Jon is awesome! I was a little worried at first about removing the batteries from the case but Jon helped with each step.My new rebuilt battery has more juice than the original when it was new.Highly recommended!!

My active mother had knee replacement surgery, and her home is in hilly territory. Jon outfitted her with a perfect bike for her needs which allows easy riding to and from the recreation center and other activities. A great tool for keep her active without stressing her new knee.
