Do not fulfill online orders after 2 days and then tell you “to be patient” after waiting 45 minutes on hold to check on the order. I think 2 days and 45 minutes IS patient when it says “most online orders fulfilled in 2 hours”. I paid in full for an order that still wasn’t ready after 50 hours, but they want me to be patient because they’re busy. Just say you don’t honor online orders if you can’t. Now I have to deal with getting a refund. Was hoping to start my project this weekend, but no - the store is too busy. They need more than 50 hours to mix 2 gallons of paint.

Incredibly helpful! Parking is tight with a van Not the easiest place to get in and out of. Speed of service was great Turn around time on a custom gallon of paint was about 30 min. It is a spot on match despite the original being a Benjamin Moore paint. Very pleased, will shop here again.

Was helped by Sarah in the Everett Store. She was So helpful and knowledgeable. After her assistance I was confident I had all the right materials for the job, and she was right my painting job turned out GREAT!

They have the best paint and staff who will REALLY take the time to make sure you get the exact product you need to complete the job. I do wait for coupons to come in the mail or I couldnt afford the wonderful paint. I have now convinced several friends that there is no better trim paint than SW; and I prefer their paint to all others, no matter what consumer reports says

Prices vary even on sales!!!! Way over priced! Will absolutely not recommend this store.... have spent in the last month close to $1000 for different projects and Have finally had enough!

The staff was not friendly and the store parking lot was extremely hard to get in and out of; unless you want to risk a ticket- and possibly an accident- to cross the double yellow lines you are literally forced onto the I-5 onramp when you leave the parking lot. Better access to the parking lot would have improved my experience.

My experience here was not great to be honest. I typically like when sales people dont bother me when I am shopping. I absolutely hate the shops where the door rings every time it opens. I have gone to this store twice now and everytime the employees were hard to get ahold of. Which is a problem when you need them to mix the paint for you in order to leave. The first time ended up just leaving with nothing. It has kind of given me second thoughts on whether I even want to use this paint. Also the parking situation here is not great. Getting in and out of this location is not the easiest if coming from the south.

I was told I was sold the wrong application for my kitchen. I explained my project which was chalk painting my kitchen for a primer, then needing to paint over it with my color choice and something that had sealent in it. Few months later all my paint is coming off and chipping. Very disappointed.
