Great store location, super clean. Really impressed by Amirs multitasking ability, the dude works quick, smart, and is super patient with the elderly. Even though he is here by himself he helps everyone out in a timely manner with a smile on his face. Will definitely be back.

Amir is the absolute best! He is patient and as helpful as a person can be. It was the best phone sales experience I’ve ever had.

Went in to buy a wireless charger for 75.30 took it out to test it outside and it didnt work I came back in to return it and they said it would be a 2 hour wait after I was able to buy it immediately. Told me I could return it at another store and they said they couldnt cause it was a corporate store but that it should only take 30 seconds to do. When I came back to the store again it did only take 30 seconds. A great salesperson named jacob came over took care of it for me and was well aware of the terrible situation his co workers created by misquoting a time frame cause by the time I got back there was no wait which was only about 30 minutes later.

Went to the store today to help my aunt get a new phone set up. Amir helped her get everything done & was super awesome to work with. He deserves 10 stars and a raise.

The worst experience I have ever had in my life! I had questions about my bill and the stuff was rude, unprofessional and didnt even wanted to look at my account. I showed them my bill and asked why it raised since my last one and both of them only came up with an answer I dont know! You need to call them? I know I was not buying a phone so they couldnt make the money off me but comon!!! On the side note the guy smelled like he hasnt shower for a week!!! Never will be back at this store ever again!!!!

I went there last night to purchase two new iPhones for my mom and I. We got there a bit later than planned but we were there before closing time and the associate was with a customer when we arrived and wouldn’t have been able to help us regardless but when it was our turn he said they were closing and he couldn’t help us. I asked “so you won’t sell us any cell phones tonight?” And he responded with “no, I need to close.” I don’t know a place that would then push business away. I found it rude and I am completely surprised by the lack of customer service. Thankfully there is A LOT more places we can upgraded our phones and hopefully with this review I can help someone give their business to a store that values each and every customer.

Nate is always ready to help me with anything I need. The store does get busy but Nate is always running around multi-tasking trying to get everyone’s needs resolved and he is always friendly and professional. I would go out of my way just to come to this location for the customer service!

I’ve been a customer for a very long time and I worked for AT&T for 20 years. But I wasn’t happy with someone at this store. I came back & talked with Bill and Bill is a rockstar!! He restored my faith in AT&T and I know whenever I come back I’m always going to ask for Bill. He went above and beyond and made me feel 100% that he was in my corner. He took care of everything I needed, Bill was very personable, professional, quick & efficient! If I still owned some of my former companies, I would want him on my team! There’s another attribute That is rare these days. He was good with follow-up. He !was good with follow up anymore? Bill!!

I recently went there and right off the go received poor customer service. The guy who opened the door looked at me as if I was soliciting. There was no formal greeting and felt rushed. I am not sure who trains the sales associates (a male and female who was on her phone the whole time) but service standards and etiquette need be reviewed here. Subpar. It’s not like there was a room filled with people, I was the only one. Not friendly at all.

Jas was a great help to us today. He was very pleasant, professional, and friendly. We appreciated his assistance very much. Thanks Jas! My Moms phone is working great and shes enjoying it.

Yeah, this location...This is the location that made me switch carriers. The saleswoman kept arguing with me about phone insurance being mandatory.Its not.She also tried to tell me that AT&Ts U-verse isnt a DSL connection. Go on ahead and ask Google if U-verse is DSL... Ill wait.*I wasnt trying to be rude with her, but I dont tolerate lies or ignorance. Especially, when its meant to make a buck off me.

Jon Green is the best there, this company lost out big when he left. Only reason I started coming back here was because of him but now its even worse than before Jon with lazy people who know nothing. Beware: if you aint spending they aint helping. BIG LOSS Find Jon Green hes been my guy for like 10 years

I would never recommend this place. The manager (Bobby) lacks the knowledge to troubleshoot any phone problems. Also, he did NOT listen when I explained the problem. I kept telling him my phone was broken and it took him four days to make the brilliant declaration that the phone was broken. They are Prime Communications NOT AT&T. Complete waste of time. Went to AT & T corporate on Sunrise, they listened and worked with me until the problem was solved.

The atmosphere at this store is totally fantastic. Everyone is so nice. Suge was very helpful!! 👆👏👏👏

I went there to pay my bill last night before closing and door was locked. I called the store and the big guy answered the phone. Said he had closed everything although it wasnt closing time yet. Very disappointed.
