Test drove several bikes, one with a motor because they didnt have the model I wanted to test without a motor. Made a decision. Really enjoyed the attention to detail and assistance since Ive never owned a recumbent trike before but had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for. They were able to fill in the gaps in my knowledge, Ill definitely come back when its time to purchase.UPDATEbought it, love it, first 100 miles complete!

My Laid Back Cycles Greenspeed Magnum Trike axle failed at eleven months and 1619 miles. Clay at Laid Back Cycles said they had no replacement axles, and didnt know when theyd get any. He said hed call Greenspeed. He called back in a week and had ordered more replacement axles. I had the replacement axle at my door at no charge in two weeks.

These guys are amazing! Drove up from Southern California and it was so worth it. This was my first experience with a recumbent trike. Started with Clay on my arrival & finished on my pick up date with Mickey on my way back from Lake Tahoe.These guys were knowledgeable and very patient with me and I had a ton of questions. Coming from a traditional bike these cost quite a bit more. But for me it was a recumbent trike or no more riding having osteoarthritis & spinal stenosis.These guys are honest and straightforward. I would recommend them to anyone whether you are a first timer like me or a veteran rider. Their selection & knowledge from this team is top notch.I settled on a TeraTrike All Terain Rambler. I’m home and riding and so happy with my purchase!

I bought my new Terratrike Rambler in September and started riding the same day. I ride on average 5-10 miles per day. I ride early in the morning and later in the afternoon. Most of my riding is in my neighborhood and when Laid Back Cycles does there group rides I like to go on those as well. Never thought I would ride again because of my back, but now I’m enjoying the outdoors again. Just want to thank everyone at Laid Back for their help!

Havent even been to the store (Going in next week) but Jimmy was so incredibly helpful and positive on the phone I know its going to be wonderful for my daughter to try out a trike!UPDATE: Finally got in there today with Chris and Scott took the time to properly fit the TerraTrike Rambler to her and then she got to head out into the large parking lot and proceed to TEAR. IT. UP. The cost of the bike is no small amount, so we will be saving up and looking for funding options, but it is definitely in the near future. :)

Just wanted to let you know how wonderful the TerraTrike Gran Tourismo is!! I have have not ridden in years and my balance is not what it used to be, well the TerraTrike changed all that, I feel safe, comfortable and above all free!!

As an avid cyclist, I went to this dealer as they were trike specialists. My friend wanted to get into biking but has balance and nerve issues. I had suggested a recumbent bicycle for her. One day she suggested she would be interested in a recumbent trike. My friend was fitted up with a Terratrike Tour II. I noted she was properly fitted for her bike. She balked at the price, but with guidance from the shop, she accepted the changes that were made for her bike, consisting of shorter cranks that were more suitable for her legs. She is delighted with her bike now and she is gaining the benefits from exercise now.I am completely satisfied with the professional help she got. I would go here if I were interested in getting a trike for myself.

OK, so technically I am not a customer yet, but we stopped here to learn about recumbent trikes. The staff is great and spent a lot of time with us answering our question. We spent 2.5 hours here and rode many different trikes in the parking lot. Now all we have to do is decide which ones to get!

Great Service HERE!!! Mickey and Mark spent time and were very helpful in my trike selection, fit, and delivery. This was very important as my wife and I do not live in the Sacramento area. Mickey spent time on the phone and answering emails. We selected a Greenspeed Magnum for me but I was not sure if it would fit my wife. When we got to the area (I had a visit for my work), he and Mark helped us rent two trikes for a day. My wife was hooked. We setup and tested my new magnum for her, then restored it to fit me. These guys also helped with re-boxing and delivering the machines to where we live, Maui, Hawaii. I am very happy we met learned of this shop and have had a chance to do business with these people.
