Giana said she was off work at 4:30 PM, but it was past when I was able to call. She had stayed overtime to fill our request. Thank you, Giana!Josh and Manuel were also great. Was the only moving company that was responsive to my request for service. Their office staff was completely knowledgeable and straight-forward.I live on the third story and have had 2 knee surgeries, so the heavier stuff was out of the question. They were on time and were fast! These guys introduced themselves, gave me an overview of everything that was going to happen, went over the paperwork and were on their way. They handled everything with complete care, and when we got to the house put everything away in the spots they were marked.Will definitely use this company for any future moves.

The crew that helped us out was great. Not only did they handle our delicate antiques with extreme care, they were also pleasant and courteous, arrived early, and took roughly half the time to do the job than was estimated.

Our movers, Cole and AP were exceptional. They called ahead to confirm the appointment and arrived on-time. Once there, they introduced themselves. They reviewed the items that were going to be moved and set-up a plan. They communicated well with each other and to me. They worked in a systematic order and efficiently packed the truck with care. I had some hard to move items and they handled moving them with ease, no problemo. The unloading went just as well at our storage unit. In a couple of weeks my wife and I will be moving our belongings from our storage unit to our new residence. Compared to my last move experience that was a nightmare this time it went like a breeze. From booking to the move itself it went all smooth. Additionally, the movers were very efficient and quick at moving thing out of the old place and into the new place. My friend that was helping me was impressed on how fast it all went and even mentioned he would hire the same company when he needed to move out of his current place.

Booking was easy and the moving crew was caring, considerate of our belongings, and super efficient. Highly recommend!! The only slight trouble was with the local booking agent that called me. She left her number, but I could not get through her after several attempts when calling her back. I could not leave a message because her mailbox was full. But otherwise, the service was great. The crew that arrived to our home including Kenneth, Robert and Josh were excellent, as well as the other two who were observing/ training. So all the folks were friendly and you can see they do show care and concerns for your personal property, my problem was I had 3 story home with 4 bedrooms. They sent 2 trucks with 4 workers and they could only compete the move in 10 hours which meant on 85% of my move was complete. One truck was only filed 3/4 of the way and the second truck 1/2 loaded. Even their supervisor who came because I was 15 items over inventory and was very nice in explaining the company policy helped his workers load. I ended spending $300 on a U-Haul to move the rest. I just didn’t think that for the money I spent I was not fully satisfied with the service. I gave the 3 stars because the staff were friendly and attentive. They just weren’t efficient with their time. I would not recommend them unless you are just moving from one apartment to another. At least it would appear to me they can handle smaller jobs.

We used them to move. Everything went pretty well until we couldnt find my wifes very expensive designer shoes. We made sure we unpacked every box and waited for a month or two and still couldnt find them.We thought no big deal we bought their insurance. It was 3 tiered and we bought the most expensive. We wanted all of the protection. It was a big move and we have alot of nice things.I contacted Frank and it took two weeks and he didnt get back to me I had to make the call to him. He informed me he had not gotten anywhere on the missing shoes and didnt really want to talk about it on the phone. Their routine is to do it all by e mail so they dont have to deal with upset customers on the phone.When I talked to him he let me know he talked to Chad his manager and they offered us 100 dollars. The shoes cost 600 so 100 wont do it. It is pretty insulting to be offered 100 like we would jump at that lol.Well I guess what potential customers should know is that their insurance is worthless well worthless isnt correct the problem lies with the ownership and managements integrity. They have no intention of honoring an insurance claim. They want to get out of responsibility as cheaply as possible. That is pretty decitful really. Taking someones money under the pretense that if something goes missing or gets broken they will cover it.Well that is pretty dishonest and it makes me wonder what would happen if it were something really big. The shoes for us is a matter of principal. So that 100 dollar offer they can shove where the sun dont shine. I just want to let others know how they treated us.

Received an email from Frank, a manager with 2 men and a truck in Everett, asking me to reply back to make sure their service was satisfactory and met my expectations. He has yet to respond to my email which was sent on June 16th.Honestly, the movers were nice. That is the end of anything positive I have to say.2 men and a truck promised that should I have any additional items to move, specifically boxes, that they would simply re-evaluate my quote and would be able to move the items as I had only filled 1/4 of the truck with the several furniture sets. They said it was typical, and that whatever I couldnt move on my own then they would just tack it on. Id just need to sign another document when they went room-to-room to check on all that needed to be moved. This was apparently a lie. If you do use 2 men and a truck, I recommend that you simply over-estimate everything you have and claim you will need them for the full day. The reason: They will only charge you for what they have to move regardless. SO, if you need them to move less when the day comes then they will simply charge you less. If you need them to move more, although they CLAIM they will simply re-evaluate your quote, they will call it extra and not move it.I had appx 10-15 boxes that I wasnt able to move myself, and had asked them to move. I had moved it to the first floor garage prior to their arrival to make it simple to transfer the boxes to their truck. I even helped them move several pieces of large furniture to make things go faster. It was all pointless as they wouldnt take anything else even with 3/4 of the truck being empty and a prior claim that they would re-evaluate my quote when they arrived to accurately depict the additional items.Awful experience. Waste of time and money.

We were so happy we chose Two Men & A Truck for our local move. They let us know when they would arrive, and we’re on time. They really cared, asked questions about different items, helped me move pieces around once we were in our new home. I needed a timely move of personal belongings to storage. The team both office and field were outstanding. My movers arrived early, listened to my wishes, then followed them to the letter. We have used them twice so far, summer of 2018 and January 2019. Both experiences were great. Super friendly and efficient. First experience was moving two heavy pieces from the second floor of our townhouse to the basement garage; the second was moving a few pieces we couldn’t lift ourselves to a townhouse two doors down in which they carried them instead of using the truck since it was so close. We rent and both times they were careful with our furniture and with the narrow halls, staircases, and doorways which makes me feel confident using them again. Our favorite parts were how nice and funny they were and especially felt like even though they don’t get to see the pieces of furniture and spaces beforehand they are super quick to give you all the paperwork and assess the situation and get you moved as quick as possible since their time is your dime, which means a lot when moving can have so many immediate and unforeseen expenses adding up. We appreciate your friendliness and your help.

Our team of Brent, Fua and Nona did an awesome job. They took their time to problem solve a very difficult move of our island (15 ft. long) that had to be raised over existing plumbing and get the job done right the first time. They did not get frustrated when the analyzer we were moving did not fit through the opening and we had to go around another direction. They all were very professional! Great job guys!!

Frank and David were extraordinary movers. Weve moved 6 times professionally back and forth across the country, but could not afford a full pack-out this time - just primarily the large furniture and some fragile items. Frank and David showed up early, packed everything we great care, and loaded up their truck with efficiency and super attitude. They consulted me whenever they had questions and advised me when they took extra care like take desks apart. Then they only took a 15 minute break, and showed up exactly on time to load it into a storage locker. I will definitely ask for Frank and David again. Mark did a walk through to every room where there were things to be moved before and after the process. They wrapped all the furniture to protect it from the rain and getting dirty. I was in a real pinch and had my date set out to move in 5 days. Somethings happened and i called Danny at 6 oclock at night. He was at my place at 8am the next morning! We contracted with 2 Men and a Truck to have 3 truck loads of office equipment moved to the state department of enterprise services. The movers that showed up were very professional and worked hard to get the trucks loaded and on their way very efficiently and quickly while being careful not to damage our equipment. Im so impressed with our movers, Jake and Phu with their friendly helpful attitude and attention to detail they showed when moving stuff. They took the time to assess all our furniture and wrapped every piece like it was theirs. We were moving into a new home we had built, so you know the stress ofmovers marking and chipping your doors and walls is a concern. Our guys wrapped door jams and railings, and moved all our furniture into the house without leaving one mark. I would say the best moving experience weve ever had. We left a generous tip to show our appreciation for making the moving experience stress free.

This place is professional in every sense of the word. Its well organized, clean, & more than willing to help. I was so impressed with the manager here! Very few people can measure up to him. I had items that had been thrown into the trash by mistake & he climbed into the dumpster to get them out in his button down shirt! Its not easy to find (they are on the back side of the building closest to Target). I am sure normally people do all their business with them over the phone but they are ready to help if you walk in the door.

Great honest business, got the job done an hour quicker than estimated. They really listened to what my expectations were and were very patient with my particularly annoying move.

The moving guys were very kind and polite - we had two quit during the process - our cost was over double our original quote via phone - I even had the company come out and look at all we had as well. Still was almost double. Was extremely disappointed at the way all was handled. Once again - the guys were great - the estimate was horrible - beware!

The movers who came to our house were friendly, considerate and efficient. They worked quickly while still being very careful of the items they moved. Would call them again.

They were super smooth & friendly. Very helpful as I was kinda freaking out, and it was kinda fun chatting with them about common interests as they moved the thing that represented them. Also, shout out to them for moving me on a snow day.

Excellent care taken of my furniture. They even fixed my wobbly dining room table. Highly recommend based on price, flexibility and care taken with my stuff.

Not sure what happened since I used these guys over 12 years ago in Everett, WA but dealing with a central corporate office seems to have really broken this company from my point of view. Took three days to get a call back for a quote but we scheduled with another mover. Wow. What a shame.

Would give them 0 if I could. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life.
