This place offers 1/2 off first two months on most units & 1/2 first 3 months on units that are 5x10 or smaller. Coded security gate & coded elevators. Office hours are 9-6, and you have access to your unit from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm, longer hours than other storage places.

The Manager is very Sweet at this location 😊 This facility is one of the best places to store your belongings! I definitely recommend you store with Everett Secure Self Storage! 😊

Me and my girlfriend have had nothing but good experiences here, except tonight we are stuck outside the gates because she cant remember her code to enter, she thought it was her birthday like mm/dd/unit#/* but its saying invalid code weve tried every combo of her birthday and unit number but still no luck she usually has it written down but cant find the paper with info on it, if anyone knows the correct format to enter the gate code will you please let us know, as of now its too late to contact the office and its an emergency to get to our unit. Weve ran out of options and dont know what else to do right now.

Great staff. Very helpful

The staff is very friendly and helpful with explaining the facilities, which are clean and well maintained. I really like that I can access my unit till 9pm at night, which helps since I work 8-5. I feel very sure that my belongings are secure and in good hands.

I have been renting a space for several years. They are always so nice and polite when I call to make a payment and just as nice in person when I stop in to grab something or store something. I recommend them as I have had no issues for all the time I have been here.

This place was good to my husband and I. We had a 24 hour access unit (outside the gate) for about a year and never had any problems. The staff are very nice and I felt my things were safe with the security cameras they had up plus they have a live in manager so there is always someone there.

Ive called almost daily now after 5pm and nobody ever answers. How do you expect customers to pay their storage when you dont answer the phone calls! It says youre open till 6pm but nobody ever picks up the phone.

Fair pricing and long availability hours.Staff is great.Had stuff here for over five years, zero complaints from my side.Only left because I finally own a place with enough storage on site.

The staff here are super helpful. The units are clean and secure. My stuff has been in storage here for four months and I have never had any problems accessing it or any feelings of it being unsafe.

Worst storage unit place.They have Break ins. They should change they name to Not Secure. Staff hasnt been very helpful. Security camera system are not very good and slid lock on storage unit doors are flimsy. Easy be broken into. Warring dont let it happen to you. FYI - Your insurance will not cover everything that is stolen.

The place is good, you pay for what you are going to occupy, something that seemed good to me is that in a certain way they protect themselves and at the same time they protect themselves in case of an accident you have insurance, of course you pay for it but it is worth it if what you store has value for you
