Several Days ago I got a ad about Adjustable beds on sale at Mattress Firm. My friend Sabryna searched to find the closest location and a direct phone number. I called and spoke with Joe, who would be out of the office until today. I gathered myself and went to Evergreen. Told Joe I was outside and I had come to test the soft, medium and firm mattresses with adjustable frames in Queen size. I did just that and made a selection. I will have to wait until Tuesday to give anymore details. Joe was extremely clear and professional. He is about the business of selling beds. I am pleased with how things went, but I will not jump the gun. Right now I will speak on the interaction of the day. I do not have the bed, set etc. Yet, but I will give Joe a 5 star rating on how he handle the day and in how he convinced me to purchase an adjustable that included feet and head elevation.

I was excited to purchase a new mattress with Mattress Firm however, I was not aware of the “fine print.” We purchased a queen size medium mattress that came with a FREE adjustable bed frame. When we got home, we realized we wanted a king size and wanted to return the mattress within the 120 day return window. We had only had the mattress 10 days. We were told we would have to pay for the adjustable bed frame ($300), a delivery fee ($99) and a restocking fee of 10%. To RETURN the mattress, they wanted $565.00!!! The worker told us we should have read the receipt with the “fine print” that indicated the adjustable bed frame was non refundable! Why would you give me something for free with my purchase and then attempt to have me pay for it when I returned it??? Very disappointing experience and definitely would not recommend Mattress Firm to my colleagues.

It has been long overdue for a new mattress and Im glad I stopped in at this location. Due to the pandemic the store wasnt crowded at all they actually make appointments which I thought was wonderful. The store manager Farrell was very respective of social distancing due to the pandemic and allowed ample space as I was in the store looking around. Although I was a walk-in Farrell was able to squeeze me in and In no time I was able to pick a new mattress and finalize my delivery. The delivery process was just as great. Carmella was a great help in getting my needs met and very serviceable. Upon walking in she got to work and helped me buy a new mattress. I have not slept on a new mattress in about 14 years and I slept wonderfully the first night. I explained to her what I was looking for and tested about 8 different mattresses. It was great experience by Carmella really helped me out in choosing a mattress I will be giving a 6 month review on the mattress and the adjustable base I got. Side note: Kimberly was okay. She seemed really nice overall but to me she gave me a “fake it till you make it” attitude.... the vibe wasn’t there with her like it was Carmella. When I asked Carmella questions she took the time to help me understand what I was purchasing and making sure I was comfortable compared to Kimberly when I asked her the same question twice to make sure I understood for my benefit she kinda had a different tone towards the end of the sale compared to the beginning when I walked in. I’ve been customer service for years so trust me I customer service. Overall experience was great just I don’t know if she was tired, irritated by me (even though I barely spoke to her) or whatever the case may be. Definitely needs to work on it
