The best place to go and the friendly place to be when stressed. I would in courage alot of people to go there and buy something especially with the keys Department in the back in aisle 4.

The service is great. I guy named Pat spent 20 minutes helping me fix my granddaughters chair. I paid 75 cents for the screws. This will be my go to place ahead of any big box stores. We are lucky to have a store where service is still given.

They are very nice there especially the 2 people who make the keys in the back. They are so nice, me and my daughter enjoyed them.

Not too bad, its a neighborhood hardware, thats why I like to give my business to tge small shop, but being mexican i felt somewhat uneasy in the store, and I usually dont let things like that bother me, I grew up in suburban Wauconda in the 70s and never ever felt that way.

Great to have locally owned hardware stores. Usually the selection is a bit reduced but this one was not. Lots of inventory packed into a small space. I went in expecting only a few choices in what I was looking for but was surprised that they had options and had want I was looking for.

We had to have a piece of glass cut for a window pane that we bought somewhere else. The window guy did an excellent job. And d they were open today. Yah!

Had everything and some.... needed a shovel... and cashiers were very pleasantly...

Love a store that there is always someone to help and assist you in what you need. 4 hearts

Cashier is not friendly...it looks like the dont like children. Other staff are nice but stress...dont know why but they were not in the mood for anything. Benjamin Moore paint is over priced, regular price per Gallon is about $5-$7 less at big retailers.

This location is well stocked. Friendly store employees. Parking is challenging but patience pays off. The store entrance faces the very busy 9th Street. However, there is available parking on the street just east of the store itself.

I went there today to get wood filler. I had to search the store to find someone to help me. Once I finally found a man he yelled at me. He was too busy to help me. I had a couple of questions I wanted to ask. Hw ran off and I didnt see him again. Last time I will go there.

For a small hardware store, theyve got more than you would expect. Much more convenient to go here for a few parts or tools you need than walking a half mile in a Home Depot looking for some to point you in the right direction of a specific part you need. Well staffed with a wide range of knowledge.

Store had huge amount of stock for an ave hardware and I was able to get the bird suets I needed. I recommend although a tad pricey.

The people at this Ace hardware store are extremely helpful and friendly. They greet everyone upon entry and take time to answer customer questions. They also walk you through the store and help you find exactly what you need. The cashier is just exceptional, she is so friendly and also very helpful.

Nice place. You pay a little more than the bigger stores, but it does have some services they do not do like glass and screens. Plus they have people to help you right away vs Home Depot up the street.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! The guy that cut my broken car key was the best, other hardware stores wouldnt chance it and told me to go to a locksmith for help, on a Sunday... no way but the key cutter here jumped right into action and and did a damn good job. I believe his name is John. THANKS !
