork was completed they went straight to work. They had plenty of blankets and stretch wrap to protect all of my items nothing was broken.

From the moment they answered their phones from the time they showed up with two hard working employees, all prepared for packing bubble wrap go loading truck, They truly made our move so much smoother . Truly a great company to work with. I will refer them as often as I can. Thank you

EDIT #2: We just discovered that the movers busted the prong off of the plug for our Bowflex INSIDE OF THE BOWFLEX and instead of telling us, proceeded to unplug the broken cable and wrap it around the handle so that you couldnt tell it was broken. Our Bowflex has been used literally like 5 times and cost over $1500. I will never use this company again.EDIT: The moving company paid 100% of the damages to the old rental. They also paid $70 extra on top of the damage estimate from my previous landlord to cover the damages to our personal property. While Im upset the damages happened, Im also happy with how they handled the situation.ORIGINAL: The movers arrived on time and went very quickly, but because they were going so quickly, they were also extremely careless with our belongings and household. We were moving out of a rental and these movers left a hole in one of the bedroom doors that we now will need to replace, broke one of the cubbies of our cube shelf, scratched my sons changing table, and took a chunk out of one of our bookshelves. We havent gone through the rest of the house yet to assess any further damage, but Im extremely disappointed. Furthermore, the moving company claims that the movers set up your furniture for you exactly where you want it placed, however these four movers did not ask us where we wanted most of our big furniture other than asking about the room we wanted it in. I was busy corraling my 1 year old son, but they still could have asked. My husband was completely available to ask as well. I am still awaiting a response from Jason as to how they plan to rectify the situation.

Called for an estimate. Was told that they could not give me an accurate estimate except onsite the day of service. Hard pass. Employee was pleasant on the phone, but not being able to give an estimate for your services is kind of weird...

We had three gents from EMS Everett who helped us move out of one unit into a smaller unit in the same building. Our experience was GREAT! They arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and listened carefully to my very tangled instructions. We had a 3-roommate household and two of us were moving to the new unit while the third was moving away. The EMS folks moved our furniture & boxes into the new space *and* loaded the third roommate’s things into a separate truck for his move. Nothing was broken, scuffed, or damaged in any way. They were courteous, professional, personable, and worked so quickly that the total cost was well under the initial estimate. 10/10 will hire these folks again. Thanks EMS!

They were so amazing! Alex and E did a fantastic job and battled through intense heat and 3 flights of stairs. Not a scratch!

So the boss makes his workers regularly do 12-13 hr days, up to 7 day work weeks where workers literally do not see their families most days any given week, his gentle dont take no for an answer until a person is fired attitude has caused a high turn over rate, he overcharges customers for basic services and always does his best to gouge above the contract, and hell fire underlings to save his own behind when its his policies/ person that are making the customer mad.

Established Moving is the worst moving company I ever had the displeasure of working with. As active duty military, I have moved 3 times in the past 2 years alone and have worked with some great companies, but this does not join that list. I was doing a local move and had 3 movers come to my house. I was told they would arrive at 9am so I was in the back of the house cleaning. Just before 9am, I get a phone call for the company saying the movers are outside trying to get a hold of me. I have received no calls and did not hear a doorbell or knock on the door. I met them in the drive way and they told me they had been waiting for 20 minutes which would go towards the hourly rate I was paying. Not a good start to the move. 2 of the movers were great and worked hard the entire time. The 3rd worker who was tasked with packing the kitchen took his sweet time. More than half of the time I went to check on him in the kitchen, he was in the bathroom or taking a break. It took him nearly 6 hours to pack my kitchen. In that time the other 2 movers were able to clear out the rest of the house. He didnt pack my things well. Some of the boxes had no paper or packing material. Was just pots thrown into a box. They did not lay down any protective plastic or matting to protect the floors so I was left with a house full of debris to clean up later. As the truck is leaving I realize that my car keys are locked in the truck. I end up having to call the police and wait for someone to come unlock my car. This delays me about 25 minutes. I try calling the driver to warn him but he doesnt answer. I finally get on the road and end up pulling into the neighborhood right behind the truck. So i know they must have taken a detour somewhere on the way there yet Im getting charged for their commute time. As we get to the new house, the driver hands me his phone to speak with someone about paying for the move right there. Unfortunately my credit card declines and i ask about payment options. They only allow cash or card. No checks. No long term payment plans available. I talk to someone at the company about paying partial and the rest later. He tells me that he would need atleast half of the payment. I give him this and then he tells me that they will not unload my things until full payment is received. Literally holding my things hostage. Then what was the half payment I gave them for?! None of this was disclosed to me prior to the move or I would have never booked them. I end up having to borrow the money and give it to them. The movers are disgruntled and start saying rude things about me in spanish because they think I cant understand them. They eventually unload my things and leave. The job was done but was the worst moving experience I have ever had.

The worst moving company. They have 0 respect for their customers. We had our move scheduled for 8am and they only showed up at 2:30pm. A total joke!If you respect your time DO NOT book with them. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
