I love this location! The employees are so professional and kind. I like how honest the employees are. If, they dont know something, they will go and find the accurate answer without guessing or assuming. This location is clean and has what Im looking for. Awesome job! :)

Sales people at the store was wonderfully exceptional. They were very knowledgeable very helpful very friendly andvery professional.

The manager likes to assist his clients. It may take a little bit longer. But you know you will be cared.

Very low service. I ordered the paints 40 minutes in advance and when I arrived they were just starting to mix. I ordered on the phone and they mixed up something else.

Awesome employees/great paint/terrific selection. The Evergreen Park, IL Sherwin Williams store is top drawer. Marcus Hatter, Assistant Manager, was full service! This guy knows his paint/stain/product. We walked away with much needed knowledge, paint and the confidence that Marcus had our back. We also took advantage of a terrific sale.

My wife and I walked in to this location hoping to get some help finding colors for our home. We even brought a can FROM shrewin Williams paint with no label and just needed help having it matched, Maya who was upfront said she could not help as there was no label so we called our brother in law who is a professional painter to explain to her what we needed as I thought maybe I wasn’t explaining my self, she then walked away TWICE as my brother in law was trying to explain over the phone what we needed, her response was “I know what color matching is” and when she opened the can to try to match it she seemed more concerned about her nails chipping then helping us as she stopped to look over her nails. Honestly very rude, I know we didn’t know exactly what we needed but that’s why we asked her for help.

This store is very clean, organized and bright inside. The employees have great customer service skills. I was greeted upon entering the store and all my questions were answered. I will always get my paint from them. Great job TEAM!

This franchise is great for paint and I mean any store you go to. Great customer service, friendly employees and very helpful and knowledgeable, we painted our kitchen and living room now were doing the basement. Sherwin Williams gets 5 stars from me!!!

Store opens later then 7am!! Lights are still off. I cannot count on this store opening at 7am. Guess they dont need the buisness of busy painters

This is my go-to store for paint and supplies. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and efficient.

The color I ordered online ie. They were what I previously had before from another location in lincoln park were significantly off this evergreen park locations a rip off it seems they just threw some items together due to curbside pick up. The cashier during pickup was also extremely rude, as if someones bothered her just standing in place. Buyer beware

I have painted houses inside and out for over 40 years. I trust Sherwin Williams paint, however for the last 27 years I have used only this location because their staff are professional, cheerful and knowledgeable.

My colors were what I picked. The curbside delivery was great . Reasonable price for this hard time we are going thru

The staff was not helpful at all! Getting info was like pulling teeth. No exaggeration, I had to ask them the same question in many different ways, in order to determine why my custom paint had a purple hue. I left not knowing; why. I ended up having to go to a different Sherwin Williams to get advice.
