The environment is so wonderful and the customer service is outstanding. My husband and I came in her for some lunch and ordered the broccoli cheese soup and some sandwiches and they were so delicious. We also ordered a brownie and that was very yummy. My husband ordered a vanilla latte and he loved it. I would recommend for anyone to come here because everything about this place is everything we love plus the food was amazing. I would definitely come back here again.
Friendly staff. Had a Italian panini,very good lil sandwich! Also had the HP Latte. It was unique but good. Definitely recommend this place but take note of the hours!

We are from out of town visiting ex springs and stopped for lunch. Amazingly friendly place, fantastic sandwich and scratch soup. We are quite snobby about food, living in an area where there are many good, from scratch options, and didnt really like many of the other places we tried in the area. Definitely worth astop!

This cafe is a hidden gem for sure! So glad that we decided to do lunch here during our recent trip to Excelsior Springs. The food was amazing and the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. We tried their paninis and salad, both were delicious. I would most definitely eat here again and highly recommend them!

In town staying at the Elms for the weekend on a girls trip. Came here for breakfast and the staff was incredibly helpful, food was amazing, drink and food options for days and my custom iced coffee was also amazing. Highly recommend!

I call this superb restaurant once a month as I love the good mood that is unique to this place. The personel is highly welcoming and well trained. The service is extraordinarily fast. Not to mention, the food they serve is excellent. I ate there many times and I was always joyful. The rate is honest. I highly suggest this restaurant to to everybody.

I am trained in classic French culinary techniques and have been in the food business for over 25 years. I do not leave good reviews lightly. My wife, mother in law and I had a wonderful breakfast at Opportunity Cafe on Tuesday morning. The staff is extremely friendly, the coffee was fantastic and our food was simple and DELICIOUS!! I highly suggest a visit to this little cafe. A great cause and great food!!
Food is delicious and fresh, I wanted a decaf latte and they said they can only do it like a drip coffee with the add ins... so not sure how they did that, very friendly staff
This place is quaint and serving the community for a great cause. I had a simple sandwich and was toasted and tasty. They have a variety of sandwiches and soups as well as salads and appropriate meals for children. Not to mention a pretty hip coffee shop. Ill be back for sure!

Staff was rude, intolerant and the set up is not welcoming. Go somewhere else. Nothing more than fancy fast food. Reminded me of a Subway restaurant with a country theme.
Every time is amazing! I work at the Heartland dealership here in Excelsior and we are so happy we found this place.By far the best place to grab breakfast and a cheap but VERY good and inexpensive lunch.Keep up the good work!
We LOVE the Opportunity Cafe! The food is AMAZING. The salads are so fresh and good. My son loves their baked goods, and they have a variety to choose from. We tried it to support their mission of helping the community, we return again and again for the excellent service and food!
Sandwich was good, nothing exciting. presentation was very good. the options for condamints is low. they only have one type of chip. the decor is very nice. the price was a little high but over all good.

Great place for a light, satisfying lunch. I cant not get the Cobb salad, delicious. Their homemade ranch dressing is literally the best Ive ever had. Not sure how long this place has been here, but I hope it sticks around for a long time.

Had the Peanut butter protein pancakes with fresh berries & bananas and granola...absolutely fantastic! All for $6! If you havent tried Opportunity Cafe, you are missing out! You got to go there for breakfast! The same meal any where else would have cost $10.
